Worst McDonald's ever! My wife and I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes nobody asked about ordering or to wait. Drove around building nobody at any windows which were hanging open and inside. Must've been catching a buzz somewhere only thing this McDonald's is good for. Wish could give it a zero

Went to get the three dollar bundle double cheeseburger and fries in windber. The clerk could not get it to ring up as a bundle deal. Waited fifteen minutes no one would help him. He wanted me to pay for two double cheeseburgers and two orders of fries which would have been twelve dollars plus when the bundle deal would have been only six dollars. Explained that to him . He said what do you want me to do. I said whatever the process is to take care of the customer I ordered six dollars worth of food and that is what I’m paying . he repeated again that no one would help him to ring it up correctly not my problem . Told him I not paying that and went to McDonald’s in Richland they rang my order correctly.This is not the only incident I have had at windber pa McDonald’s. They put onions on orders when asked for no onions. They flood the burgers with tons of ketchup so badly that the wrappers are wet with it. Wait time has been extremely long and always short handed. Maybe if they trained their staff better there would be less turn over and better customer service.RespectfullyDenise

Waited 15 minutes for 2 hashbrowns because they were standing around for several minutes before realizing they didn't have any made. Watched employee pickup trash off the floor and return to handling food without washing hands. Mgr came out wearing dirty, untucked grey shirt to bag my food and wiped his hands "clean" on shirt before touching my food. Dirty! Slow! Disgusting!

My husband went to the McDonald's in windber. What he told me when he got home. He went though the drive thru guess they couldn't hear him though the microphone. He went in no other customers were in the building. He still had to wait & when he got home his food wasn't that great ( he ordered the big breakfast the eggs wasn't really eatable)

Horrible. Coffee was the bottom of the pot evidently. The "Big Breakfast" was something else. I assumed it was a joke? Guess not. Egg shortage? And of course the pricing has escalated with Babbling Biden as President. GOD help us all!!!!

I've been to this location 3 times. Of those 3 times only one went "ok".The most recent visit I had placed an order through the app and chose curbside for the pick-up. I arrived and entered the parking spot number and waited. I never received my food so I went through the drive thru to see what was going on. Upon finally getting to the last window they gave no explanation just told me "we don't see your order in our system" and told me I'd have to pay AGAIN and reorder there. They said the charge from the mobile order would come off of my bank account.It's been several days since this occurrence and both charges are on my account now.I highly advise you go to another location because their customer service here is horrible. They seem to have a habit of double charging you instead of ACTIVELY LISTENING when you say you've already paid but haven't gotten your food.

Says they close at 12 on here. Nope they close when they want. This is the 3rd time we went there and nobody answered the intercom. So i call and the employee says they close at 11 on weekdays. However, I was even there before 11. He said no I couldn't have been because he would have seen me. The have repeatedly messed up orders and this place is probably the worst McDonald's in Johnstown hands down.

Sat in line for 10 minutes to order an iced coffee. Ice machine down. I left to order at another McDonald's. I called Windber and the manager answered. I suggested putting a "no ice" sign on the drive thru - his response.... Why Don't you come down here, come in, and I'll give you a sign to hang up. I had to restrain my Husband from going crazy.Worst service. Disappointing. One of many terrible times at Windber McDonald's.

My family and I came to get food here. Our food was awful! There are several reasons why I am giving this a low starred review. First, we got unwanted apples in a happy meal though we asked for fries. Second, we got undercooked, cold fries. That tasted very awful! Third, I got an overcooked burger and it tasted like it was burnt. The last reason is that we didn't get shamrock milkshakes, our main reason for coming to McDonald's. Overall, the food was awful and wasn't worth twenty dollars. Next time I want food,I'm going to Burger King instead.

You have a very rude young man working their. Not only was there a unending use of profanity but he insulted everyone in sight. Young Hispanic looking male with tattoos. Just for the record, the other employees are wonderful we have never had a problem. Keep up the good work. Just lose the dead weight.

This establishment is a busy fast food chain. Most of the staff members are nice. The ice cream machine doesn’t seem to work very well. If your order is wrong, the staff are more than apologetic and willing to change out for the correct food. Surprisingly clean considering how busy they are, but quite a wait for the food if you’re in a hurry.

Lately this place is horrible! Fast food? I just waited 20 minutes in a 3 car line. The fries are cold, the woman asked me 3 times what I wanted? C mon! I live in windber but I'll be going to Richland. This has happened the last year & I go there a lot!

The service was pretty good. The wait in line wasn't too bad, and it was acceptable for the wait time whenever there was "all day breakfast" available.However, it was pretty disappointing when your burger is falling apart and looks slammed together- as well as when they either leave out a part of your order or mess it up.Other than that, Mcdonalds gets 3 stars from me.

Made me sick as Hell. The employee was rushing to take my drive-thru order, that she didnt even catch two of the things I said.I never mentioned it because, the wait was taking forever as it was.Extremely ignorant staff, and again, food made me very ill. Stay away from here.
