Plenty of times I’ve had matcha from here….this is not matcha this is watered down milk it’s not even green, the sauce on my lid?… I won’t be drinking this…who ever is on drink duty tonight needs more practice

This WAWA NEEDS TO GO!! There were kids with ski mask on at the door (about 4 of them) shutting the door on ppl who were trying to come thru!! The cops need to be posted up there or maybe a security guard OR SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!! Why should we be uncomfortable when shopping for food and snacks or getting gas! I will never support this Wawa ever again!!

There is a woman working there right now named Stephanie, she's an older lady that wears a Muslim garb. She's very rude and nasty to customers. I came in there to get my food and it took a long time for it to be made which is not a problem because I'm usually patient, while I just received my food after a long a while waiting and called for my Uber ride to pick me up Stephanie says " you've been in here too long you to GET OUT". I told her off before I caught my ride but to whom this may concern, please do something about this woman. If you don't know how to talk to customers she shouldn't be working there

To be honest, this is a trash Wawa. Always dirty, the wait is always extremely long and food is just made sloppy. I wasted my money thinking 20 minutes would be enough time to get a coffee made before work. Line to check out was long only had 1 cashier working. The self checkout machine was broken. I had to leave because I was going to be late. I literally never have a good experience here.

Usually their ingredients are fresh, but today the roll was stale, I mean hard, I ask for extra mayo and hardly got any, I asked for BBQ chips, they sent cheddar sour cream. I don't bother ordering cakes anymore because they've sent the wrong item twice!

Made a order through DoorDash and they gave my driver the wrong bag my driver was kind enough to go back and have them remake my order he returns with a bag thinking they made my order correctly this time only for it to be totally wrong they put onions on my steak and I’m allergic really could’ve been bad for me and of course DoorDash can’t do anything I’m just pissed I’m pregnant and just wanted a good cheesesteak I can’t even eat this

I’m really disappointed that $1 coffee ended. This is my favorite place to come for coffee, gas and food. Today they had just put out fresh coffee when I arrived. I usually get the hazelnut or French vanilla but today I opted for the Cuban roast. It was dark, rich and bold—just the jolt I needed. Food is always great here and this location is very clean. Thumbs up!

I literally live around the corner from this Wawa and will drive past it and go to the one Rt 152 (Limekiln pk or the new one on Easton Rd). I’m so disappointed in this location. Food prepared like slop, long lines and most not all staff are indifferent or could care less . I used to Love WaWa but this location needs a total re-do!

This has to be one of the most poorly run Wawa's I have ever been to. I understand it's crazy busy in here but half the store was out of stock, coolers were half empty, shelves half empty, coffee station a complete mess. I honestly feel bad for the employees as they are being run ragged.

Out. Of. Control. It was a beehive of nonsense from the customers and staff. Both self-serve check-out spots had red, screaming alarms going off with no assistance in sight, a line with a dozen customers on the other side with 1 cashier...on her cell phone ("3 or more, go to the core"...such a joke). Had like 7 people just straight-up filling their coolers and tons of extra Wawa cups with ice, leaving none behind for "paying" customers, like myself. The whole 20-minute experience was like the wild west. Even had some woman almost run me down outside in her car, screeching into a parking spot, but they had all the time in the world to stand holding the door for someone immediately after... 😒🤨😑 I just needed a pack of smokes and wanted a fountain drink. Should've been 3-4 minites, MAX. Won't ever go back. EVER.

Wait is always too long. Never get my order right even though it's printed for them. Made me wait about 20minutes only to tell me when it was my turn that she had no chicken. No turkey either. No sandwich. Smh.

Always a fun time at these places. They have a nice fountain soda machine and many snack selections. They also sell gas and full on food options as well.

Great Wawa. Great location and wonderful employees. Clean bathrooms. Thank you to all of the wonderful and dedicated employees who despite often unruly and demanding customers, always give that over the top extra friendly Wawa customer service. Very blessed to have a Wawa so close to me.

This Wawa was very busy at 10pm on a Saturday. With customers already verbally asking how much longer for their food to be ready, several food associates started breaks and put in their own food orders. The remaining food prep clearly prioritized the employee's orders as they came up while the rest of us continued to wait. Management seemed to be completely non existent. Many displays were trashed or nearly empty.

I don't know what's so difficult about the orders I request, but this location can never seem to get it right. They keep giving me chicken salad when I order tuna salad and they keep getting my fixings wrong. Definitely never coming here again.

My rating is probably 2.5, but Google doesn't allow half stars. The food is like any other Wawa, but they're always out of everything. This is convenient for me to stop at to get gas and/or pick up food after shopping at the Target down the street, but twice I've had to leave without making any purchases because they were out of EVERYTHING. One time they didn't even have gift cards! How can Wawa not have Wawa gift cards? It also takes forever for food to be made. I don't necessarily mind the wait, but sometimes it seems like the employees are just wasting time talking and ordering a bunch of stuff for themselves.Today, they offered no made-to-order beverages at all. No lattes, no lemonade, no smoothies, no milkshakes, no cold brew. How can you be out of every single ingredient to make beverages? Previously, I went and they were out of Italian meats, egg salad, donuts, cookies, brownies, and almost every beverage. I understand it's a very busy Wawa, but the Wawa on Market St. by City Hall is in a more central location, is smaller, and also seems to get a lot of traffic and they're rarely out of things. The service is a lot faster, too.

Just be on point when you go here!" At night you have a lot of shady characters and I do mean shady. I get why the police 🚔 sit in the parking lot there. I usually don't go in,I would only pull up for gas and one time I did two ppl walked up to me asking for money and I was like I don't carry cash! Just be careful. Really I'm more of a Sanoco person, the crowd is better.
