Since February 29th 2024 I've had 3 separate transactions where my food has been expired . This is now the 3rd time I have to go back and get food that is not expired. I've constantly contacted the store and district managers to prevent this issue. I specifically come to this one as it's nicer but the nice appearance doesn't make up for the constant expired food.

Our family really likes this store but the Giant direct service is really lackluster. The team here constantly puts produce and raw meat in the same bag. I’ve called to complain multiple times (atleast 5 times!) but it has fallen on deaf ears. Ive never once had this happen with any other grocery service so we are moving on.

Thought for being uppity Yardley I wouldn’t have an issue when I drove from Ft. Washington specifically to this giant, in desperate need of a money order only for the customer service person to inform me their western union sometimes works and sometimes didn’t and of COURSE tonight it didn’t. What a friggin waste and if you KNOW it glitches then oh I don’t know how about FIX THE FREAKING PROBLEM instead of being lazy and as if you couldn’t care less it doesn’t work. This is why I don’t come to yardley with you yuppies.

This is a small grocery store. So the selection is limited, and they run out of items, particularly sale items. Expect to be overcharged on a number of items on each shopping trip. The prices charged at checkout are frequently higher than the prices posted next to the item. For example, I was overcharged for 3 of the 12 items on my last trip. Here's an example from a recent shopping trip: store brand allergy medicine, 90 tablets: Price at the shelf: $14.95. Price at checkout: 22.49 -- overcharge of $7.54. I contacted Giant headquarters about it, but they didn't care enough to get back to me after more than a week.

Normally I love this location but recently bought this natures promise brown rice and it had mold in it! I was trying to find an email to send this to a supervisor but there isn't one listed on the site... Gonna contact Natures Promise too :( Didn't realize till we added half into our dinner and it ruined the whole rest of the meal (ground turkey, peppers, onion, and tomato )

In the last 3 or 4 times I purchased organic berries the next morning or 2 days later they developed mold. I think I wasted like 30 to 40 dollars on this stuff. Pretty disappointing.

I like this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. The products are typical to that of any regular mid size grocery store. Since Covid I have been trying to spend less time inside so I started ordering isle items on line and only go inside for fresh foods so I can choose my own produce, meats, dairy and bakery items.There have been times when my on line order has not been as expected and when I feel it to be worth making contact the representative has made it right every time. That is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back and recommending the store to my friends. The only problem is that when I do go inside the temptations sometimes get the better of me😊

Lower Makefield giant is very nice on the inside. The outside parking lot is a mess someone needs to clean that up. The Giant in Langhorne the outside looks much better than Yardley

This is for the Stony Hill, Yardley LocationThis is the most mismanaged Giant store I have encountered! Unfortunately it is the one closest to my home. I generally like Giant, as far as supermarkets go, however, this one is terrible! So many items are " out of stock". Most sale items are consistently out of stock even on the second day of the sale.I love the fried chicken at Giant, this Giant, not so much. There are only a few pieces available when it is available it's overcooked dried out and old.Whenever I walk into this place there are no baskets (the small carry ones) by the door. I have to hunt one down, that's how I usually spend the first few minutes at this Giant, every single time! When I need a cart, they are often only found in the parking lot. I can never make a trip to this store without being disappointed in some way or experiencing some predictable dilemma. I often have to drive past this Giant on my way to the Newtown location, out of the way but worth the drive if I want to make sure I can get everything on my list. Especially the chicken. I'll leave this review on the positive note, the employees are very nice and helpful! To the manager, you can do better!

Don't want me in store so created a situation where they can say I acted inappropriately toward one of their clerks by getting help from another business who did it. All LIES!! What happened to dignity and respect. I Tried to call ? UNABLE TO REACH anyone that will help?

Customer service closes at 8pm. Store brand soda is so good. Recommending Dr.Bob, Mountain Shoutin', Cola, Cream Soda. Their fried chicken is nice and salty. Take it home, throw it in the air fryer 365F, 8min for 4 pieces. Easy lunch or dinner.

Store really becoming ran down. Signage is horrible, selection limited, fruit and veggies with expired dates. Self checkout terminals never work right. Need to update to stay in line with other Giant stores.

This is not like every other giant supermarket. This is friendly, the best prices out of anything anywhere! The Great customer service, and the cashiers, as well as all the people that work there are just perfect. Step into a nice little town, you go to this store for that Hometown service.

I can always find what I'm looking for there no need to look elsewhere, except on Mondays as the shelves are not stocked. The fruit section is nice. Personnel is helpful and friendly. I completely dislike that mobile robot that rooms around the store, he can become annoying if in the area that you are.

Not sure why the *SELF CHECKOUTS* are always closed in the mornings. This morning, there was about a ~15 minute line for one cashier while the self checkouts were "closed" for inexplicable reasons. Half the people waiting just left - not even worth it and don't wanna give money to such a joke of a store.

My chief complaint is that the self checkout lane is too crowded. There is not enough room for all the carts on each side and people to take a cart down the middle. And now someone had put a rack of Christmas stockings near the entrance forcing that station’s cart to completely obstruct the center lane. And all those now unused checkout lanes going to waste. Fix it soon or I’m shopping at Giant in Morrisville.

I’m not a big fan of the robot roaming the aisles- especially during the pre Xmas bomb cyclone deep freeze craziness. But the customer service at the checkout, and having all the cash registers open, made things way better, during what could have been the worst grocery store trip in the entire world ever

I love shopping at Giant stores! Good prices, quality products and excellent selection. The staff is friendly, polite pleasant and professional. I enjoy going to Giant for a positive lift in my day. This is my favorite place to buy beautiful organic fruits and vegetables.

This is the absolute WORST grocery store I have ever been to. ONE cashier for the entire store, and somehow all six self checkouts are closed. Maybe try offering above-poverty level wages so you can actually hire people to operate your store.

Friendly staff, very clean and a well organized grocery store. I really like what they did giving the store a new modern look inside. New lighting and paint pallet throughoutthe store. Oh yeah. Giant also installed two EV charging ports in the parking lot.

I love going here, always running in at the last minute for something. The staff is so, so friendly! Always willing to help if you ever have a problem. But in this store there's usually never a problem. I've enjoyed coming here for about 14 years now. Their sales are great!

Clean store, decent selection on most items. Produce is good. I agree more with previous comments mentioning unfriendly staff more than I do with those mentioning friendly staff. To be fair there are probably both, but I haven't experienced many of the latter to be honest. Would help if they could just smile more? Friendly or unfriendly, there usually aren't enough staffed check-out lines, obviously trying to route more shoppers through the lower cost self-checkout which is lousy...very frustrating...constantly telling me I put an unscanned item in the bagging area or I didn't put a scanned item in the bagging area. Maybe those sensors need a recalibration? Suggest you ask the guys at Home Depot how they get their self-checkout to work so well.

Store is small but still has a good selection. Because it's small sometimes later in the day you might not find some sale items. Management is awesome always helpful.Stock is getting better, now that the supply chain is moving again.

3 stars since it is so close to me. The cashiers are mostly friendly, but the store feels old and not kept up. A lot of the staff hanging out at customer service or self checkout make it awkward. The store mostly feels like a practice store for better stores. In cant see them maintaining after the new Wegmans opens up.

Giant is my go to grocery store. Reasonable prices decent selection, and lots of them in my area. Staff is usually ok. Not a big fan of Giant for seafood. Another downside is some no longer have salad bars. The bonus card is worth getting.

I realized that prices have gone up at all grocery stores, but that doesn't mean that their customer service and staff should have diminished. Not a welcoming or friendly place. Even the register staff struggle to engage customers. I'll drive elsewhere to shop.
