Walked in and pretty much walked right out. They had pretty decent inventory for their party selections, crafting, and other items, but by the time I got to about the second aisle, the line was ridiculous. I’m talking to the back of the store and then some (15 people). I put I few items right back.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jaquetta today. She is the Manager. This young Lady went above her duties for me today. I was looking for Garland. She stopped what she was doing and went to the back and opened a brand new box for me. I was looking for red and white. When, I tell you., She brought out the color, I was looking for with a smile. Jaquetta customer service was 💯 .DID, I add how nice and respectful she was. Thanks fir making my day. My Decorations look so nice..

Prices today 2/20/24, at "Dollar Tree" Wyncote, were NOT $1.25. Drinks soda & teas, now $1.75 & $3.00 for napkins & other items. This store shelves are empty alot. Theyre out of bags a lot. I read about taking items away to maintain prices for 2024. But they raised prices. 7 items $19.03 No longer a DT.

Went on a Sunday a hour before closing. The store was out of bags which is fine because I was buying trick a treat bags and placed my items in the treat bags. The strange part is that there were no workers in sight. I checked out in self checkout.

This place is a mess . It's dirty , it's never stocked and the manager lets the lines pile up while poor miss Odesa is working hard . Odesa calls and calls the manager and she takes her time while the line wraps around the store . Smh if she doesn't wanna work and angry she shouldn't be managing the store .

Lol, this store is laughable. Aisles are dirty and some of the merchandise on shelves is wet for some reason? Workers are rude and the self checkout machines don't work properly. The one star is because I was able to get the very bare minimum that I was looking for.

The only nice sales person in this store is the older lady that works in the morning. The rest of the staff is RUDE AND BARELY WANT TO HELP YOU. THEY NEED MINDEDNESS TRAINING AND INTERPERSONAL TRAINING BECAUSE THEIR NASTY STANK ATTITUDES WILL MAKE THEM LOSE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. KEEP THE OLDER WOMAN AND LET THE OTHER ONES GO.

No live cashiers...LINES VERY LONG WITHIN THE ITEMS ISLE!!!!... impossible to do shopping...the employee was alone, but she was helpful, efficient, and did maintain a pleasant attitude to ALL the shoppers, even to those that was unpleasant to her!....The self check-out at this facility location needs to be EVALUATED!!!!!!

Someone cut the queue but he was asked to follow the line eventhough he had a single item. I was in my mind like 💵 🌳 really do "first come, first serve." Always an affordable place to experience an excellent customer service. Love to shopping here straight up. The bulb I bought works perfectly.

There was no one maning or working at the store. No one to help you find something or clean up messes or make sure you not stealing or anything at all. Here was absolutely no one smh

I absolutely LOVE this store! Plenty of stock, although they clearly need to have more cashiers at busier times. I was waited on by Lil, such a pleasant, diligent person! I will be back but they really need to hire more staff to keep the store cleaner and eliminate those long lines!

2 years ago this was the atmosphere of the store:The ladies working get 4 stars. Whenever I go to this store, they are working, helpful, and polite. I can't say that for some of the patrons. Kids steal things, eat from the bags and throw things all over the store. Some come in loud and on the phone while at the checkout.

horrible... Store is so Dirty is disgusting... although the manager (young lady) tried her best to help me. It don't make any sense. I've order 3 cases of chargers for a very important event I have next week. I ordered these items on December 2nd however these chargers were not all there so they said. Called customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes then they hung up on me. I will never shop at dollar tree again,

Every time I go into this store there is always a long line and one cashier on duty. The shelves are never stocked, there are boxes all over the place. This past Saturday 2/9/19 was my breaking point. I went into the store to look for an aluminum pan, as I walking down the last isle where the kitchen cookware is, three mice ran past my foot. I went up to the front and asked the cashier for the manager, she said it was her, I proceeded to tell her about the mice, but she just dismissed me. I'm sure nothing will be done to address this problem, but I need others to know what they are getting into when they purchase food items from this store. I will NEVER go into this store again!!!

If I could give minus stars I would. Dirty, stock in boxes everywhere. 6 self check outs all open with no staff any place to be found. Customers helping other customers to check out. It was pathetic, don't waste your time.

This store was just down right disgusting!! I said excuse me Do you have a restroom? Francine looked at me like I interrupt her standing there doing nothing. Stood there for a fee more minutes waiting for her to direct me on where it was. She acted like I just asked her a trick question. This store Is in such a nice area but I could see by the appearance on the inside its trashy!! Shelves were empty

This dollar tree has expired items on the shelves. The store is always untidy. Doesn't matter what time you go in boxes with merchandise is on the floor. This is one of the worst Dollar Tree I've been to. Y'all need to do better. Get those expired good off the shelf

This store does not answer phones, I had a package that was supposed to be delivered here, but dollar tree won’t allow me to track my package online so I’m trying to get someone in the store. I am in California right now or else I would’ve just went there, poor customer service

Probably 1 of the WORSE dollar tree locations I've been to. It's extremely hot & stuffy. Not only are the floors DIRTY, they don't have any inventory. Shelves are in so much disarray making it impossible to find anything. Something as simple as a mop, bucket, & cleaning supplies, NOPE not at this store, along with pretty much of nothing else. If the manager is reading this: CLEAN YOUR STORE & KEEP YOUR SHELVES STOCKED!

So they added a refrigerated section, why? This location never has anything worthwhile my stopping. Large empty spaces on multiple shelves. But I guess as long as they have Pepsi & potato chips it is worth being open.

Dirty,cramped, with items on the floor. Has good stuff and great deals crammed into a small overstocked space. Usually lines are long, a very popular stop. Dispite this the check out staff and others are polite and respectful.

Never a manager when you need one because all registers are automated and often break or ask for a manager then the lines grow and grow

I like that everything is a dollar but the store is terrible. Its a hot mess and lines are always long. Management could be a lot better. The store is dirty and unorganized. Its hardly every stocked because everything is in boxes in the stock room.
