Talk about unprofessional being refused to have an appointment after you've already scheduled one 6 months in advance. They can't even give you the decency to tell you what appointments you supposedly Miss and then when you try to talk to them they give you an attitude and say well why are you even trying to come here because we don't want you to be here. They even made ruger's nails Believe last time and charged me for a fee to cut her nails even though they only caught three and made them bleed. Totally unprofessional I was not able to speak to the owner just her receptionist. I asked to speak to the owner I was told well why do you even need to talk to her you're not going to come back here you're unhappy with our business so why even speak to her.Absolute animals as Toto joke!

At check out they did inform me that the groomer cut too much off my long hair cat. They said it was because the groomer was distracted. I was understanding. But when I got home, I saw all three of my cats received the wrong hair cut. Their nails were not trimmed. Each cat had a thing or two wrong... that is what prompted this review.

I have been taking my pets to Absolutely Animals for around 20 years. They are very caring with all the animals. Do such a beautiful job on the grooming!

This is the only place in town that I will take my dog to get her nails clipped and anything else my dog needs. I do not trust just anyone with my dog, but Vicki and staff are amazing. If you want a trustworthy place to take your dog and have your dog groomed don't waste your time looking for other places. Just take your dog here.. You will be totally satisfied and amazed with the great service you and your dog will receive. Best groomer in town. Highly recommend this place. I have used this place in the past and highly recommend this facility.

Vicki n help are fabulous. My dog can't stand his paws touched, we started about 3 months ago, he did a death roll and they weren't able to get all but one. She said bring him back he will get better. Patience, 3rd time in was worried, he was so much better this time. Highly recommend

Tried several different groomers in the area who wouldn't bother with matted fur. I would just get a shaved dog back even when I said I would pay extra to work out the mats. Absolutely Animals took the time to do it right. My dogs look great and I can get my 2 dogs groomed in the same amount of time it took other groomers to do 1 dog. I couldn't be happier!!!

They did amazing with our dog...she was done very well she is a full bred Siberian Husky with lots of fur and they did absolutely amazing with getting the undercoat and we would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan to go back next time!!

Love them and cannot wait to go back. I took my 4-year-old female Shiba Inu, whom I had just gotten from a rescue 2 weeks prior, so I knew little about the dog. They handled her beautifully - she had no anxiety at all, which is tough to pull off for a Shiba Inu. The job they did on her coat and nails was perfect. I felt bad paying such a low price! They could easily charge more; The job they do and their customer service is worth it.

I have two dogs that we take there regularly. They can be a handful but the workers here do an amazing job with them and they enjoy going. Great price for the service. I would highly recommend them.

When i moved to Windber 3-4 years ago this shop was highly recommended so i checked it out... I asked a few questions to them before i made an appointment for my cat..The owner and receptionist was very nice and helpful. . I have been coming here the whole 3-4 years and i am always satisfied. . Highly recommend this pet groomer

Took my cat for a simple bath and shave. 3 hours later I pick up a half shaved traumatized cat. You can tell they way his fur was they were stabbing him with the shavers. My 3 year old has bathed this cat he is not vicious and the 3 years we had him he never bit or scratched. Yet they say they needed 5 people to hold down a 7 pound cat? They need shut down asap.
