The woman working the night shift laughed not once but three times in my autistic husband’s face when he was having hard time understanding her refusal to ring us up at a register that actually worked . Absolutely disgusting and we will be making a call to push the issue. I don’t think the ADA will take too kindly to a business who allows employees to make fun of people with disabilities . She also made us leave and told us if we wanted to spend the money we had to go to the ATM and take it out to spend in case . Absolutely not. Horrible customer service with a horrible employee .

Stopped in on Friday 19 August 2022. I used the facility and filled my insulated mug with ice water. I was hungry for something but nothing appealed to me here. This is just a typical convenience store, nothing fancy, but slightly more grungy than a 7-11.

Whatever you do, do not order a grilled chicken sandwich because you won't get one piece of chicken you will get severa small onesl that all fall out when you pick it up leaving you with a big mess. Especially if you've ordered mayonnaise and tomatoes with it.

Pass by 3 pm on Sunday young man making the chicken dropped 2 pieces picked it up and put it back in with the fresh chicken. Yuck! So gross. We left so fast and went to Rutters.

The best fried chicken I have had so far! It's crispy, but juicey no way over cooked. I don't think the store it's self has much variety with items as far as snacks and drinks go. You definitely have a selection on the alcoholic beverages tho.

Everytime I get chicken here I say it'll be the last and tonight will definitely be the last. Got a thigh and leg which both were very pink, wet, soft and rubbery extremely non edible. I was so disappointed because I was hungry and had to load up on the Texas fries to be satisfied. Hate to be so negative . The people beside me both had chicken sandwiches and asked for extra pickles but they only got one and tiny slice of tomato. I didn't feel like complaining because the employees were nice and it wasn't any fault of theirs and if they offered a replacement it would have been just a bad. Oh well .

Have been here numerous times and never had a completely unpleasant experience until tonight. Went to get gas and put my credit card in and it locked after pressing every button and trying to pull it out. I went into ask for assistance where the so-called employee told me I just had to wait it out. There was nothing they could do supposedly, after waiting three minutes I went back in and said it was still not working and they sent someone out who tried to pull it out. After he was unable to he got channel locks and ripped my metallic credit card out of the machine and damaged it with hardly a sorry. Regardless of the staff, the fact that they have a machine that can lock someone’s credit card, and basically render them hostage is the stupidest design I’ve ever seen. I will never go back to Royal Farms for gas again after this experience. The cherry on top was when I tried another pump and that pump was out of service, go figure.Do yourself a favor and go to the Rutters down the street.

After placing our order and waiting for 15 minutes an employee approached us and stated that they had just received a call for two orders of 50 piece chicken. She also said it would be another 10 minutes. Now mind you the gentleman that ordered AFTER us received his order ahead of us. After another 15 minutes we just asked for a refund and left. This was my 1st and in all likelyhood last attempt at trying the chicken I keep hearing about. Good food will never support bad service.

Wow! Great chicken! Neat and clean stores, very efficient. And lowest price on gas too.. after searching Google maps for nearby fried chicken, I made the decision to drive several miles out of my way to visit Royal Farms. I am so glad I did! The chicken is the best take out fried chicken I have ever eaten. No transfats, high quality meat ( none of that red slimy stuff on the bones).

There was absolutely nobody at the front counter! I waited around for so long. There was only two employees and each of them were sitting around having a conversation at first and then went to the back. Maybe if people actually ran this place people would care about it. One of the worst gas stations I ever been to. There was a boy and a girl working at night. A boy and girl. Not a man and woman because they were clearly children. Definitely a call to corporate 👍🏼

Very disappointed. We live in Ephrata and stopped by to get chicken to take home. When we got home and opened everything up, there were no biscuits and no gravy for the mashed potatoes and missing a piece of chicken. Doesn't seem too bad to some but after spending almost $40 for dinner it would have been nice to get what I wanted and paid for.

If you are a fan of chicken, then this is the place to be. As far a quick chicken to get that is quick, look no further. They use a pressure cooker to make the chicken tender in a shorter time. They usually have chicken packed up and ready under a heat lamp that was made not long ago, making things convenient. However, if you come in late at night, you most likely will have to wait for them to cook it, which can take up to ten minutes. Other than that they have a decent selection of other snacks, and ready to eat meals. Every time I've been inside the service has been good. Recently build everything looks nice and the gas pumps work well. It can be a little trickier to get in and out of here since it's situated right on the busy corner by the traffic light.

This is the only Royal farms I’ve been to so not sure how others are but this one in Wrightsville PA is terrible. Been here a handful of times and you are either waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich, receiving part of your sandwich still frozen or having to deal with rude staff. I just don’t get it, your job is CUSTOMER SERVICE, you are literally being paid to help people in the store. Have a better attitude.

Quick custom made and to order food with a focus on fried chicken. Easy in and out parking lot if you just need to swing in to get some gasoline. Recently added a beer selection to make it even more convenient to shop here.

I called an order in for a family pack of chicken, 4 hours before pick-up. Was told it was No Problem, would be ready when I got there. Was not even being worked on. Was told I had to wait 45 minutes. Unorganized mess. Won't do this again.

I have never received poorer service at a gas station, which should say plenty enough on its own. We just moved to the area a week ago and this location was the closest place to pick up odds and ends. Cashier/manager were both rude and looked like minimum wage workers with no intention on helping customers. When my wife complained, they were rude and miserable to her. Will never stop here again.

Horrible chicken! Bought 10 wings and our family had to pick through small pieces of bone that was in it. Hardly any meat on the wings itself. Definitely not worth the money spent. I couldn't even eat it! I'm extremely disappointed!

This place smells like garbage. Stopped in here to use the restroom and when I left all my clothes reeked of bad fried chicken. Not joking and not trying to be funny. Had to go home and change because the smell would not go away after being in this store for 2 min.

I don’t know how to leave my review with stars. I’m here a minimum of 4 days a week. I can tell you right now the teens behind the food counters do not care. It’s seems to be social hour back there. However, there is a cashier who is always polite. Angie clearly cares about her job. She takes pride in her work, and is passionate about her customers. I continue to come to Royal farms ( instead of the three other gas stations in town) because of her.

Stopped in for chicken. Ordered a 4 pc meal ( breast, thigh, drum and wing) when i got home i had 2 thighs a drum and a wing.Tried to purchase a reload card, couldn't do it. It was passed 8pm. You either offer a service or you don't. There are 3 other convience stores within 3 blocks of you. I will patronize them.

Been buying their chicken for many years. The last two times in the past month, sept. 19th, 2020, the chicken has been extremely salty. Almost too salty to eat. Otherwise, their chicken is very good.

Poorly managed chicken operation. No reason that at dinner rush you have patrons waiting upwards of 30 minutes for food. Either the chicken is done and the potatoes are not or vice versa. Clerk says 10 more minutes and it's been 20. 40 minutes in your store... A bit outlandish

So I work at the royal farms on concord road...and we have someone who is at our store training to be an assistant mananger...won't sat his name,but it starts with a B....yous are lucky to have him...he seems very knowledgeable and professional....and I've read the reviews for this store....I don't believe some of them....yous used to have ginny....I bet you have an awesome store 🙂

Chicken is pretty good. Other than that it is your typical gas station. With there being 4 in town, I would put this one at number 2 behind rutters but way ahead of turkey hill and the Sunoco for sure.
