Stay away from cvs! Women in the pharmacy have a bunch of attitudes.Snooty with me because they couldn't find my insurance information in the system with the info I provided.Called another pharmacy and just like that all my info popped upThe funny thing is when the insurance woman gave me the info for my rx she straight out told me cvs is lazy

Needed antibiotics and pharmacy question dosage and wound not fill, had to wait another day for the doctor to tell them it was correct and to fill it! When you are suffering with diverticulitis one day makes a huge difference! It’s bad enough that insurance can tell you what you can n can’t have now the pharmacy is too! Fill what’s on the script! Also your automated phone system doesn’t work right! You should check into that! Time to look for another pharmacy.

Picked up meds with no issues. I have them on auto refills which is nice they notify me that they filled my prescription an when it's ready. No hassle an no waiting.

This place is a complete joke. The one pharmacy tech has a Spanish accent and is very hard to understand and she wonders why you have to keep asking her to repeating herself. You would think with a job as important as discussing medication with patients they would have people that speak fluent understandable English. This girl needs to go!

Pharmacist gave me wrong dosage of medication then lied and said she didn't. Even called me a liar and refused to fix her mistake. No more CVS for me and mine.

Always out of stock of something when it comes to a number of vitamins, herb complexes and my probiotic. It takes forever for them to restock, I guess it's the so well know crisis, right?

Pharmacy is getting really out of hand. No texts or phone calls when prescriptions are ready then I call to find out “ oh we canceled it because you never picked it up. Called and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. Go to pick up and they say I can’t have it cause they need my new insurance card ( fine) but they have to let it process and it could take up to 2 hours???? If I called at 11 AM to inform them I needed it today why was no one able to give me that information prior. I could have given coverage information over the phone. Glad it’s is not a life saving medication I pity anyone who relies on medication long term.

Every interaction I have had with the pharmacists has been just short of a nightmare. I've been on the same medication for years, but just recently moved here and it's been a hassle with plenty of attitude every time I go to refill my meds. I've seen them be rude to elderly customers, especially on this one occurrence where a lady was complaining about an issue on their app. I was actually having the same issue on their app but they made it seem like the woman was making it up. Just sad.

Always stocked, has drive theu for pharmacy in addition to the traditional walk up (inside).Now there are self check outs, and a cashier. Reduces wait time in line...though I feel all discounts are received with a person...still get that enormous receipt :-).

When I went to CVS I had a really bad experience the lady was very rude she threw the change at us and that said how the caramels were stale. I don't think it is professional to say something bad about something you are selling. The ladies name is Randa. I love this CVS, they always have everything you need and the employees are nice people, except for randa.

Pharmacy staff are rude they seem to hate there job and everyone that comes in and makes them do anything. Now that it's CVS policy is to decide what your doctor can and can't give you I would highly recommend you find a pharmacist that actually cares about you and your health.

When I went to CVS today I had a bad experience the lady (her name was Randa) was very rude she threw the change at us for not having exact tax. when she threw it at us she said that she didn't know who the change was going to. we then asked her about the box sitting on the front counter, we asked if they were soft or hard caramels she said that they would most likely be hard because it was stale even though the sign said that they were soft and chewy caramels. we thought that was unprofessional because she was selling a product but saying bad things about it. she also walked away from me when it was my turn to checkout. after i asked her to check me out she said that she didn't know i was waiting. We then went back for a second time in the same day to see her name to complain about her. this is a very good store though I never had a problem but this time.

Incompetent staff caused an invalid COVID test. I was sick and had never taken a test before so the lady at the drive through walked me through it. She literally instructed me to use my hands to break off the q- tip and then told me what a good job I did. I should have know then that touching the q-tip that I had used to swab would invalidate the test, but I was sick and just following directions. Now I'll never know if I had COVID or not because obviously the test was not valid.

After being a regular customer for several months, the pharmacist decided all of a sudden on a Sunday, that she needs to verify my prescription with the prescribing doctor, and announced out loud in front of everyone that I had “two different prescriptions from two different doctors at two different pharmacies”, implying that I was involved in illegal activities and that she “is aware of my medical history,” again blatantly out loud in front of the whole store. Not only was the pharmacist violating the spirit and intent of HIPPA laws which are meant to protect the privacy of patients, her point was moot since i’ve been getting these prescriptions from two different doctors who specialize in two different kinds of practice for over two years. When I pointed this out, her response was to accuse the other pharmacists of failing to do their proper duties in order to save face, however, two years worth of failure would surely have been noticed by someone other then her. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY, DON’T GO HERE!!!

The staff is very rude .have medical condition can not wear a mask all the time because my breathing.you have no right with hippa law to bother a person.the young man at counter with hands on hips was rude.if I was treated better by staff .I would bought one item I came in to get.never go in cvs when he is on walk back out.get your staff more trained..
