The store always has everything that I want & may need. The area is great, & the customer service is good always! My only reason for giving a 4/5 is because there is always only 1 self checkout register working. There are about 8. & They all seem to be working. However there is always a closed register sigh. It sucks having to wait for one register.

Store is nicely stocked and the customer service is well enough for the predominantly tween store. You can find a range of things in there with the exception of certain feminine products. Recently the put some household essentials such as cleaning products in their stores and summer stuff is the best

There is clean and organized stor. They have stuff for 5 dollars and up ( not just 5 below) .there is enough parking space and it's located in a shopping area .

I have no complaints. This store generally has whatever I expect from here. I love how they come in handy for the holidays. Inexpensive gifts and christmas decorations. $5 6ft trees? Can’t beat that. Good customer service. Everyone has always been polite to me. This store is a God send.

Haven't been here in a while...still have tons of things you can grab for crafts, for the kids and for yourself. I was looking for some excercise items which they had a pretty good selection of. They have weights (5lbs and under), yoga mats, workout bands, jump ropes and some other grab and go items. The store was actually pretty organized to have so much stuff. When going to pay, I realized that now it is all self checkout, so that makes things that much quicker.

If having problems finding batteries than the Five Below store and Cheltenham Mall it's a great place to go and they have a lot of other stuff in there that is like really cheaper than a lot of other places

This particular location is very clean, organized, considerate, and friendly. Today, I went in to purchase an iPhone charger. At time of check out, I was waiting by the register for maybe 5 or more min before someone noticed that I was there. Once they did, the manager gave me the charger for free and apologized for their lack of awareness. That showed good consideration and compassion for the consumer and I appreciated it.

I gave them a 2 star because they really need to get rid of self check out. I don't understand why stores have self checkout. What happened to customer service talking to staff and getting help when you need it. Bad experience just so you can save money.

I took my co-workers to five below in Cheltenham Mall in PA. She told me she looked all over for some pillows that they sell in five below the five below she went to didn't have them and I told her the one in Cheltenham would have them and y'all did and she was so so happy she found them to decorate her couch thanks five below for heaven's up

So many items to choose from. Store was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful to the point of going in the back to get something for me that was not on the shelf. Wow talk about customer service!

I come here fairly often for my immediate family as well as extended for toys and whatnot for the young kids. They have a variety of toys, novelties and games to choose from. They also have gift bags and gift papers if you want to pick them up as well. The only thing to note is due to COVID they are limiting people in the stores and you may need to wait to come in. So factor that in for the trip.

Five Below is a sisount store with lots of variety items. It's a great place to always look for phone and wall chargers, headphones and speakers. There are some toys, puzzles, journals, small household items and snacks. In a addition to the electronic accessories I have bought travel accessories and small aroma therapy items here. They have a good selection here. I like to shop here. They always have different but useful items.

My nephew loves Five Below so I'm there a lot. The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on now for several months. Since the pandemic the store and a few rules has changed. Only a few people are allowed in at a time and they have changed the registers to all self-service registers so we don't have to come in contact with the employees. Service was great and as always a fun experience for the kids. Love the store.

Always inexpensive and fun items. I love the book selections for kids and adults . Excellent workbooks for kids to practice basic skills. The candy section is awesome. Some r 10 for a dollar.

I'm a S.O. and I'm sorry for giving it 2 stars but for the simple fact they allow the customers do what they please. Majority of the customers comes in for phone cases or chargers, like they open the box and see if the phone fits the cases or they leave the cases thrown around and walk out the store without paying. I told the manager to try to prevent the customers from opening any phone cases or chargers but he said they don't care they do what they want, which I find that unacceptable like they allow the customers to do what they want in the store and it's really stressful trying to keep an eye on hundreds of people all at once. Don't get me wrong everyone who works here are very nice and polite but the way things are running here is crazy.

I've never had any complaints about Five Below. I'm happy that there is one at the Cheltenham Mall or least that's the old name for it. The place is clean and always fully stocked the staff is nice and they get you in and out when you're ready to check out which is a plus when go into any store, even now around the holidays.

I love to take the kids here ,when they get money for their birthday ,or they want to buy gifts for other people.the ladies at Greenleaf in Cheltenham are always pleasent and make you welcome to visit there store.

There's a manager at this Cheltenham site that is unprofessional and is in need of customer service/employee handling training. She was combative regarding time then she confronted a customer like a grade schooler. Terrible and mean

If you're looking for a variety of items that are inexpensive this is the place to go. Some of the items are a great price and a great Bang for your buck, while other objects are very cheap but it is 5 and below.. With all of that said this is still a favorite little spot to go visit
