The HomeGoods department was not great, but I did find what I was looking for. I found a 14" carbon steel wok for $12.99!!!. Check out was fast and friendly. Parking was easy and safe in a well-lit parking lot. There was a nasty pile of trash outside the entrance 🙄. I will return for great bargains.

I use to live in this area and always doing my shopping at this branch unfortunately I moved more than 30mins away but this Christmas I decided to visit since I always get some good stuff, while shopping I felt like I wanted to use the restroom however all the assistance in this store was telling me the restroom is out of service I went to one exactly at the front of the store and the way she looked at me and answer omg I will NEVER visit this store again. Sorry I didn’t take her name so I can post as well.

I've been going to burlington coat factory since the first one opened in my hometown over decades ago.I visited this place yesterday to see if I can get exchange or get store credit for the defected shoes but the manager had such an attitude..the cashier tried to help me but said she is the manager and I can't help you with it.she was very nice and at least she tried to help.If the manager hates her job that much she should quit!I will never go to that place again!

First when we walked in the loss prevention officer at the door was very nice, they had cute decorations up front. We found great dresses for young girls for Easter. However, no fitting rooms which is ridiculous, the store has huge empty spaces all over the sales floor so it looks like they're closing. Finally, we get to the register and when it's finally our turn all the cashiers just walk away and another girl that standing there takes us at another register and she was so rude. Couldn't hear a word she said and she was so busy turning around looking at the LP officer instead of paying attention to the almost$400 sale in front of her. Smdh

They had no suits or dress pants for men. They do have a nice selection of jeans and shirts for men. Staff was nice, friendly, store was clean and check-out was fast.

This place is good. They have a nice variety to choose from. Only setback is the checkout lines. They can be very long and slow to checkout. If you don't have patience I would suggest you reconsider going here!

I don’t understand why they have 8 registers but only ever have 1-2 people on the registers and the line is always long and wrapped around. I have time my shopping because I will be standing in line for like a half hour.

The change in the stores products was surprising, at this location I was told by sales they no longer carry certain items. Nevertheless, Burlington is still a good shopping place, just call ahead to make sure they carry what you're looking for.

I just love Burlington. I always find something to purchase there. The cashier Stacey and the new cashier (can't remember her name) was so lovely and friendly they Made the night that much pleasurable. Even after waiting almost 40 minutes for them to find my cousin's layaway these young ladies always kept a smile on they faces and had us laughing. It was another great trip to this store.

Super bargains and they have layaway. They need cashier--desperately. Do you know someone who wants employment??? I had the pleasure of meeting the Operational Manager for your establishment. Miss Betty is on point and very grounded. I wanted to apply for a job, but I am going to law school. She doesn't know I am a Google reviewer. Surprise, I give her 10 stars. People, go check out the everyday fantastic bargains. If you can't purchase now, put on a easy layaway plan. Come say hello to Miss Betty. Tell her that a future judge sent you!!!

Burlington has nice things , but i like to try on clothes. I should have asked was the fitting room open. I was told that the fitting room was not available since June 2022. So i was not pleased today. I had to put all of my clothes back. Burlington lost a lot of money from me today. ☹.

So I bought some perfume off the shelf, it was obviously very old because it smells just like straight up alcohol!! I called and asked if I could bring it back still in the box and was told No!! I could purchase a big bottle of alcohol for about $1.99 if that's what I wanted!! Sheesh

Used to be a great place to shop and find quality merchandise at discounted prices. Literally EVERYTHING from clothes, housewares and appliances. I don't know if it's due to the pandemic, or the buyers .... It seemed as though less than half of the store had inventory and what they did have was sub-par.

Burlington is my favorite store. Its a one stop shopping grand central at very reasonable prices for everyone in the household. I just bought my 6 month old GD a beautiful dress as well as some really nice slacks for my GS. In the same shopping trip I got some nice household goods, pictures and a wreath for my front door. I got designer perfume and even something for my husband.

There was literally someone on drugs frantically wandering around the store and asking for the manager. When they asked him to leave he followed us next door to Marshalls and did the same thing. I wouldn’t feel safe bringing my child into this store.

I always thought that it was the law for a place like this to have a restroom for customers. I think they are doing remodeling. I'm not sure, but it does look like it.

This place is messy.23 people in line 2 Cashiers. Then you wonder why people take their business outside of where they reside.
