Good Evening Google Family. I visited the Home Depot here before and I thought I had written a review. I visited since I was in the area, after leaving my awesome Zumba class at LA Fitness. I needed to purchase a bulb for the kitchen fixture. I mean the under the cabinet right near the sink location. I purchased the wrong size and I kept telling myself after I had purchased it, that it was the incorrect size. Anyway I will be going back to Home Depot tomorrow to exchange it and get the correct one. I had so many people helping me. The Home Depot associates and Derrick, my handy man helper on the phone. I had a good visit here but I will exchange it at another location. Good night Google Family!!!!

The customer service in the flower department is absolutely the worst. I asked the young lady for help, but obviously me asking her for help was a problem. Her cellular device was way more important then servicing me and my help for my new garden. I asked the young lady what was her name and she asked me for my name. I was so offended. I had my help ask another associate for the young lady’s name and she told me her name was Victoria Dugan. I have never been subjected to bad customer service in my years. My help and I left the store and went to another home improvement retailer.

Patti in the garden department was phenomenal. I have been shopping at Home Depot for 40 years having lived right by one of the first two stores in Doraville, Georgia. Patti was phenomenal. She was passionate, knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. She is truly a gem.

I truly prefer Lowe’s but I come here because it’s closer.Today, I needed help with a screen door. Someone loaded it onto the dolly, encouraged me to put the items in my cart on the dolly, but then he stood back and texted as I pushed the dolly with one hand and my empty cart with the other. At check out, I requested for a lot technician to assist me with putting the screen door in my car. I waited for about 10 minutes. No one ever came. I decided to get my car and load the screen door myself (knowing I would struggle) because I would’ve been standing there until closing. A Good Samaritan offered to help me and loaded it in my car for me.While I am a woman, it would be helpful for Home Depot to ensure that there are enough males on duty or women who are able to lift heavy items and assist customers. I should not have had to stand at the exit all of that time and the cashier who watched me stand there, should’ve called for a lot tech a second time or gave me an update about why help did not come.

The store is always busy. But they get you out quick. It can't be hard to get help. But they do the best they can. New Management here and they are really doing good things. Alot cleaner better

If you like good customer service, look for Damin,great guy, helped me find the lumber I was looking for and moved the 16 feet heavy long lumber to my cart, also was willing to cut the wood to my specifications (a lot of worker folks don’t offer precision cut) he did that out of courtesy.

The worst customer service ive ever had. 1 in every 5 associates are wearing orange. The rest are wearing whatever they want. Noone can help with an issue but they are happy to pass the buck and put a useless call over the intercom.Avoid this Home depot.Took legitimately 45 mins to get a key made.

I'd leave less than 0 stars if I could. Paid for delivery services that I never received. Called the Cheltenham store spoke with 3 different managers unnamed, Adam & Gus. All three were incompetent, didn't help or follow up to complete the services. I think 3 weeks is enough to wait. Lost my business

By far the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. None of the employees seem interested in helping the customers. I’m constantly waiting for help and/or check for simple things. I can write this review in the store because I have so much spare time waiting. Avoid if you have any other options. Picture from the parking lot that depicts what it’s like inside.Edit: why did I come back? They have 10 employees standing around but only 1 person working the checkout. So we all waiting a huge line wasting our time just to buy something.

This store is the absolute worst establishment on the face of this earth. The customer service is BEOYND horrendus. "acting manager Andre and Re Re have refused to assist with a concrete order scheduled to deliver last saturday. then yesterday. and now today. Andre has now screwed this up so bad, i got an email it was rescheduled for a week later. I have walked into that store several times and asked for assistance and have been directed to someone else on several occasions while employees sit on phones and stare at customers instead of asking if they need help. this store needs to be reevaluated.

The gentlemen in the floor section were very helpful and professional. I just wish Home Depot had a better selection of adhesive tiles. They need to add more colors .

Did you know that you can rent trucks and cargo vans at Home Depot for projects? I rented both a F250 and a Cargo Van. They were 20 bucks for the 1st 75 min, $5 for every 15 min after that. Unlimited miles. I needed to pick up something large and drop off and it was a little further away so did not want to go with any of the other places that require you to pay for miles.The employees were really helpful, sometimes they were having conversations with each other rather than focusing on helping me. I now know about their family event that someone didn't get invited to, but they didn't want to go anyway.... 😩🤣🤷🏿‍♀️ Also, a customer slipped on some substance on the ground. She told an employee and the person asked her what she wanted her to do... but she said it really nicely. 😭😂

What can I say. I started a home project that I fumbled on Step 1. I came to Home Depot 4109 for advise and suggestions on tools. I approach Ree Ree we tried, we had the idea but nothing. She said, let's call Mike Mike/Michael. Grady walked by and tried, again nothing. Michael came and saved the day. They were all professional and funny. The customer service displayed went above and beyond.

A trip to Home Depot is often an exercise and confronting Modern Luxury as humans. Do you need a machine screw? With a specific thread count, diameter, and length? And do you need as much of a particular pantone color of latex paint as you could possibly Ever Need? How about a million framing nails? And maybe even a pegboard, so you can build a bed of nails, and develop an entire career as a sideshow performer? It's all here. Inside this one big box store. What a world we live in.

IN NEED OF BETTER STORE SECURITY & MANAGEMENT.I went there to buy a cordless Dewalt Framing nailer listed at $399. An associate unlocked the secured tool cage and we discovered the box had been pilfered. Missing from the kit was the battery. I asked the associate if he could locate another. Although his inventory listed 5 in stock he wasn't able to located another so I offered to purchase the kit at a discounted rate matching the TOOL ONLY price of $319. He said that it would have to be authorized by the Manager On Duty and escorted me to customer service where I explained the event and my desire to proceed with the purchase of the tool. The customer service agent called the MOD, WENDY and explained the issue to her via telephone 3 times and apparently decided that the purchase was not permitted. I feel that after spending 25 minutes waiting to purchase a partial tool and futile attempts to locate another listed in stock the MOD should at least take a minute to come out and explain to the customer why the purchase of an item is not permissible. I do appreciate the service and attention of the tool aisle associate and the 2 customer service agents. It is management that should be more accessible to customers.

Waited over an hour for an Hardware associate to come and provide access so I can get tools needed. Left the store after waiting. There had to be at least 6-7 employees standing around, but none of them had the ability to provide assistance. Very unprofessional.

Requested curb side pickup , waited 25 minutes - no one came out. Went inside , to get assistance and then again went outside to wait. Waited another 20 minutes and finally had to go inside myself to get my things and load them myself. Do better.

The worst! Place is a mess in every way, shape and form! There was barely one useable corner bead. I don’t know if the staff or the customers are malicious and damage the products for fun? But for your project’s well-being and your sanity I highly suggest going somewhere else.

Do not shop at this store. After wasting half an hour rummaging though mismarked and randomly filled bins to find my three items I waited on line half an hour only to be yelled at that I must now go wait in another long line. Incompetent, obnoxious, and nasty staff coupled with incompetent managment make shopping here a horror.

This was the worst experience that I have had at this Home Depot . Keep in mind I’ve been shopping here since 2004. I rented a truck online on Tuesday for this Saturday (7/1). You get several text messages reminding you to be on time for your reservation because they will cancel it if you are 30 minutes late . I was 3 minutes away from the store with 20 minutes to spare and I get a call saying I can’t have the truck ì reserved because both trucks are damaged. Those trucks were returned this morning before 10 so it was known the night before and no one called me . So unprofessional!!Then I asked to see the manager , who was called several times , but never came to speak with me, again , unprofessional and disrespectful. The lady who tried to help me was extremely sympathetic and I appreciated that . Worst experience EVER!!

My mom was working there for a while. Got cashier of the year awards and went above and beyond. About a month ago she fell pretty hard and hurt her knee on the job. Didn’t file a workmen’s comp claim and still went to work even tho she was hurt. Today they terminated her for “allowing a customer to leave with unpaid product”. Not theft, but for just allowing it to happen or not noticing it. Even though security standing right there. Completely unethical behavior.
