The staff at Jo's Equipment were great to work with. It was my first visit. I was looking to replace my 8-year-old Craftsman mower that died mid-mowing a few days earlier. I found a nice mid-range Troy-Bilt mower. Jacob answered any questions I had, offered me an immediate trade-in estimate for my old broken mower, and scheduled delivery for the next day – which happened right on schedule. The mower wasn’t on sale or have any promotional offers, falling pretty close to list price – however, I felt more reassured about making a big purchase from Jo’s rather than a big box store where I almost bought a mower – not only because the buying and delivery experience was way easier, but also because they are a service provider where I can schedule routine maintenance or future repairs.

Found the mower that I like and call up to hold it for me. Saturday morning I called again to confirm the operation hours and drove over 4hrs from Orange, CT. Got there and talk to Jo. He taught me a few tricks about the mower and got out before closing. I recommend this place to everyone and I will going back to get more if opportunity arise. Thank you Jo and family.

We stumbled into Joe’s around closing time on a Saturday after a frustrating morning skirmish with a 21 year old John Deere riding mower. We had already ditched the idea of buying another John Deere from our local dealer after having pretty terrible service for 21 years . We did the Lowe’s/Home Depot search bc I get a military discount there , but the products were limited and not built well. Joe was super enthusiastic, helpful, not concerned that we were last minute Saturday shoppers ( which was rude of us but we were not expecting to buy). We found a quality product, he offered us a trade in , plus my military discount!!! Furthermore he offered to deliver and pick up the old one at our convenience. He and the others who worked there were super friendly. The financing was simple. I feel like we got a great product at a good price that includes good service from a local business. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

What a great experience! I called about a usedJohn Deere X324 lawn tractor they had . I spoke with a woman first who put me in touch with Jo. What a nice guy, easy to deal with, gave me a great price, took a deposit over the phone and held the unit till I got there. It was a simple easy experience, they have a beautiful facility and friendly staff. Even sent me a "Thankyou " card for my purchase!. I wish more businesses would be run like this! I was also very happy to learn they service the machines as well. As a first time tractor buyer I had a lot of questions. Jo's was extremely knowledgeable, flexible, experienced, helpful, honest, and trustworthy.Jo's Equipment made sure I was extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase and went out of their way to get me the exact attachments and machine I wanted.They also do great work, they installed a third function and it looks as good as factory.In addition to this excellent service, and very experienced staff, the pricing was very reasonable, no haggling, nickel and diming, and no gouging just honest straightforward service and sales just like it should be.If you are considering a Branson tractor like I was or any other type of machine or product Jo's sells, I would highly recommend them. Terrible customer service! Drove 2 hours to see a tractor that my husband made arrangements with Joe to view at 11:00 a.m. He wasn't even there at the 11:00 time. Someone gave my husband the keys to the tractor. No one ever came out to assist, answer any questions, etc. Waited outside for an hour. Went inside and waited again while absolutely no one would help. Everyone just stood around. Took 4 guys to help one customer buy a zero turn mower.

I just bought a Branson 2515R from Jo’s and had it delivered Saturday. I went to Jo’s to look at a used tractor. When I talked with Jo and told him what I wanted it for, he mentioned the Branson. I looked it over and drove it and was sold. For a 25hp tractor it is very beefy!!! The loader does lift every bit of the 2200 pounds advertised!!! It seems like a super solid machine weighing in at about 4000lbs with the loader. I made it even heavier by loading the tires. So far I love it!!! I would highly recommend you go see Jo and check one out for yourself.

They are great to sell you tractors but they never know when they will deliver. I've called 3 seperate times in 2 weeks and they still didn't know...no schedule for them. It's whenever they can...fine..I received my brand new machine. 20 hours on a branson tractor and 2 hoses exploded leaking Hydraulic fluid all over me and the machine leaving a job for a customer open. That was 6 days ago and they said they will let me know when they can pick up for warranty repairs. Still nothing. Worst customer service after you buy..the best before you buy. Totally unexceptable. Why so unorganized. Where is the schedule?Re... Jo called first thing this morning and had a guy repair the machine in less than an hour. I really appreciate it. Driver knows his stuff.good guy. 👍thanks jo

I purchased a used LA351 loader for my B2400 kubota. Jo's was very easy to deal with and went out of their way to accommodate me. The loader works perfict and is all Joe said it was and then some.
