Store closed for the summer because the employees are afraid of the kids coming in & out. And mind you these are corny suburb/County kids, no threat. They came in my parking lot, I told them to move and they did 🤷🏾‍♀️. This store always find a reason to close. The kids are not the problem, it's the adult dope addicts from linwood robbing the store blind. I've seen it all with my own 2 eyes.

SHONDA !!! Thank you for checking us out not only were you professional but you told us about the app for your store. If management sees this I’ve never had such a great associate help me in any of your locations and she WANTED to be there. She CHOSE to be positive the store was clean we are so happy you guys opened back up and you can tell the associates were too.We need more people like Shonda in the workplace. Give this woman a RAISE!!Make her manager. She will lead she will make sure to have the right people there.Thank you again

I live very close and employees are nice to me. They need more help to unpack boxes, there are so many in the aisles. But I still like to go there.

Discount store. Kinda messy. They have all the last minute odds and ends you may need. Staff could be trained a bit better. Some employees are friendly and helpful but others are just plain rude! We need a store like this in the area but it is a pain that they are constantly getting shut down or closing to stock the shelves.

They still have hardly anything u need there. There always closed early or something I'd wrong st the registers. There's kids running in n out all the time. Groups of them n sometimes there told t. Leave other times they. Just say things to customers n other employees about the kids instead of making them leave.

I work just aroud the corner from this Family Dollar and stop in often. The staff is really amazing. The employees who work the register are friendly and helpful and really seem to care about the customers. They make it a really nice shopping experience. Also, even amidst the pandemic, they always had toliet paper and paper towels. Thank you Family Dollar of Linwood!!!!

Store manager keeps the store in great shape. Store is clearly marked and shelves are stocked properly.Some of the customers though.....😝horrible. Theiving, rude, nasty. Kids run free, unsupervised. Some parents use their kids to assist in stealing....it is depressing really.

Went into store and didn't have a mask on. The girl behind counter told me I had to leave because of no mask! Now mind you she didn't have one on either and there were other customers without one. I know after 8 pm tonight I will have to wear a mask. Why was I singled out and others were not? Just not right.

It was fine, as always. I only went in for 2 small items; walked around a little & found more good stuff. Spent about $25.00 & now I have new bed pillows & a great storage container.

I love going to family dollars especially since prices are going up so much, you have to cut corners to help keep you a float.. Over all they are good for small shopping

Just got back from this place and was charged 24 red Baron pepperoni pizzas when I only bought up 19. I thought it seems like a lot but didn't realize it until I got home and started counting them while putting them away. Such a simple job can't even be done with basic math. And people anymore think they deserve $15 as a minimum wage, what a joke

Store is always messy and shelves are empty all the time!! Some kids and adults come in the store yelling cursing and just being rude!! Always have used drinks laying around, the store needs to be clean!! Get better ppl to work their no customer service skills!

I have been shopping at the Linwood Family Dollar since it opened. I went in the store on Monday 3, 2018 at noon, and had the worst customer service ever , by the manager in charge. She had no name tag on, she would'nt give me a name. I told her I was gonna call on her, her reaction was that's what they all say. She was yelling and talking over me, she was out of control. This matter needs to be addressed.

Awful service. The employees are as rude as the patrons. Every time I shop at this family dollar I have an unpleasant experience. I pass by this place every day and it's very convenient to stop for what I need, but I will never step foot in that building again

Very well stocked but very very unprofessional! The workers here are loudly complaining about working here. If you don't like your job, find another. The worse ran family dollar that I've seen. I'm glad I don't live in this area.

The staff was great, selection was excellent, as well as appearance was neat and tidy and the manager Patty was just the same as can be always courteous, and very organized! By far one of the better Family Dollar in the area!

The coolers smelled really gross.I got followed by an employee which made me uncomfortable and cut my shopping short. And to add insult to injury the cashier was on the phone with her boyfriend while waiting on me and other customers

My son ask me can he get some candy I told him yes, He went and got a bag of ring pops i told him to get something else he said okay I told him to hurry up I'm getting in line as i was walking towards the line I hear someone yelling you stealing this candy I notice the child voice saying no I'm not I promise as I run over my son crying mommy.... I said sir this is my child what are you doing he tired apologizing My mother was so upset I cannot believe my 7 YEAR OLD SON had to experience being racially profiled. My heart is so broken to see my son so scared not he is so hurt he keep talking about it thinking he did something wrong smh That man have to Pay for what he did you traumatized my Son you made him feel scared He don't understand what that did to me and my family I'm going to make sure it never happen to anyone else i promise!!!!

The idea of the store is great, but the store is clearly not well taken care of. The trash can outside is always over filled and spilling over. Also, the store always looks a mess on the inside.

Clean friendly cashier had what I needed in store cheaper then other places.doing a better job too keeping the place clean sterile wise and clear cleaned unobstructed aisles

The sign says open Christmas Eve 7 AM to 9 PM it is now 8:04 AM and they are just opening up the store I have worked here and I know how long it takes for everything to get open and ready and it will take at least an hour we pulled in before the person who was supposed to open pulled in. You should not be a manager.

The line is always long. Kids and adults constantly stealing. But there aren't any other options in the immediate area so you don't really have a choice. But it's better than nothing
