This location is great! I’ve been here several times and I’ve received nothing but courteous, professional and friendly service. Today I worked with Sieem, and I left having all of my concerns addressed, and with a brand new Apple Watch on my wrist. I will continue going to this location when I need face-to-face T-Mobile customer assistance.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for around 6-7 years now. I’ve been to a lot of stores in that time, but ever since I found this store 3 years ago, I do not go to any other store. Today I was helped by Josh and he spent - I believe - a good 2+ hours with my family and I trying his best to get the absolute best deal for me. I went in for one line and one phone, and I walked out with the new phone at a discounted price AND a second free phone and second free phone line. Every step of the way he crunched numbers to see that it was within my budget and continuously looked for any promotions I could qualify for. The staff at this location are always great (including James who a couple years ago got me a promotion for my iPhone 12 with a new Apple Watch), but even so today Josh absolutely blew my expectations and I will be sure to come back to look for him every time I go to T-Mobile. Thank you for your help and incredible patience today Josh, I know the customer service jobs are not easy. You’re great!!!!

Customer service is horrible! If you don’t like your job quit and let someone who would truly appreciate it take your position. Service reps are not friendly, they seem annoyed when you ask questions and don’t have much knowledge of their products or the survive.

I've always had great success at the store whenever I needed help I always went to this particular store and I always help me out a lot did a great job for me every time no hassle no headaches and no extra pressure of being sold you don't want. Josh was supremely helpful and very good at his job. Give that young man a raise! I’ve been to other T-mobiles recently and he was much more knowledgeable, helpful, and actually gave us the best bang for our buck. A+ in professionalism and courtesy as well, he put my screen protector on immaculately and everything.

Originally when I brought my phone from this store in my neighborhood, I gave Dante an excellent rating. However, I have since changed my opinion. This gentleman asked me to call him back before I turn 55 and I did 3 wks ago. His response was, "I'll call you back"...that never happened. I myself work in sales & customer service so I was disappointed when I never heard from him. I ended up getting great service through the chat feature from my Tmobile app on my phone. Thank you Ian for your professional service. I now have the Magenta 55 plan. Take care of your customers. I gave Dante my money and got dismissed.

This place needs to be closed down. They treated and old lady NASTY!!!She was rudely told that her phone would be cut off for dollar. By a female employee. The manager which was a white guy, then said change your carrier!! We didn't have to tell you that! Do what you gotta do and get out my store. The poor lady said this is all I have, I'm on a fixed income. WHY WOULD TMOBILE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER TREAT AN OLD WOMAN LIKE THAT!!! THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!!! THE OTHER TWO MALE EMPLOYEES SAID WE DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU NOTHING LADY! WHY JUST WHY TMOBILE??!!! OVER A DOLLAR THO! THE WOMAN HAD TO BE IN HER LATE 60s or EARLY 70s.SHAME ON TMOBILE FOR HIRING NASTY EMPLOYEES!!!!

Worst tmobile in life literally going to verizon when my phone is paid off. All thanks to this incompetent store and it's horrible staff that worked 10-14-17. I literally sat around for 20 mins before I was asked if I needed help. Also bypassed by mutiple employees as they helped customer's that clearly walked in after me greeting them ever so nicely but I wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all way to go losing a 10+ customer

I am really big on customer service and they lack it in the worst way. No one greets when you walk in. There is no sign in and no one looked up or said anything as ppl walk in so they never know who is next (pay attention to who was there before you and who came after) I waited for 33 mins to simply pick up a phone. Now once I recieved service the employees are very nice and although it was a bubch of folks waiting they were as calm cool and cillected as someone sitting on the beach. I will be traveling to another location for now on!

Bad customer service, bad experience! They Where more concerned about what they could try and sell me then what I actually wanted and when I pointed that out what I would describe as a disgruntled employee got very angry at me and I had to walk away. These people seemed stressed out but also wearing fake smiles? It's a psychotic environment.

I called a head to see if they had the watch in stock that I was looking for. I was told that they did and both size and color that I was looking for. I traveled miles to get there stood in lines for over 30mins. A CSR by the name Brian waited on his buddy before me. He never acknowledged me wwaiting. I finally got help only to find out that they did not have it in stock. The CSR all but one looked like they was high in relax. Thats the first time I came into a store in was not notified that they will be with me when they can. I think everyone is Comfortable with being dishonest, and unprofessional.

This store is the worst. Just left there after waiting over 20mins for manager, chris. Anthony one of the reps refuse to assist me with why my phone battery. He insisted that I turned in my brand new 10E for a refurbished phone and walked away when I told him that was ridiculous since I just paid $800 three weeks ago for my phone which is defective..they need to closed down this store completely.

Watch out for Donna. She's rude and she have a habit of rushing people. Plus no one informed me that you can only get insurance on your phone when you first get it. No one even recommended it to me when I was purchasing my phone. Just horrible.

I bought a LG phone with the possibility for a free LG tablet. Sales Associate, Donte, failed to register the tablet so i could get a rebate. Now, i have to pay for a free tablet, Ooch! Instead, Donte gave me the run-around and then I was told to call customer service.

I would like to get a call from corporate I recorded the whole situation that transpired the manager Anthony he said he was a manager this is the fourth time I've been there in two weeks I purchase a phone they did not transfer my contacts over they didn't know what to do and today I was too I was put out of the store in the middle of my data being transferred and I was talk to you in a nasty manner by this young man I will highly appreciate a call back or else I will be giving this to my lawyer and contacting the media if that's what T-Mobile sayings for then I don't want any parts of it have a blessed day
