For my experience, these people deserve 10 stars. I bought trailer to transport a specific piece of equipment. I bought what I thought was the biggest trailer they had, tandem axle and heavy carrying capacity. When I got it back to work, it was about 3" too narrow. A trailer is not just an every day return. I thought there was no way out of this situation. I was in deep trouble. I went to the store and explained my situation. They bent over backwards to not only return that trailer, but also to find me one that the equipment would fit on. They called another store, and although that store would not really go out of their way to help, they did have the trailer I needed. I returned the original one to this store and then ran to the other store to get the new one. The return caused this store some extra grief in having to get a new title and everything for it, but they were still more than willing to make things work. 10 stars!!!

Staff was extremely helpful I came in to buy chain and the staff assisted me in measuring and cutting the chain to the lengths I needed. They also always have an abundance of clothing and outdoor gear. I love the shirts they have in stock just wish it was changed s bit every now and then.

They have just about anything you need for outside work,animals,tools etc. They have a big variety of things. They fill small propane tanks so that’s always a plus! The employees are always very helpful and friendly. My son loves to explore the different tools and animals we always enjoy ourselves just looking at the random items and somethings are pretty random.

The staff is always very friendly an knowledgeable about their products. I came in because my dog was excessively itching. They recommended a better flea and tick medicine and a different recipe in dog food that would help his skin. this was way more than I expected and i am so glad the people there know what they're talking about

Sayre store seems to be very short staffed. Over flow of stock blocking many isles. Stock seems to have out sized the store. Only one check out clerk. Long slow moving line. Took much longer to check out than shopping time.Wysox store... Very friendly workers. Clean, well organized store. Quick checkout.

Nice store-friendly, helpful employees. I sometimes have issues finding items there, they will have items in one place and then similar items two isles away. Store clean, large parking lot, handicap accessible.

I enjoy shopping at tractor supply overall. I am always pleased with the quality of the products they carry, and also plesantly surprised by the variations of their products. On one hand, there is never an issue finding an associate if you need help with something. However, as a female, it's very frustrating that every single employee who walks by you asks if you need assistance. Some even ask more than once. Females need the products sold in this store too, and many probably know a lot more about the products than the associates could ever guess, otherwise, they wouldn't be there to begin with. We definitely know the general rule that states if we have a question, or need help, we locate and ask an associate. We dont need to be treated like we are a zebra in NYC. I hope that you will place some more emphasis on this in your employee training sessions because it really takes away from my shopping experience and opinion of the business.

Bought a weed eater and had to return it the next day when I noticed the trimmer head was broken before I used it. They were very polite, understanding, and let me turn it when a new one came with zero hassle...!

Been to many tsc stores and this is the BEST!!!! The inventory of feeds is the most extensive I have ever seen and the help from employees is unbelievable! They care and help! So thankful for this store, it's location, product availability, and accommodating help!

I used to tell people that we didn't a need a tractor supply because we had so many hardware stores and endless mountain... but last summer I bought a new riding mower. Lost the key the 3rd time I used it. I didn't buy it at tractor supply, but they carried a universal key that fits most brands and it was a 3 minute drive over to buy the new key. Definitely more convenient than driving to sayre for a replacement. They also carry science diet (only place around) for our cats and dogs.

Responsive and knowledgeable staff (ask for Jason Dunn, in particular), make this addition to the area, hands down, the place to go. They've done well to help with the loss of Kmart regarding pet supplies and (specifically) water softener supplies.

Looked on line and said item was in stock and available for pick up today. Drove 1/2hr to go get item. Was told they havent seen one of them in a long time. Looked on site next day and it still says available for pick up today. Frustrated.

Went to get my 100 # propane tanks filled today . The tanks are secured in the bed of my truck and after 3 months of getting them filled here the manager tells me I have to take then out of my truck so they can fill them and then I have to load them back in., Really? They have been filling them IN my truck for months, They just list a customer.

Had a hard time getting the correct mower belt. After 3 tries, I gave up and ordered it myself. Other wise, I use them for pet food and such.
