STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! the worst place we ever been!!!! Usually our dog's haircut took up to 1.5 hours, BUT They cut our small toy poodle for 4 HOURS !!! and they made him almost bald!!! WHEN WE CAME HE WAS ALWAYS SHAKING AND CRYING!!! He didn't respond to his name and he had a lot of stress! He stopped to shaking only after couple of hours and he was feeling bad about 2 days after visiting this hell grooming service! THEY CHARGED US 85$ and the cashier said “You must leave a tip!” I SAID “NO” but the cashier said again “You should leave a tip!” it was terrible experience

The groomer Brianna was so very pleasant and professional. She answered my many questions that I had and also she didn't get frustrated with what I thought was a little overwhelming because I know that I can be one to go a little overboard when it comes to caring for my Grandpup. I will go back again and request for Brianna. She took her time to Groom him and she made sure I was satisfied before I left. She definitely pleases her customers !!

The young lady who groomed my dog was very kind and gentle - my dog is elderly and quite shy - and did a lovely job. I will ask for her next time - I think she said her name was Atari? Also, I was able to get a next-day appointment, which I appreciated

I registered for Vital Care for my two dogs. I live close to the store and have gone there for years for clipping the dogs nails and it worked for me. Then the two groomers there told me about the vital care program and I got a plan for each of my dogs. I look forward to using the other services that the plan covers.

Stopped in to take a look at some reptiles and was helped by Brittany she was awesome and very polite, I would recommend this Petco everyone was nice.

My dog still had quite a bit of loose hair even though I chose the de-shedding option. But when I brought my other two dogs in and mentioned the problem, my other dogs did not have any loose hair after grooming. My dogs were immaculately groomed.
