I am a fairly new pharmacy customer and Andrea the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs/ cashiers are such a pleasure! The first time I went to switch my prescriptions was on a weekend and Andrea was so kind and filled my prescription in a matter of minutes! She goes above and beyond to even special ordering my medication. You almost never find customer service in chain stores with a smile but she is a wonderful and such a treasure. Thank you ladies! In my entire life I have never experienced a pharmacy more lazy, inefficient, indifferent, and downright incompetent.In fact, I have never in my life even dealt with a single pharmacy that was any of those things to begin with. I thought it required intelligence to become a pharmacist.Moved my stuff to another location. Couldn't be happier. Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you have a life-sustaining medication.

Booked an appointment for a flu shot for my son. On the day of the appointment they canceled on us, no reason provided. Worst you need to go ahead and redo the entire booking as the email does not even allow you to do a quick reschedule.This may not be an issue with the specific store and could be a CVS issue but really disappointing experience.

my aunt and i walked in the store to look around, however, not even 5 mins into our spree we were told to leave because we had drinks in our hand. I understand if you told us to leave politely but we were treated like we were doing something wrong. I’ve been to many CVS’s and never was told to leave because i had a drink. (p.s. we DID have lids on our drinks so i don’t understand the problem)

I love this CVS! It’s always clean and perfectly organized. The staff is always helpful and they always have everything I need. The pharmacy works like a fine oiled machine and the pharmacy staff is always super helpful and friendly. Did I mention their toy section?! And it’s beside that delicious Cramer bakery.

The young pharmacist (Ms. Patel) who gave me my Moderna booster last night was just lovely and very caring. She was very busy but took time for each person that needed a shot, prescriptions, or had a question. I felt sorry for her because she was working without any heat last night in the Pharmacy and it was 17 degrees outside! Can someone at CVS Corp. please handle this! Thank you.

my daughter dropped off her prescription Saturday and the lady working at the pharmacy was rude and wasn’t going to help her get her prescription bc she couldn’t read what her doctor wrote didn’t try to call her doctor or anything. Also, my son in law had a prescription as well to drop off and she was super rude to him as well as calling his doctor bc she couldn’t read his prescription and she yelled at his doctor’s office on the phone and was super rude. They took there prescriptions to the cvs up the road and they got there prescriptions no issues. We will not be back to the pharmacy anymore. You need to get better employees in your pharmacy department that know how to treat people when they are dropping off prescriptions.

This particular CVS is in the center of Yardley so the parking lot is small and tight like the store. I didn't spend much time in the store as I was looking for a specific item that they didn't have. The employee who tried to help me find my item was very helpful though which is always nice to see.

They seem nice but pharmacy is completely inefficient on many levels. First of all, always a wait even when there is no other customers. 25% of the time, they are out of stock of the medicine you need. You go to pick it up and they tell you to come back the next day. Very frustrating!!

Maybe best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a big-name pharmacy like this. Shannon and Wade at the front counter were fantastic helping me print pictures. Great experience.

Rude RX staff. I noticed on two occasions two different RX staff members mention medication names in front of other customers when ringing people up. Doesn’t seem to be any care for privacy.
