I desperately needed help getting my new iPhone activated. I had already talked to customer service and wasn’t given answers. I stopped in to this store as a last ditch effort. Thank goodness I did! Jeremy was so helpful and worked for almost an hour on the solution to my problem. He was so courteous and patient. He single-handedly kept me an AT&T customer.

Be careful purchasing from this store. I went in to trade in my s10 + and was told it was worth $800 trade in, even with a crack in the back, which I pointed out at the time. When I called ATT to ask for a shipping label, I was told the deal ended before I purchased the phone, they wouldn't take the trade in, and I should go back to the store. I went back in and spoke to the area manager. Totally useless. He told me to come back the next day to talk to the salesman who sold me the phone, so I did that. Needless to say he couldn't do anything and recommended I repair the old phone and try and trade it in again. Not even an inkling of reaponsibility or apology. Here I come Verizon, and taking 2 other family att lines with me!

Don’t let the pakistani employee anouar scam you or rubel. They add stuff to your account without knowledge. And then act like they didn’t know. They won’t help you. They are cool at first to get your sales after the sales they don’t care. Bad service. This is privately owned by family members so it is a family business do not visit, this location, Abington location, ivy ridge location, or Marlton location under TS MOBILITY.

This place was horrible. They had something weird going on. Had me and my 2 kids waiting for over a hour and never helped me. The assistant manager was there and left and never came back and nobody could find him. It was a mess.But the new guy service was good, he just wasn’t helpful. They should not have left him there by himself. He didn’t know a thing.

I am satisfied with the speed at which this AT&T is able to help their customers. However, I am extremely unhappy with their deceptive business practices. They have a tendency to add things to agreements that customers are not aware of, and as a result, customers end up paying for things that they do not want. It is extremely important to carefully read and understand what you are agreeing to before signing anything with this AT&T. I understand that it is my responsibility but they cannot be trusted to have their customers' best interests at heart.

This location was absolutely wonderful. They surpassed my expectations everyone greeted my son and I with a smile. They definitely know the definition of a positive customer experience. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would they were all absolutely wonderful at this location and this will be the only location I use from now on. My mom & I had to come in today because someone stole her phone. Abdul greeted us and was so helpful with us and was so kind to my mom who was obviously having a rough day. He walked my mom through everything, set up her phone and we really appreciate how patient and kind he was10/10 recommend!

Man oh man, the great things I could say about this store! The reps were super funny, cool, and created a chill environment to switch our phones over. Amazing service in Cheltenham store from Abdullah k! I accused him of being the manager of this establishment because of how well he was helping me right before closing. I was leaving out of town and stopped in as my new phone has not been able to keep a charge! This was after waiting for my phone, numbers not fully transferred and had poor customer service at a different location. He explained the service agreement I have, but still charged my phone so I could travel home safely. As a business owner of over 20 years, I know good, great and amazing staff!

This is my favorite AT&T store. The staff is always helpful, professional and courteous. I have been to many AT&T stores and this one surpasses them all. The customer service is just fantastic! Marcus and Ty in particular are terrific!! I have never had a bad experience!!

Kierra and Tyrece were the most helpful employees at the Cheltenham location. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and I was helped at the same time. They have the best customer service at this location. And I was able to upgrade my phone. They even stayed a half an hour past closing for me and my boyfriend to help us with our services.
