The job was to remove the floor and carpet on my pontoon boat and replace it with vinyl flooring. I also supplied three new seats to replace the old ones. Although the vinyl floor was good quality and the install was done well I was not happy with several things. There was poor communication by the service manager, Rob Cauller, concerning the project. I was told the work would be completed in three weeks and that was “the worst case scenario “. It wasn’t completed until five weeks later. I dropped the boat off on March 25 and picked it up on April 29. The final bill was $500 over the original estimate. $200 of that was taxes. My mistake for assuming that was included in the original quote, most businesses do. Even so, it was still $300 over. Two of the three seats did not fit under a newly purchased custom cover, but I was not informed of this issue until the day I arrived to take the boat out on the river. This was not anyone’s fault, but I should have been informed of this prior to my arrival. I often felt like Long Level was doing me a huge favor to do the job. If they couldn’t do the work or didn’t want to do the work, the service manager, Rob Caulker should’ve told me that upfront. When I arrived to pick my boat up, there was no friendly greeting, Rob Just started complaining about how busy he was. When spending $4200 for a vinyl floor, I expected better service.

Super friendly team of employees that are always helpful and as accommodating as possible! Rentals are well cared for, very clean and affordable! In and out service is awesome as well. They truly cater to you at the marina and want you to have the best and safest time possible out on the water. They host some cool events too, like food truck days! Love it here! 😀

I own an older mercury 125. To save money I have done all the work myself, but when I needed parts the young man that handles the parts< has always been helpful and obliging. When picking up the parts, the staff has been friendly, and nice to deal with.

Really want to go again! We went a long time ago in September 2021. So a lot has probably changed. We were on the boat for around four hours and it was so beautiful. It was really cool when they pulled the boat across the street into the Susquehanna River . 🌊🚤 It was really scary at first for me because that was my second time on a boat (though the first time was a while before that). I also like the gift shop they have. They offered life jackets to everyone. I took it because I’m paranoid and eventually got very comfortable. The boat was very nice. We ate Panera on it and it was so fun ☺️

We had such a wonderful time on our boat rental. We rented the 25-foot Quad Lounger Tritoon 115 HP with a tube for 8 hours on Sunday. We had 8 adults and 2 children. Most of us have boating experience from our motor boat we used to take out on the Susquehanna River. The staff from Long Level Marina were pleasant and accommodating. The boat was very clean and very spacious for our large group. Everything was in working condition; nothing was broken or missing. We were able to cruise around the river, tube 1 or 2 people together, swim, eat, and relax. We would recommend this experience!

Wow, what a great experience. From the intial phone call for information, the website reservation process, the boat pickup, and boat return - it all went really well. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The boat was in great shape, ran well, was clean, and was a ton of fun for our family of 5. We drove around, floated a little, tubed, swam, and fished some. Was a super day to be on the water, and the boat made it even better. Setup was easy, and tubing went smoothly. Everything was great. Definitly going to do it again, and will rent again from Long Level. Thanks for helping us make lasting memories together.

My wife and I traveled from Maine to purchase a boat from Brandon at Long Level Marina..I inquired about the boat online and Brandon responded immediately.. I asked him to take a video of the boat before we traveled 580 miles one way and he did.. We loved the boat and it was what we were looking for..We traveled down from Maine and made the deal..We added the accessories we wanted.. The service crew did a great job with the installation of everything.. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the boat and the entire process was truly amazing. We would highly recommend them.. Wish they were closer to Maine..

Very transparent when it comes to prices , quotes etc. Have had them do multiple things on my boat from under skinning it to a total repower! No surprises with them and always upfront and honest. Lifelong customer for sure!!!7/30 wanted to update my review. Had to do some fine tuning with prop selection with new motor. My sales rep Brandon personally took my boat out and tear Multiple props to find the best one. Boat my boat from another local dealer and delt with a few others , by far no one holds a candle to the customer service I’ve received from long level !

Rented a Pontoon Boat for my Wife, our dog Ellie and Myself on July 19th, 2019. Very satisfied with everything from start to finish. The boat rental staff was GREAT and thoroughly went over every aspect of the boat so I felt comfortable as an operator. We especially liked the fact that they provided a life vest for our Puppy as well. We all enjoyed ourselves. Looking forward to the next time!!

Took my boat here after hitting a rock with the motor. The shop looked at it fairly fast(their speed is what bumped this up to two stars) and reported relatively minor damage, which surprised me as I suspected major damage to the motor, and assured me they had done a thorough check out of the motor. I went through my insurance company, got the funds appropriated for the repairs, and the shop ordered the parts. When the parts arrived and they began the work, that is when they discovered significant damage and determined the motor needed to be replaced. Needless to say, the insurance company and myself were a little surprised at this change and I had to spend some time on the phone dealing with it. While waiting for the new insurance check to arrive I kept in contact and was told that once the money was released they would have the new motor installed quickly as they already had one in stock. What the salesman failed to mention, at any time in the process, was that they had A motor in stock, but not the same motor that was coming off. I did not discover that until they called to tell me the boat was ready and the shop foreman mentioned a slight difference in cost since the same prop from my old motor couldn’t be used since it was not compatible with the new motor since they were not the same. There are way more details to this whole story, which I do not have the time to fully relay. BLUF, due to multiple separate interactions and conversations I think that they are quite inept here. I will never take my boat here again! If you’re looking for a quality shop, don’t go here!

We recently purchased a new Carolina Skiff earlier this year from Brandon.When we looked into purchasing this boat coming out of winter he worked with us to accommodate our schedule to see the boat & take delivery as we did not live close..We also had a few unique requests and questions. Brandon handled all of our requests & answered all of our questions. He also worked to get answers to the ones that he didn't have an immediate answer on. I have worked with them a couple times to repair my boat. They are top of the line when it comes to pro-active communication, professionalism and quality work. There are boat repair guys closer to me, but I’m willing to drive a little further to work with Rob and his team at Long Level Marina. I’ve learned the hard way!
