This bilo makes me sick...went to purchase some riverboats and the meat looked so old and pail like it was spoiled. Who would pay $ 10.99 for this nasty stuff. And ALL the riverboats looked like this.

Randy's has ready-cooked items, which saves some time cooking. Great rotisserie and fried chicken. If you're in Windber, ready for fishing or a long ride to another area, it's really helpful. The fruits are excellent. Regular grocery shopping can be done as well. The bakery is great! The variety of breads in the bakery is really a high variety for such a small store. The other baked items, what can I say? It's so easy to buy a few items, put them on a platter and you have a tray for a business meeting. The little secret in this store are the spices. Their prices are the lowest, they make some of their own combos, which are great. The spice section with the large containers is just great if you cook something frequently at home or church dinners. As long as they keep those prices and the quantity in stock, you walk out feeling like you won a small lottery. There is clearly marked parking for van and wheelchair accessibility. You can ask anyone for help and they do it with a smile. There is an emergency restroom, but not wheelchair accessible. They don't really have a customer restroom, but in an emergency, they allow you to use the employees. It's just a kindness they can provide. It's pretty easy to find most items and walk out pretty quickly. Randy's also helps the elderly in our community. It's easy for them to get in and out, the aisles are nice and wide and they offer a senior discount on Wednesdays. Without this little nearby store, those who take the senior can or walk would have a more difficult time going elsewhere.

All the employees have always treated me right, and a service so far has always been pretty fast. I haven't had to wait. I enjoy shopping there. Great-granddaughter loves carrots.

I am sorry but the quality is not up to par. Produce ugh. Carrots soft after a few days. Frozen items taste like frozen over and over. Meat is is not great unless you buy their top of the line. Chicken wings taste like roasting chicken not frying. Had a special on green beans in cans. Cans were dented and very hard to open. Damaged. They are like the Ollie's of food. The deli is always good. The meat is sometimes good hit and miss. Produce is always 2nd class but good enough if you are going to use it the same day or next. Canned food is fine. Walmart is actually way better. Sorry Randy's. Your employees are awesome however. Some of them. You are better than the other buy low groceries in this area. I will give you that. I will not buy Produce from you unless its an emergency or onions.

A nice convenient place to go for quick and easy shopping necessities. It has everything I need at one place , and everything is easy to find . The prices are higher on items not on sale , but it's easier than running up to Richland for a few things. They did some changes inside so you have to look around if you haven't been here in awhile and I wish the time was back to 10 at night. ** UPDATE** The new black n white label bread don't waste anything on it gets moldy within a day and I've already seen some mold on the slices in store so I hope they never sale that again! Other than that it's a convenient grocery store between Windber and Bedford

I stop there for small amounts of shopping because it's close to me but it's pricey compared to some local stores. They have good beef products that are not tough. The chicken is grisly and tough thou. Produce is really fresh. The staff is great, very friendly, always willing to help. Limited brand name varieties.

Produce sucks and it comes in from the vendors that way. I know this because I shop there EVERYDAY. I think this problem could be fixed by not accepting these shipments. The meats are the BEST around the entire area and he has AMAZING specials! The store is reasonably priced and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Customers return shopping carts and are pleasant and polite to shop with. If the produce was fixed there wouldn't be a store around that could beat Randy's Bilo.

So happy to have a nice grocery store in our little town. Randy's prices are fair, but people shouldn't expect him to be able to compete with the large chain stores. Nice clean store and very friendly employees!

Randy's Bilo has good specials. It's open great hours to pick up last minutes like milk or bread instead of paying Sheetz prices. They even have great hours on a Sunday. It's convenient and for the local people in the community is extremely a useful reasonably priced store. The staff is also very helpful!

Went to the deli Sunday, 10/16/2022 and had the RUDEST MOST ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL male working with the public that I have ever encountered. I shop at this store every 2 weeks and have done so for many years. I can tell you, I will NEVER step foot in that store again.

This is very convenient to go to. . its close to my apt. They are the only ones who carry the cat litter i need and ALWAYS has her food. . And im very happy with the staff very friendly and helpful. The young man ALEX is always a joy to talk to and share animal stories with you.

I was so hungry for fish and my sister said to go there.. it was so chewie and dry. And I was there at 130 in afternoon, so it should of been much fresher. This is the second time I have disappointed there. I bought a rolled beef roast and when done cooking it was a little beef on outside rim but the rest was nothing but a hard grizzle. My dogs couldn't chew it. To me that was tricking your shoppers I paid 10.50 for the roast and 8 for fish. I wont be shopping there again. But I love Randy's on Osbourne street no more Windber.

Randy's Bilo is a good local grocery store, but at times it can become busy. Also none of the check out lines are not wheelchair friendly except the express line at the courtesy desk.

Awesome local grocery store. Great use of space and very reasonably priced. Only place I go to get my chipped ham when I’m in town, they have the right slicers to get it just right.

Prices are somewhat competitive, not Walmart but less expensive than Giant Eagle. Best of all is that they are located in Windber and open 7 days a week

Had a minor issue while checking and the cashier was very rude. The manager was equally rude when asked for help and offered no solutions because they would have had to do their job. They actually gave the impression that you were unwanted in the store.

Earlier this week, I shopped at Reginald's Bi-Hi, Randy's snooty cousin's store up the road a bit. They're kinda like the Alpha Betas from Jeff Kanew's 1984 classic film, Revenge of the Nerds: smug, ripped, and willing to stop at nothing to win the Greek Games during homecoming weekend. Definitely should shop at Randy's.
