A hoarder situation where the animals are in small cages piled on top of each other, fed a poor diet, and given minimal perches with no toys. Unacceptable even for a breeder. It was not very clean and none of the birds were happy.

Very frustrated. We drove an hour to get there during the open hours posted, and no one was home. I've tried to call multiple times and couldn't get in touch with anyone. Don't know if they're still in business.
