I absolutely love this place! The family is always so helpful and courteous! I run a girls flower trip every year and this is always our first stop. Prices are very reasonable and always a great selection!

Great prices in their greenhouses, also plants outside and some items in store next to greenhouses. Beautiful dog named Hunter there to greet you (just kidding sound asleep).

I love this place and Im sad every year when the produce is gone and they close the stand. The vegetables are picked fresh either that day or the day before. Sometimes they're not all washed and shiny like at the grocery store but their prices are so reasonable. Way, way more reasonable than Fairground Squares farmers market. They are limited to what can be grown locally, but they sell other farms food also, as this year they had some of the best peaches that I've had in years. Most days there is a section of either free or discounted produce that might have a bruise on it or one little bad spot. Hey for a quarter I'll take a second to cut it out. They also have people who make jellies, jams and a variety of baked goods that are very tasty. I recommend this place to anyone.

We just discovered Burkholders during a country drive and we love it!!! Ended up making several trips back to get everything from garden veggies to pies to shrubs and a tree. Lowell is so kind and helpful, and gave us great advice about planting. It’s a beautiful drive and you can’t shop at a better farm!!! 5 stars!!!!
