I walked out after having paid for my purchase only to find that the store safety lock was not taken off my suit. Imagine going to a funeral wearing your suit with a store lock that they forgot to take off. How embarrassing is that? I shouldn't have had to endure this, it's very neglectful on the part of the store personnel...customer service isn't what it used to be.

Such a great clothing store to find men's suits and women's dresses, dress casual clothing and shoes to match every outfit. The staff here are super helpful, friendly and accommodating. They have excellent tailors in house.

Thus store need help with the alterations department always under staffed for even simple alterations. Some cashiers seem annoyed most of the time. The floor staff is pretty nice.I use to love this store but the cashiers attitude seems so stressed to the point where I will go elsewhere for now on.The deals are great but there are other stores to explore. Standing in line is never fun, if I can deal with the slowness and spend money with a smile give me the same respect I give you.

Horrible experience recently with the in-store tailor service. Made wrong adjustments on 2 suits then failed to contact me to let me know my items would not be ready in time for my occasions. The shopping experience is not the worst, but the tailor partnership makes this location extremely undesirable. If you choose to shop here, get your items fitted somewhere else.

Nice store to purchase professional and casual clothing and shoes for work or for a special event. They have suits for men and dressy clothes for women. Went there to get a shirt for hubby for a wedding. As soon as I went in I easily found something for him. The price point is perfect, not too expensive and you still get a decent quality of items. Staff was friendly as well.

I give K&G 5 stars. I was very impressed of the variety of summer clothes for men. I went shopping for my husband for summer clothes, Bermuda shorts, summer shirts, t shirts, underclothes and saw some fabulous summer suits. I definitely will be back. A variety Men's clotheslike K&G has are hard to find and the prices are just right. Best deal of the day.

I visit the store to help a friend shop for a special event for her husband and made a small purchase for myself on July 15th. The lady that checked us out was very friendly and stylist I must say (I wish I had names for my review). Then I ended up not needed the purchase I made and lost the receipt but instead of me going to the store, I figured I'd call the store to ask if I could make the return with the card that was used if I didn't have the receipt. The young lady that answered the phone (quickly and professionally I may add) was very knowledgeable and helped answer my question and even took the time to look up the information for me to make sure it was ok to come in and what to have when I did. Very pleased with the customer service. 🤗

I went to K&G before and really didn't like the selections. The clothes weren't modern enough and too expensive. I recently went back with someone and it was so much better. More modern clothes and not as expensive. I brought 2 things for myself. Then went back a couple of days ago and got to short set for my man. The store is definitely growing on me.

I took my nephew there to get pants for his prom. While he was trying on a pair, a lady came out of the alteration area and told him he had the wrong pant size/style. She whisked around the store and came back with two other pair for him to try. The first one she told him to put on did look better but were too long and a little baggy. She ordered him up to the mirror and started marking them up to be altered. All the while she was good natured and joking around. Then she had him change and took the marked up pants, wrote out an alteration ticket and handed it to us. On the bottom she wrote $60. The pants were $40 so we figured the alterations were $20 so that was ok (we were never told any pricing or even given the option of having them tailored there). When I went to pick them up, the lady at the register was shocked that we hadn't paid for the pants on our first visit. I said I was surprised too but no one ever asked us to pay (we had even spoken to another employee about a vest after our encounter with the tailor). I was then charged $39.99 for the pants, $50 for alterations and $10 for "creaset" (never heard of that). When I expressed my dismay at this lack of communication, the lady was kind of like 'oh well'. This is very disappointing because my nephew really liked the store, the staff and their clothing. I don't think the way they handled this sale was at all professional.UPDATE: My nephew went to the store to speak with the manager. He was informed that the alterations department is a separate entity from the store so she couldn't do anything to help him. Oddly though, when I paid the bill it was all on the same receipt rung up by the K&G employee. This is such a scheme and a sham. How can they take money for the alterations but pass the buck when it comes to customer care? Total BS in my opinion.
