I paid to have my dogs anal glands done here. Something I have to do every couple months. They didn't let me go back. And I'm pretty sure they didn't do anything. My dog was still scooting her butt as soon as we got home. Absolutely no change. So now I'm out $10 for nothing.

I have been going here for years for animals and supplies. I'm there at least once a week and almost always are they taking care of the animals when I get there. They are the nicest people willing to do what they can to get what you want. I have never had an issue and am there all the time. They don't lie to you if you ask about certain animal genders or specifics and their prices and care are way better than major pet stores (which I stopped to going once I found this place)

Have never used grooming service but heard good things. I only go for their fish shop so my review is based mainly on that. They have a great fish selection with really good prices. Their fish are always healthy and a nice selection of live plants. I stop in any time I'm in Uniontown or want to add to my tank. They have every thing you need to setup a tank including the tank itself. I really like this place.

We adopted boomer march 2020 and have been using Your Pets since. Their services are worth every penny. Make sure you tip the employees. Provide the services they offer to your own animal and you'll agree.

Small when you walk in its smells which in partly could be from the dogs in the little areas it was disappointing seeing these dogs is such smaller "cages" if you want to call it that and the pricing for them was outrageous

They had the sweetest Rottweiler puppy there. She looked well taken care of. I just wish she had more space to play and run around. Also I feel like the customer service could be better... had the lady working asked if I wanted to see the puppy/hold her I may have left with purchasing the puppy. All in all it's a nice pet store there's just a few small things they could do to make it better.

I usually go there a lot but when I saw this I was shocked. Poor care. The lizard looks dead wasnt moving very skinny and dropped tail. Thats not how you take care of lizards.

Excellent selection of fish at fair prices. Also has a nice variety of pet supplies as well. Have not taken advantage of the grooming yet.

Brought our dog in a few weeks ago specifically to get a flea dip and nail trim (Jules). When I picked her up, the only thing I'm asked by the receptionist is if I'd like to leave a tip, which I did. After bringing her home, my husband asked me what they did, and it occurred to me I hadn't asked nor been told, so I called to confirm. As it turns out, they gave her a bath but not a flea dip. When I asked why not, they told me "she didn't have fleas." I was shocked because she had been scratching so much, I thought then she must have allergies. The next day I took my dog to the vet and the very first thing he did was run a comb through her fur and immediately found fleas. Over $200 spent at the vet for the exam and some treatment and completely unnecessary. Plus the $55 we spent getting her a flea dip was a waste as she wasn't even treated. Owners need to communicate if they plan to not provide services that were requested. If you forgot, (which is what I suspect happened as she very obviously had fleas) then own it and try to make it right. Very unsatisfied.

My Yorkie Ruby Grace never whined or cried, after being groomed! I lost her in July!😭 I got a new Yorkie, for Christmas. My Jewels will be groomed there also! p.s. their shampoo smells wonderful!

Tange and her staff do a wonderful job with grooming our two dogs. One of whom is difficult to work with, but they handle them like consummate professionals. I won't be taking our pups anywhere else for grooming. Your Pets is the best.

It was an amazing experience there everyone was super friendly and they did wonderfully with my new pup. My daughter and I will never struggle to figure it out again! Now we can go shop all their stuff while Myrtle (that’s our pup) gets her nails done!

This was our first experience at Your Pet. They came recommended by a friend. I also read other reviews to help make up my mind.They were very personable, asked how we wanted our dog groomed. I feel very comfortable bringing Tucker back to be groomed again 🐶All the pets they have for sale looked well cared for. Wonderful staff. This was 1 visit of many. Thanks 😊

A truly amazing pet store. My sister and I got two small rats from here for Christmas and one of them developed a respiratory infection. The people at the store were so friendly and willing to help get my rat back to health. They explained that this was common for rats that have been moved to a new home and provided medicine for her. I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Will never return for any of my dogs needs. Went in for a nail trim and file and they look absolutely awful, they're all chewed up and just look nasty. And was charged extra for her not liking her nails being done, completely dissatisfied and will never suggest this place.

My husband bought a gold koi that died within 24 hours. I tried to talk my husband out of buying this fish because it swam around the tank with it's mouth down, didn't seem right to me. While we were there we pointed out numerous dead fish in the other tanks. I have a very large pond with 132 other fish of various sizes between 1 and 8 inches. This koi was not the largest but was far from the smallest. When I fed the fish the next morning I saw it floating in thw lily pads belly up, swollen and completely red. We returned him and now they refuse to sell us any more fish because they're blaming one of my fish for being aggressive. Never had that problem before. It's been a couple days and the other fish are doing ok. When I showed pictures to the Pond Guys they said it looked like a bad case of drops and something else. Will not be going back. The refund was not the issue. The fact that blame was placed on one of my tame fish instead of poor care in the shop and that they refuse to sell to us again instead of improving the way they care for their pets..

This is a very nice, small town pet store. The people are very helpful and kind. They let you choose the animals or supplies that you want, instead of being pushed into something for a higher price or something you don't need or want. I recommend a visit, even if it's just to look around. They are always supplied😁

We go to the your pets in Hopwood pa . We take our precious Uriel a puggle to get his nails trimmed. They do an absolutely amazing job!

Small store, but nice selection. Prices comparable to most larger pet shops. Puppies were all adorable, but I rescue dogs from puppy mills and kill 'shelters' and do not support buying puppies.The woman working was very nice and the store was clean and organized.

I've been going here since I was 5. it's my favorite petstore around. the same lady has always owned it and she has been nothing but amazing to me. anytime I've had a problem it was rectified fairly. i get my cat shaved there twice a year. it's been $35 for 7 years and he's the most uncooperative cat to groom ever. they've NEVER charged me extra. no other groomer in town will even touch him.

I had previously took my long hair daschshund to petsmart only because we just got her and her hair was a bit matted and needed something quick😞... Never again... You most definitely get what you pay for! I then began looking for a groomer that had knowledge of pets, compassion and an absolute love for animals! I found Your pets in Hopwood PA... As long as they are around they will forever be our Mia's groomer!! Took a little longer than expected but it was WELL worth the wait! They treated us as new customers with respect as well as our fur baby... They did a FANTASTIC job.. Highly recommend taking your furbaby there too... ABSOLUTE wonderful job and very fair pricing!

I go there often, adopted a cat( love of our lives), bought a variety of fish, reptiles and feed and have never had a problem. She has up-graded her dog and cat area, they all were in great shape when we were in. Love her store!

I get my crickets here. They are very well taken care of and last longer than PetSmart crickets. I had none die in the 5 days I had them for my chameleon. I recently bought 3 baby rats and they are SO TAME!! I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs. Place is very clean and the the animals they have for sale are always healthy looking and the cages are always clean. Highly recommend!!!

I've always loved this place. Owner is on site and very friendly. They have everything from snakes to birds, fish, kittens, and puppies. They also provide a dog grooming service and have great prices on everything you need for your new pet. I can go on and on. Reputation speaks for itself, and I'd say your pets is one of the best.

I bought my teen son a lizard. Hes been dealing with a lot and I thought it would help. It died after having it for less than a day. I have had the same kind of lizard and it lived over the time it should have, so it wasnt us. The one thing about it is she gave us a full refund but we had to bring the dead lizard in. I have bought crickets there and they seem fine.Response: yes, and this is why I gave you 3 stars and not 1. The refund however did not mend my sons broken heart. We will continue to get crickets but will go to WV to buy our lizards from now on.
