Wonderful customer service. So friendly and helpful. Not only do I pick up prescriptions here but they carry Lorann liquid flavors that I use for my baking all the time. Only issue is having to wait for 1 med I pick up monthly to always be stocked. The last few months they have only had a few to give me until the rest came in. Other than that, the store is clean, employees are helpful and friendly, and they kind of get to know you. I'd refer people to Haydens for their prescriptions here over Giant Eagle any day.

My one and only pharmacy! Very knowledgeable and friendly.They do home delivery as well, for $2. During the Covid pandemic, the delivery fee was waived. I get my flu shots there. Also during the pandemic, the pharmacist came to the high-rise where I live and gave the Covid shot to us.

I’ve been going here for 3 years now and they treat me with so much respect and are genuinely concerned about your health always friendly and always worn me if there could be a medication interaction and tell me to call my dr before they fill it really great people definitely recommended.

Hayden's is great. Some pharmacies are good for one or two meds but things get messed up when you need multiple prescriptions and diabetic supplies. Since switching from Walmart I feel much more confident about my medications being right and in stock. Has that hometown feel and unlike chain stores when you walk in the pharmacists are actually filling scripts, not talking on the phone, talking to a customer in person and counting pills at the same time.The delivery service is outstanding, deliver scripts at times hours after the doctor calls them in. These are the kind of people who will make sure you get your meds plus a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread in a snowstorm, can't get that just anywhere. Also have to mention that the generics that they choose are higher quality than other pharmacies use. There is a differenceThanks Hayden's!

Went here to get a prescription filled because it was local and close to home and they wanted to charge me $60 so I went to Giant Eagle for that same prescription and only was charged $10. Won't be going back

I was vaccinated at WCCC but the same employee both times. Both times he wore a shield with no mask, and this last time he took the shield off completely to he mask less in a room full of people. Just seemed tone death.
