It's one of my favorite stores. I always find nice clothes and household items. I go in the morning, when it's not that many people there. Plenty of parking. They greet you at the door when you come into the store, and the workers are very pleasant. The only time that they are really crowded is during Christmas time.

ROSS is my most FAVORITE STORE. I love all the ROSS stores, the only gripe I have is that downtown has more variety of sneakers & pocketbooks, the other store only will have one pair of sneakers that I might like, never dressy pocketbooks

I can usually find something I wasn't thinking of buying when I shop here. You sorta just walk in saying you're only browsing but wind up finding something you didn't know you wanted. My recommendation is if you see something you like, BUY IT!!! More than likely it will not be there when you go back (unless it's a staple like popcorn, water or coffee). Their inventory changes so much, you never know what you'll find but that's what makes it fun!

Great products love the rugs,perfume,female and male apparel shoes and sneakers. The best thing is the prices and Tuesday discount day for seniors 55yrs young and up.

They have name brand, Donna Karen, Kenneth Cole, Michael kors, Ralph Lauren, Betsey Johnson, Jessica Simpson, Steve Madden, and Ann Klein... Etc! You can find expensive sports gear and also many name brand sneakers for men and women! Very inexpensive and they are from the original designers companies.

They have an Amazon locker here too pick up Amazon ordered stuff if you don't want it on your steps to be taken away. It holds your ordered stuff for 3 days. Ross also has bargain items for sale.

Ross is place a person can shop for the home, gifts, women's clothing, men's clothing, children's clothing, shoes for women, men, and children, toys, pet items, snacks, decor, etc... At times, this place can be a hit or miss. I like a number of things that I have purchased here. Then, there are times I cannot find a thing I want.

Best Ross I ever been to in my life!! The store is very clean like extremely clean! Also there was barely a line for the register. I must note I was in this store between 12-1 PM so maybe that’s not their busy time? However, I am extremely impressed and this will now be my go to store even though they are closer ones to me. Those stores closer to me are always overcrowded and dirty! This store is great I highly recommend!! Great job to whoever runs this particular store!

They need to trained the manager at the Wyncote branch. I think his position has gone to his head. It was such a good place before to find amazing household stuff.

Ross is a good department store. Not great. It has many of the small things you are looking for. There may be some hidden treasures in there if you look hard enough or catch the store when they are restocking. I normally go here for my exercise gear, candles, automotive supplies, and maybe some bathroom supplies or shoes. When you go to Ross, have patience and don't get too frustrated if you can't find what you need.

This place is usually the best spot to go for anything but today there was barely any inventory to look at and buy. The shelves were empty, the racks were empty and the store in general was just empty. Usually I'd give this store 5 stars but today I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of inventory. If you're interested in empty hangers and shelves then perhaps this place will suit you.

Went for ballet shoes or gymnastics apparel. They had nothing. Looked for sweaters or hoodies for my girls they didn't have any of that either. Normally I find shoes here I like. I will be coming back though. Their prices aren't horrible.

I like Ross. Prices are reasonable. Good selection of home goods and clothes. Customer service service need to be a little more better especially in front for customers. Employees should not be saying they don’t want to be on the register while ringing me up. Being a manager myself that’s something I wouldn’t tolerate

Not Just 2wks ago. I'll speak on two shpping experiences at Ross' in Cedarbrook MallLast trip 2wks ago. Purchased 1 @ an outfit and one sheer that actually had a panel to it great bargains (quality cloths)Another Speak About It shopping experience was on Senior Discount Day ( Tuesdays)Purchased greater bargains. Ross is my favorite to go store , It has what I need most of the time. The best time to go is , Soon as it opens Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, That way the stuff is fresh and not picked over . You see it first . Love 💘 it

I like this Ross. It is the most organized inner city Ross I've ever been to. The store is clean and they get you out of there without having to wait 30 minutes in a long line. Good job management!

It wasn't crowded and the selection on items were very good. Our cashier was friendly, professional and utilized safety while ringing us up but unfortunately the manager on the other hand, came up to jump on register to assist but was NOT wearing any face mask 😷 although it's a state mandate currently and signs are posted all over, this was a little disturbing to me. I allowed someone to go in front of me since I wanted the cashier who was practicing the safety measures in place. The manager didn't even use hand sanitizer before starting, smh. So, when you are out and about ppl please may attention to your surroundings
