For our 6 month old baby girl, Noel Grace’s 1st experience with getting groomed; we could not have asked for a more perfect outcome!!! Rachel here at pet supplies plus took care of our baby and all you have to do is look at Noel’s face and see that Noel couldn’t be happier with the way she looks; absolutely beautiful!!! Rachel was awesome with Noel, and she answered questions that we had in reference to grooming Noel and taking care of her at home. Everyone that works here is just extremely friendly and very knowledgeable!!! we will definitely be back for Noel Grace’s 2nd grooming appointment & i’m sure for so many more!!!

We have always had great experiences at Pet Supplies Plus. They have a great selection of products, knowledgeable and kind employees. We’ve used their grooming for our dogs and we have always been happy. Rachael took great care of our dog this morning and she could not have been nicer!

I take my 2 dogs to Pet Supplies Plus. I make my appointments online, which is fast and convenient. The groomers and technicians all seem to really like pets and are both kind and capable.I’ve had nothing but good experiences taking my dogs there.

I’ve been sick, so I asked my husband to go to the pet store after work to grab a few things for our cats, since they were out of cat food. I’m the one who normally does the shopping for them so I wanted to go to the website and screenshot pictures of what we needed, just to make it easier. When I went on the website and saw they did same day, free delivery. I ordered everything I needed and it was delivered within 3 hours! I’m beyond impressed! My cats are happy and my Dog got some treats too. My husband is also happy he didn’t have to make the run! It was a win for everyone!

Her appt was at 9am. 1st time getting my Sasha groomed. It was slight confusion in regards to her time being shared with other dogs. But apparently that's how they do it unless it's not busy or you get the express option. Either way, the staff was VERY gd and answered my concerns respectfully. My groomer was Nicole and she was wonderful with my husky. The owner came out and even greeted me and he was wonderful as well. He explained the express option to me. If you want to try a gd grooming place this is it! It cost 125.00 for me, but princess Sasha got the works! (Teeth cleanin ear clean, nails buffed and clipped, wash dry etc)Other pkgs are available if you don't want the one I got.

I loved the convenience of this store up until today.Writing this review so customers are aware of the return policy. Today I tried to return a bag of cat food bought the previous day, this bag of cat food was recommended highly by an employee so I wanted to try it out, not realizing that it was freeze dried food. I’ve tried in the past to feed my cat freeze dried treats and he does not recognize them as food. So after my cat not eating a whole day I tried to return my purchase. The manager was brought up to the front and told me that I could not return the food until I tried to feed it to my cat for 7 days, I explained how my cat did not recognize it as food and he responded by “if your cat is hungry enough he’ll eat” after going back and forth I asked for a copy of this 7 day trial return policy. Where the store manager informed me that they have no “paper copys” and I HAD to go online. After searching over 30 minutes I could not find this policy online I decided to call the store where I was directed to the owner, who was ALSO unable to find the return policy online, let alone a 7 day must try trial documented on their return policy. Long story short do not let this “store manager” tell you what you HAVE to do to get a return

I do all my dog food ordering online and spend about $400 a month on dog food . I went in today to explain to the manager that I wasn’t able to use my free bag coupon online and when my wife went in they were out of the flavor we get for our dogs he wasn’t very helpful . My coupon was expired by one day and when I explained this to him he just said you can use it online and that they haven’t been out of that flavor . This may be true but it would not allow us to use it online and if my wife did not see the flavor because sometimes it’s up top on the shelf all this is understandable. But for him not even take into consideration that online could have not allowed us to use it and even though we have two months to use it we haven’t had the time to physically come to the store we have just been buying food for our dogs . I asked if there was someone else to speak to and he said no he was the manager I’m sure there is someone else above him . I’m not saying that this is not a good store but for the amount of money I spend there and to not even try to have a discussion about it and brush me off leaves a bad taste in my mouth . I started going there because of someone telling me to support local stores but to be honest local isn’t always better especially when the manager acts the way he did if he would have tried to help and the answer was still no about the coupon I would have been ok with it but now I’ll just go back to chewy and purchase the food for my dogs .

My dog got his nails cut at multiple grooming places, he never needed a muzzle or for me to come back there personally to put him on the table. I gave my dog to one of the groomers as she’s dragging him to the table. I understand he’s resistant, but there was no need to drag him to the table. She was unable to pick him up to put him on the table, so i had to personally do that. She hooked him to the table and started cutting his nails. He does not like to get his nails cut to begin with, and then started to growl. She couldn’t get the muzzle on him, so asked me to step in. I got the muzzle on him, then they denied my service. He has a muzzle on, and is strapped to the table. I don’t understand why she had to go through that process to turn me down. He was stressed out and she did not reassure him that he was okay. Overall the worst service. Did i mention that he went to multiple places before here. NOT ONE had to do what they did to my dog.

We came here for a vaccination clinic. The clinic employees were really great, super friendly! The store was clean and well stocked. Large variety of dog food brands available. We joined their free membership for the discounts. Brought home treats and toys for our pack.

My favorite place for all my dogs needs!! Love their grooming department. Especially Laura, we have been bringing our 2 Yorkies here for all their grooming needs for almost 2 years and I have never been disappointed. Always a perfect groom. She has a way with our yorkies. That we can’t seem to do at home. Lol. Pet plus is super convenient since we live minutes from there too. Full groom, nails trimmed and grind, or just a touch up!! Ask for Laura!!

Can't say enough about this location. Our dog gets groomed and comes home so fresh and clean. I think it makes him feel good to get the deshedding treatment too. This location always has the food our cats and dog love and if you join the reward program, you get great coupons all the time.

Saturday morning my husband and I stopped at this store to wash his mom’s dogs at the self-service dog wash. Sometime during our time there, my husband lost a $100 bill. He didn’t realize this until we got to the next place. I called the store and the owner of the store found it and said he left it at one of the registers for us to pick up. When I went into the store to get it, he was personally at the other register checking out customers. I thanked him, but he would not take anything for finding it. He suggested that I donate it for the animals. That is what I did. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very impressed with the staff at the Woodlyn location. 1st time using the Pet Wash and staff was great and showing me all the features and making it feel easy. Staff working the wash that morning was VERY patient with my young son and showed him around while I juggled the pup. Wonderful 1st time visit I will be going again and again :)

I LOVE this place! They brought me in with those $10.00 off coupons on the back of the Acme receipts and I’ve been going since! It’s so convenient and has so many options. Just got my Golden retriever groomed here and they did a great job with his cut and wash too, gave him the exact cut I was looking for. Plus I feel safe using them, knowing the are good to my dog😁 The employees are very friendly here. Definitely my new go to for now on!

Hello, I am writing this review regarding the disservice I had when dropping my dog off for grooming services. My dog’s name is Bane, and his grooming schedule was at 10 am on Sunday, Jun 18th. When dropping Bane off, the grooming technician was very irritated that there were 3 additional dogs being groomed that day at the same time and she instantly said she doesn’t know how she was going to complete his grooming services, so she proceeded to say pick him up within 2 hours. After I left the store, the grooming technician called me less than 10 minutes and said she couldn’t complete the services because my dog was snappy. What a coincidence! Now when I dropped Bane off, he was in great spirits and of course this is not his first service here at this location, so it was weird that he snapped at her. When I came to pick Bane up, he seemed calm, but her energy was off. She did mention that she was able to clip his back nails without a muzzle but, when she proceeded to do the front nail clippings he started barking. Now the proper procedure is to put the muzzle on before the nail clippings because the dogs will get scared and irritated. She tried to put the muzzle on afterwards. So, I asked her can I reschedule because he’s irritated, and it could become a safety issue. She proceeded to say he can’t come here anymore. Not saying anything on the lines of since she started the nail clippings prior to putting the muzzle on and let’s reschedule until he calms down. This was a little far reached for her to say he couldn’t come back to this location when it was not his fault. She didn’t follow proper procedures by putting the muzzle on his mouth to prevent any dog from biting or barking. I am still waiting fir corporate to contact me.

This place is the best. Doggo loves coming here. They have a great selection with reasonable prices. Their grooming services are always helping dogs when I come in. Their serve-yourself bathing station looks clean and maintained. The people who work at the store are helpful and love pets. I highly recommend you give this place a shot. It's well worth the trip.

The best pet retail store around. Grooming stations are stocked and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ten dollars to bath ur animal and they supply the towel and products necessary. All shelves are well stocked and their brand is very healthy and likeable for the animals. Again a clean friendly and lovable place and staff . Wouldn't go anywhere else

I went in with a question about my older dogs digestional issues. I was expecting them to try to sell me food that would cost me a fortune. Instead I got some wonderful advice from the young salesman on different food I could give her. I wish I had gotten his name! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They will always get my business!
