I'M DONE! I'll shop across the street at Gerritys. I'm not shopping here anymore. The reason is that this place refuses to staff the dam registers even when there is 20+ people trying yo check out. Some with very large orders.The self service registers are always screwed up touchy and hard to work. Of course when you ask for help you are inconveniencing the kid that was otherwise having a conversation about Instagram or tiktok. We spend at least $300 or more here a week thats well over $15000 a year and now its my job to check myself out. I got a roast here 2 weeks ago and it stunk so bad I had to take it right back. I'M DONE!!!

Great store with helpful and courteous employees. With the price of the masks you guys are charging, I hope your profits are passed on to the employees. They all deserve raises. I overheard one of the stockers say he was called in on his day off due to staffing challenges. These people are heroes helping to keep America fed.

Produce is great! Nice flowers too. Like their "store brand" items. Always shop sale items & use digital coupons. Carry several different types of cheese varieties in deli cases.

Went to price chopper today to get one of their advertised on sale Chuck roasts. Went up with a grocery order. Good thing I went to meat department before filling my cart with groceries. No advertised Chuck roasts. I asked butcher he said the never got their Chuck roasts in. Why advertise it if you don't got it. I went to gerritys across the street.

Went in for blueberries, they had one moldy container.There was also 1 single register open with a line several people deep at 10:30am on a Tuesday. Most of the shopping carts have wobbly wheels and make clunking sounds which echo down each aisle as you walk along, like an off time bass drum beating in the distance.This place would be the perfect setting for a post apocalypse horror movie. There might have even been a few zombies walking around inside.

In my opinion the best Price Chopper in the area. Great employees 90% of the time, occasionally a less than ideal experience but it is overshadowed by the great amount of good.Parking lot, ingress, egress and roads are more pleasant than others in area.Relatively clean despite the local river causing floods to this mall every few decades, good on them for great effort in maintenance. It could use a new ladies room in my opinion away from seafood counter but is acceptable.

If you cant find items that have the the Pricechopper logo or name on them try their sister store Market 32 in Edwardsville, i found 4 items i couldnt find that i had coupons for under Pricechopper name and those items never got to their isles. One quick stop at Market 32 and i couldnt believe it, no mention of it from my Pricechopper and when i told people at help desk and Mngt level at Pricechopper my answer was, well pick a similar item and we will honor the coupon.. i said well i want the item the coupon is for as its something i wanted to try...(it was chicken grilled sausage).. they were clueless and just repeated the same answer about getting a near same item and i can have it for the same price.... odd...

This is a good store in general with an interesting variety of products. For those of us with Celiac Disease, it's a pretty good place to shop. Maybe not appropriate here, but, if an store tops them in the Celiacs realm, that's Wegmans. It's very difficult to have an autoimmune d/o that has no treatment other than careful food restrictions. But Price Chopper does a pretty good job. Would recommend.

I shopped there several times this year and used a personal check every time with no issues. Today my order was 92 bucks and they would not take my check because I didn't have their card. I asked for a manager and the girl said it wouldn't help. So I paid cash and left.I was a little upset so I called the manager and again no respect,not even I'm sorry.I suggest you treat customers better because you lost one today.Jim Dellartemanager Eric and again I was not treated

Price Chopper has some BOGO offers that are fantastic. It really helps your family pull through for the month. That's what I love about them. And they do have a nice selection of food, bakery, meat , and produce. It's worth a trip.

Yes, I did just buy a Kunzler spiral ham for 99 cents a lb!!! Delish! Great tasting seafood salad and crab cakes. Everything is prepared to look as good as it tastes. Halls are wide, bright, and friendly staff. This just might be my new go to store! Very impressed.

Average grocery store. My only pet peeves is they shut down the deli at 8. When you don't get out of work until 8 pm it just is frustrating. But other then that they have competitive prices for today's current status

It would be great if this store could seriously try to live up to the company name... by 'chop'ing some prices compared to their competitors in the surrounding areas. Yes, I am aware that everything has been going up in price, but from as far back as I can remember shopping here, even with my mother; their prices have always seemed to hit the pocket the hardest..Very seldom do I find it woRTH making it to grab the few and rarely discounted items..

The staff at the Price Chopper pharmacy are wonderful. They're always helpful. Today, one of the front staff members checked out my groceries for me at the self check out. I thought that was really nice if her to go out of her way to help.

Selection and prices are pretty good. However, I have never purchased produce here that lasted more than 2 days. Most of the day staff is good, but the one woman who works overnight has absolutely no idea what she is doing. Love that the store is open 24/7, plus I can earn points for money off gas at Sunoco stations.

I love this location the employees are always very helpful. My fiance gets his medication at there pharmacy and they are always very kind and fast. The food variety is great, and they are always in stock. Ps. There fruit lasts longer than any other super market and it is VERY clean.

This price chopper is open convenient hours, lots of parking, usually pretty decent sales and I love the gas points. The cashiers are usually pretty nice but like everywhere youll encounter one here or there that's grumpy. Few and far between here. Usually very clean and organized. Good store

Excellent customer service. I was looking for an unusual sauce. I asked a woman in the deli department. She walked me over to the area and held me look. She even asked another employee for further assistance. When they realized they no longer carried the item, they both apologized and suggested another PC store. I got my sauce. Well done!!

Love pricechopper. Lots of great stuff you won't find in other grocery stores. Has a bakery, deli, and excellent meat section. Huge parking lot with handicapped parking and it's handicap friendly with automatic doors and scooters inside. You get great deals when you have a card also get brakes on gas.
