The state was well stocked & organized. I bought in bulk which saved money. There was plenty of parking. And the checkout line was not only short, but the cashier went out of her way to help me load my cart.

This particular Walmart never has anything that they advertised.the shelves are all half-empty, they have no fresh meat but they advertise fresh meat. It's a disgraceful store.

Walmart had all of the shopping carts outside of the store. Not a single cart was inside and they were all stuck together and locked in place so you couldn’t get a cart yourself. I asked the person at the entrance to call a mgr or someone to unlock the carts outside and he did nothing but shucked his shoulders. This has to be the most trifling Walmart in the city after the dirty one on Adams Ave. There are always extremely long lines with cashiers moving backwards in slow motion. Store is kind of dirty and needs cleaning. Not many healthy food items to choose from. Better off going to a grocery store.

This Walmart is so ghetto that it’s embarrassing to our community. I went to purchase body soap and got no assistance to open the case. I pushed the button and no one ever answered. I went to the customer service counter and the nice lady called over the loud speaker for someone to assist me and still no one came. My daughter juggled the lock that was on the case and it slid off so I was able to assist myself with the body soap. Another lady was walking by and said she was waiting for someone to open the case as well and no one came to assist her. While was assisting myself, she helped herself to the buddy soap. While standing at customer service a gentleman said he was in line because he needed assistance in the hardware case but no one ever showed. The nice lady called over the speaker and asked for an associate to assist him in hardware. As I was in the checkout line, I heard the nice lady come over the speaker once again for an associate to assist in hardware. I guess Walmart associates don’t assist customers at night. Next time I’ll be going to a different Walmart further in the county. Cedarbrook Walmart is a disgrace. I only gave it one star because of the nice lady that was working the customer service counter other than that I would’ve given zero stars. Do better!

The worst, honestly considered walking out and leaving items, and starting over a another store! The store is an unorganized nightmare. Lines were not as long as usual, however it took forever to check out, AND NO BAGS! Clearly workers don't care, management could care less, what does that say about corporate? The customer, already suffering from inflated prices everywhere, has to endure a horrible shopping experience for lower prices. Nothing but the Devil

I prefer to Instacart from here than to go in person. The lines are outrageous sometime. Unfortunately that's what you have to deal with when there is no self checkout. And there's likely no self checkout to prevent theft. It's kind of just something you have to deal with in order to shop at this location.

The lines are always TERRIBLE at this location because they’ll have 3 cashiers fighting for their life trying to check out 30+ people. Hire more people or open a self checkout area, stop overworking those people.

This was ravaged. The shelves were empty. I couldn't find a simple watch battery. I had to go next door to Best buy and get it. And I can imagine retail's not easy, but none of the workers really seem to give a darn, about the their entire battery Center was empty.

This Walmart is conveniently placed between a great amount of shops to fit most of your every day needs. With PFCU just a few doors down to a Fresh Grocer around the back lot.Now inside the store you have literally the same thing most Walmarts do, although I wish they would've just changed this building into a super Walmart and gave it a grocery area with fresh fruits and veggies. It does have a canned food and freezer section for your quick stop and shop type of market aspect.The kids section is kind of lacking a bit for my taste though, you rarely find the sizes for the older kiddos as you would for babies and infants. Especially on the boys side.The toy section is kinda blah, with bikes and other things kids do and do enjoy. Lol I remember as a kiddo, it was aimed toward us to compete with ToysRUs now they just do the bare minimum. Kids/adults today don't understand the value of imaginary play anymore.The check out lines are and will always be long....it's a Walmart signature trademark....

Consistently having long lines due to the no self check out n Urban areas, which has benefit to reducing shoplifting for Walmart... However, waiting 30 mins to check out absurb nowadays. With 3 cashiers and 56 people waiting in line... Smh

When I first moved to the area the shelves stayed stocked but now all you see is empty shelves. I keep thinking they're closing down. Sorry but not sorry to say this when I go to the white Walmart their shelves are full. Why aren't there enough registers open during the rush hours?

I purchased a light fixture but when I got home it wasn’t with my other purchases and I didn’t leave it in the cariage. I wasn’t able to reach customer service on the phone and went back 2 days later but after the representative told me there was no one available to check the cameras..they owe me my product(which I prefer) or the $26.00 refund..this is the second week I’ll try for either. Their customer service suggests unless you happen to speak Spanish!!!!!I do speak it but I didn’t think I should had to.

The worst grocery store ever. Dollar store level. Saturday afternoon half of the cashier's closed. Waiting time is 30 mins average. You can get out of DMV faster than this.

Most ghetto Walmart in philly. Please teach employees how to read receipts!The people at the exit door that check your receipt act extra for nothing and hype.They don’t know how to read the damn receipt. Asked the cashier if he had charged me for all items in my cart. I paid for everything I had. Then they called manager and she verified everything I paid for was on receipt. A deer park water and a deer park water sport are definitely going to have two different sku numbers DUH!!! Ignorant was being extra for nothing. Doing the most with the least. Learn how to read and understand what’s on a receipt before acting like a fool.

I love Walmart, but the stores are going down. Every store has long lines that don't move and always empty shelves. TOO MANY EMPTY SHELVES. This Walmart has the soap locked in a case and when you hit the button for a associate no one comes for almost 20 mins...so you have to walk around and find someone to open it......the cigarettes are behind the counter and I can get those faster than soap and I don't smoke.....VERY SMART WALMART

I think this particular store is well-run and stocked. I have had good customer service experiences during my many visits. I've seen the results of good teamwork at this location! Unless there's a few pallets of merchandise being restocked, the shelves are full, well organized & labeled.🔽🔽🔽This is just one of many Walmart stores that's swept the nation. You're responsible for employing many people & made it possible for families to buy necessities they might not be able to afford.• It's evident your teams of buyers are skillful at their trade. High volume contracts of name-brand purchases & rebranding their products exclusively for Walmart or Sam's (Mr Walton's) has redefined our economy. My primary request is to reevaluate allocation of HR resources. Instead of adding personnel, reallocating or cross-training might improve the overall customer experience. Is blatantly evident that loss prevention is among your highest of priorities. For example, a plain-clothed security worker could also be trained to respond to management requests, run a department, act as a floating manager & also be registered trained.*************************At least for now, my final suggestion is to source as many 100% MADE IN USA products, with parts also MADE IN THE USA.I realize we have wonderful & necessary trade relationships with our other countries.But,"made in usa, WITH FOREIGN & DOMESTIC PARTS"could mean that a product with 50,000 PIECES is assembled in the USA with a single screw MADE IN THE USA. Your family of companies has the power to easily affect positive economic changes simply by tweaking your business model. Incorporated properly, I don't see that as detracting from your bottom line.

Came to complete an exchange for an item and was told that Customer Service does not open until 7 AM. This should be advertised so that consumers don't have to stand around waiting for 40 minutes to be provided service. Unacceptable, especially when they have several personnel available.

Absolute trash. Don't waste your time. Terrible selection, very crowded anytime you go, only 2 cashier lanes open typically, so ridiculously long lines 24/7.

The lines are ALWAYS long and slow and there are barely any cashier. You guys have so many lanes for cashiers to get these lines moving .. why is there always like 3 cashiers covering the entire store?? It's ridiculous. They store does always seem to have what I need so I guess that's a bright side. Do better with having more lines open.

This Walmart is the worst!! The employees are never around to help and when they are around they are all on their phones at all times. The store itself is dirty and I never see the employees doing anything about it. They often don't have the products that they say they have online. If you can go somewhere else for your shopping I would I would go anywhere else.

But one thing I don't like about Walmart is, the price tags on the shelves don't ALWAYS match the prices at the Registers! & I don't like the attitude problems coming from some of those, IG'NANT, Staff members when I inform them of these, unfair pricing, discrepancies! Other than that, it's just Okay!

The Walmart located at 1000 Easton Rd. Wyncote, PA has the most unprofessional customer service that I’ve ever experienced. They’re unfriendly, unprofessional, rude and do not pay attention to detail. The entire staff needs to be properly retrained.
