We have 3 big dogs - 2 lab mixes and a Bernese Mountain Dog - and used Alexandra for the first time today. Our Bernese has some trust issues and was in dire need of a good grooming and Alexandra was wonderful with him! We appreciated the one-on-one appointment, friendliness of the owner, cleanliness of the facility, and her pricing. Definitely a gem!

My yorkie/jack russell was a mess, desperately in need of a good groom. I took her to Alexandra and my Lilybird took right to her. Alexandra is a sweet young lady and an amazing groomer! My Lilybird is feeling sassy after her bath and her new shorter cut. Lily and I will be regularly visiting Alexandra now and as far as how Lilybird feels about all this, well Alexandra made a new.best friend, my lily

She was absolutely amazing! This is the first time my dog has been to the groomers she was absolutely amazing so patient. She walked me through all the steps she was doing and worked so well. I was so nervous and I felt comfortable with taking my 4yr old rescue pittie there. Will recommend to anyone.

I couldn't recommend Alexandria's Bubble Palace enough! She is amazing with my timid chiweenie. She has a great personality and is very accommodating.
