No matter when I go or who is working behind the counter, they are always pleasant and as helpful as they can be. The store is always clean and well stocked. It is in a shopping center so there is always plenty of parking. The only negative is that I always feel so sorry for the cats that are up for adoption (but that's a good thing!!!!)

They price check so that is amazingThe store has so many high quality toys and cat palaces that are actually really inexpensive. They are extremely sturdy as well.Now some of the stuff is a bit pricey but they sponsor 5 SPCA cats and each cat has a nice carpeted cage, nice toys, a cozy bed house to sleep in and they get really high quality food. The cats look happy and ready to be adopted and you can tell the owners of the store really have alot of pride in their shopEverything is organized and the employees seem to keep busy and are friendly and helpfulI stopped buying cat stuff at walmart to support this store.

Great place for pet stuff. Reasonably priced. And I was able to find stuff for my pet that's not typical. (Chinchilla) it's so hard to find stuff for them. :) great place! All employees that I've come in contact with were also very kind and loved our fur baby!

Prices are high compared to online retailers...I discovered my dog created a secret place to go the bathroom in the back of and an rarely used closet. It was a dried mess. So I stopped by to purchase some Nature's Miracle hard surface cleaner. It's a nice retail environment but beware you're paying for it. They only had gallon jugs marked up to $31.99. You can purchase it online for half as much with shipping. I purchased a smaller spray bottle of the advanced formula which cost me over $15 with discount. Buy it online at Amazon or Chewy delivered for 40% less.

Great smaller pet store with the essentials and some extra stuff. The prices are a bit higher though compared to Petsmart and the like. The employees are nice though.

It's a neat store , they have a cool self serve area for pet washing. They also sell different toys and treats than what everybody else has.

Friendly staff. They price match to ~almost~ any store online and they accept coupons. If there's something not in store they'll try to order it from their website for you
