Wish the food would be fresher. And staff Could be more helpful. I really wish they would remind us to use the Rewards cards but almost every wawa I go to never ask if you have one anymore. I Have mostly worked customer service and cashiering, and we were always taught.To ask about the rewards, but I guess nowadays are different?

Ordered a hoagie with pickles, hot and sweet peppers on the side and the lazy girl who made my sandwich thought it was a good idea to put them all in the same container; and to top it off there was barely any of the 3 in the container. Her actions showed that her attitude basically was she was annoyed she had to do her job. Not to mention the store was empty because it was late night and she wasn't busy at all.

A classic store where they dont care about employees and let management run rampant. Tina on 3rd shift does nothing but talk almost everytime im in there while she watches her employees work. And they've let tina get away with putting hands on employees and she will just sit there if you are being berated or threatened. Thats the management on 3rd. Oh btw youll get fired for swearing but a manager can do all that. And no I didn't work here but ive heard the horror stories from people who have. All the other workers are pleasant but tina ruins it. If anything avoid working on 3rd.

No ice for over a week. 😒 they do it to keep the neighborhood kids out of the store but. . It's no ice. .they'll turn the ice maker off on purpose. Why open?

Wawa as a whole is great. But the manager Tiffany is the worst manager ever. She treats the employees horrible and micro manages them all. I’ve witnessed her confront an employee over a cup of coffee to a police officer who she assumed didn’t pay but he actually did. She completely embarrassed the employee and the store as a whole.That Wawa location used to be great but since Tiffany took over I rather go elsewhere. I contacted Fox News about Tiffany’s demeanor and customer service. She alone has to be the reason all the employees have transferred and quit. I hope Fox News catches her in the act of being unprofessional and incompetent. I’m a Linwood resident and I rather drive an extra mile to another Wawa than watch the manager Tiffany treat her employees the way she does. Go away Tiffany please.

Amazing staff. Never had a problem in this Wawa with any worker. People that hang outside and beg for money or to buy them cigarettes is annoying. But I know the difficulties of getting someone banned from Wawa which involves a court process. The wawa is great, but the people that harass you outside is off putting, so go to the Wawa on chichester if you must go to Wawa in the area.

Love Wawa, gotta have it. Friendly & helpful employees are the secret to Wawas success. At least, I bet they are. Well stocked, easy to navigate, & very clean store make coming back repeatedly an easy choice.

They serve stale hoagie rolls i brought 5 and drove 30 min away me and kids went to eat them they were so hard you could knock on it like a 🚪 ridiculous.Spent over $30 all with extra meat because its so far were just gonna throw the rolls away and use bread i could of just got a pound of lunch meat

It’s a great place to snack on but sometimes when I try to get my favorite drink, it’s not there. The line is pretty normal, fast service, delicious food, and nice employees. Nothing is really bad by going to this Wawa, but the one thing I only needed was more of my favorite drinks on stock so I can have it more often. But otherwise it’s a great Wawa to be at.

Worst Wawa I've ever been to. I would love to go there every day because they're right around the corner from my house but the store is everything but convenient. The line is always out the door and it's because they don't put anybody on second register until it gets overwhelmingly bad. I have to get to work in the morning and I'm sure so does everyone else. It's supposed to be a convenience store this store is not convenient. I'm done with this store whether it's right around the corner from my house or not I drive the extra 3 minutes to the next Wawa. No one in there seems like they want to work. This generation x work ethic is horrible. Let me tell you kids something you don't work you don't eat! It's right there in the Bible.

anyone know how many months its been since they've had half gallon lemon tea? I went there the other night got 2 10 inch subs. got home and swore they toasted the bread. nope the bread was old and stale.... also can yall not just change the codes and actually throw away the old food? we can taste the disgusting difference

Terrible terrible terrible employees are great and very kind management is horrible I went to the store and the registers were down and there was a line wrapped around the store twice of customers trying to check out the manager came and turned off every single register and then walked outside and smoked a cigarette and didn't say a word to anyone and left his employees with disgruntled customers I've got in there multiple times and there's nothing no coffee no food it's just poorly managed and I feel very sad for the employees who have to deal with customers who get upset because they don't get the stuff that they want Dishwalla is walking distance from my house and my husband and I still go to one further away just to avoid this Wawa

I had to write this review because WAWA HAS DECIDED NOT TO FOLLOW THE COVID 19 RULES AND REQUIRE EVERYONE TO WEAR A FACE MASK. II just left the store and prior to leaving I asked the manager why there are people in the store without a facemask and she stated WAWA DOESN'T REQUIRE IT! SHAME ON THEM!

Never had to wait to get a fresh cup of coffee, even during the morning rush because the employees didn't have one of those big containers they keep the coffee in ready which tells me the employees have common sense, and that is half the battle. Other locations, grrrrrrrrrr.

This has been a complaint I have had for a long time now. Why is it that when a certain size cup of food is ordered it is NEVER filled fully? And I do not mean just a bit missing off the top. The cup is literally only half full. If I order a medium I certainly do not expect to receive the amount of a small OR I would have ordered the small. Stop ripping people off. Fill the cups!!!

One of the original Wawa's still around. Although some may like the oversized over bloated Wawa's, I tend to like the ones that have a more neighborhood friendly atmosphere. Employees seem to be a lot more helpful and friendly.

I love this store because their is a gentleman who works there who's name is TY and he is a great cashier and the most friendliest person I have ever met that works for wawa.
