I have gone to this target for over a decade and they have severely gone down in quality over the last several years. It’s like they don’t care about their store anymore. I’ve gotten into the habit of checking the expiration date on everything I purchase because they frequently have expired food on the shelves. My husband shopped the other day and didn’t check and bought granola bars with an expiration date of JULY 2023. A lot of things are now locked up. Even things that don’t make sense, like men’s undershirts and toothpaste. This makes shopping a huge hassle and takes a long time because you press the button and it takes forever for an employee to open the glass. It seems like they never stock their items as they are always super low or out of things. They only ever have 2ish lanes open and the rest is self checkout. It’s just an overall unpleasant experience anymore.

Walked to the store door at 7am and was told by the gentleman that they aren’t open yet. I asked what time he said he doesn’t know, maybe ten minutes. I’m sorry the website says 7am It’s the Saturday before Christmas let’s be more organized TARGET!!! So here I am sitting in the car just waiting….

Gosh, how can someone describe the Target shopping experience in a simple Google review? It's indescribable. It's tremendous. It's tedious. It's both better and worse now that half of the store is self-checkout. I love the fact that there is often frozen pizza on sale at this location. But, as a bachelor, I would say that about any big box store with discount Frozen pizza. I also love that you can find sweatpants, a clip on bow tie, diet coke, bicycles, and packaging tape all in one spot. If you're a refined gentleman with rich and varied tastes, keep Target on your list of "must-dos"

I brought a pack of hero mighty patches. I got all the way home to find that the package was completely empty!!! A employee took the box out of the case for me and put it directly into my cart and so I never even touched the box to feel if it was something in there. But apparently it wasn’t!!!! Make sure you check your items before you leave because customer service will not answer the phone!

Worst speed of checkout I've ever experienced. Self checkout was closed. I needed to buy ONE item. Waited in line for 30 minutes. I work in Loss prevention and was incredibly tempted to leave without paying bc it was so ludicrous

Probably one of the worst Target I’ve been to… so many things are locked up and takes forever for someone to come by to open it up. Their aisles are also pretty small and only one cart can really fit in the aisle. Came on a Saturday afternoon and only had 2 registers open. Had to wait a good 10-15 minutes in line to checkout at one of the self-checkout kiosks.

Not a customer friendly experience at all. I used to come to this Target as an alternative to the nearby Walmart. Everything from toothpaste, laundry detergent vitamins and hygiene products are locked up. Ridiculous. You need an employee to go with you to each aisle just to unlock the glass door. Then you feel pressured to hurry and make a selection as another customer might need assistance. Walmart doesn’t even have the toothpaste locked up. I gave two stars for the product selection and the employee was quick to assist when needed for the locked up products.

I usually like target, but this Has to be the worst location I’ve ever been in. Previously, they’ve had great stock, and are very attentive the past couple of visits. Everything is under lock and key, and it takes forever to get one item. There are no employees and even less stock.

Not enough employees!! There's always about two cashiers working at this location. It's always crowded. Today only one self check out working. The absolute worst! PLEASE HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE!!!

Used to be my go to when it first opened, now it’s just ratchet and disgusting. Let me not even get into the drive up pick up, I will just put it this way, the Roxborough location is 1000 times better when it comes to drive up pickup.

Unfortunately, the Drive Up service at this Target is pretty bad.I ordered my items (and paid for) in app and all was good.I received the notification that my items were ready for pickup and I proceeded to the store.I selected in the app that I was on my way.When I arrived, I selected I was there and entered my space number...this is where it all went downhill.My understanding; when you receive the notification that your items are ready for pickup, in my mind:> Drive up> Items come out> On my wayNot the case; when I arrived, there were 6 other cars in "Pull Up" spaces. After 20 minutes I called the store and the phone just rang, no answer.About 5 minutes later, an employee with the "Pull Up" cart came out but some orders from some of the cars that were there before weren't on the cart. When the employee came up, I showed my phone with the number and was told my order wasn't on the cart and they were going to get it. About 15 minutes later, the employee came out and eventually I received my order. I was also given a gift card for the wait.Here's the thing; I use this service at this Target because it's convenient and at the Target I usually go to, which is 20 minutes out of my way, this never happens. Since Target continues to use this service post-pandemic, they need to make sure all stores are providing this service at a high level. If the store doesn't have enough employees to handle the load, then the "ready to pickup" notifications shouldn't go out until your items are "ready to pickup" not a 40 minute wait and a gift card later.

This Target is basically the K-Mart version of Target. The people were unhelpful, they do an absolutely horrible job of tracking inventory, and the store is an unorganized mess. I spend slightly more at Target because I like that it is clean and the shelves and sections aren’t in disarray. This Target is the complete opposite of that, it’s terrible. As you can see from the attached pictures, there is clutter everywhere. And this wasn’t on a Tuesday morning, this is on a Saturday at 5pm. I highly recommend driving an extra 15 minutes to go to a store that is cleaner, with friendly staff and that is better managed.

I went to check out, right? .. The cashier didn’t tell me my total, didn’t hand me my bag ,and barely even looked at me.. I don’t care if we’re both young or not. Baby didn’t even greet me. I just find that to be ignorant as hell. If I speak, you should speak. I don’t want to work either but I at least I speak when I’m spoken to when I’m at work ..

I usually don’t have a problem but this isn’t okay . I brought product yesterday and it’s expired smh . Employees need to make sure they do freshness smh . That’s the last thing I need to get sick smh. It’s not okay to put things on sale that are expired. I’m very disappointed and I brought more than 1 of these .

Today was my last visit to Target. Even more products behind glass. 10 item limit at self checkout, and NO, I repeat NO checkstands open. Target has made it abundantly clear that view customers as the enemy.This is how a store dies. More and more products locked behind cases. I don't think I've ever seen more than one cashier. Welcome to the downward spiral.

Probably the lowest staffed target ever. Or poorly managed. Everything is locked behind a glass case and maybe two or three people have keys to unlock it. Specifically in women’s care.

OK - the prices marked on the items in this store are often incorrect. Sometimes they are off by a few cents, sometimes $1.00. It's very frustrating. With that being said, this Target location in Wyncote has prices significantly lower than the Target on City Line Avenue. I think it's because the City Line location is technically in the city of Philadelphia, whereas the Wyncote store is not.

It’s pouring outside and all carts are outside wet. I had to carry my 2 cases of water in my arms. I didn’t want a wet cart. Nobody wanted to really help me.

Kind people excellent customer service. Stopped to get pizza on my way out. There was a closed sign at the pizza hut to go. The light was on and lunch hour was winding down. Ask the target representative standing near the pizza counter what time they closed. She advised the young lady was just on break and then went further,she acknowledged it's disappointing when your hungry and the counter is closed. She went and got gift cards for myself and the customer waiting behind me so we can get it on them the next time. I was shocked. Her name was Sada and she was fantastic .Customer service VIP

Well laid out and everything is on one floor. They have a surprisingly good and extensive toy department and varied grocery and home goods. Staff is always friendly and helpful.The parking lot is usually garbage strewn, which is sad, but overall the store has what you need and many things you don't.

Sold me a comforter 100 plus comforter with blood in. Terrible. I returned it and I was very upset they didn’t check their products before selling it to me. They lost me as a customer I come in twice a week to shop here.

This location sucks. Mobile pickup takes forever. Most personal hygiene items are locked up and staff refuse to come open it when requested. Lines are excruciatingly long and self checkout is unnecessarily closed. Staff has poor work ethic.

Had to pickup an online order today, and then thought to pickup candles while I was there. I'm always followed when I come to the store, the beauty of having (hated) black skin. With all the cameras and monitoring devices you'd think they considered their merchandise safe enough to allow black men to shop freely without harassment.
