Nice little farm store selling meat, sandwiches, coffee, bread, cheese, butter, milk and other goods. It is very small and sandwiches will be takeout because there's no place to currently sit.

We recently had a pig roast at lake Wallenpaupack and decided to get the pig already cooked. There were several caterers available for us but we went with Stryker Farms for several reasons. First, they use heritage pork which in my experience is far superior to a regular commercial product. Second, their price was better and third, they answered their phone every time I called.The pig was delivered to my house piping hot and was absolutely fall off the bone delicious!!! The Mac and cheese was also spectacular. We’ve made chili, enchiladas and quesadillas with the leftovers. Get your pig from Stryker!!! You will be very happy.

Great place. Nice, neat, and hygienic. You can be served by the friendly staff for all your meats. We bought a goat and did not regret it at all.

We have enjoyed all the products that we have purchased. We smoked a beef brisket. The next one was made into smoked corned beef. Last week, we purchased two 12lb pork butts. They came fresh from the butcher. After 18 hours of slow smoking, the smell was overwhelming good. Taste and tenderness were excellent. The family enjoyed the carnitas very much. Definitely going back for more.

I received my pig on time still frozen wrapped like a Egyptian mummy I'm truly impressed that it came clean and stamped. I just finished preparing it for the smoker cabinet. I'll be ordering plenty more. Once again I thank you. I've already recommended my friends.

BEST PORK CHOPS IVE EVER HAD. Completely worth the drive!!! We met Noah who was the nicest guy, and took home freshly laid eggs, fresh butter, grass fed sirloin steaks, pork chops from his heritage pigs, beef bones (for bone broth!), short ribs, chicken liver (to make homemade pate!), chuck roast, and a few others (so glad I had thought to bring a cooler)! We drove home to NYC, and I served the most delectable meals from the bounty. Pork chops were seriously the best chops I’ve ever had, and have been talking about Stryker Farm to my coworkers, friends, and family! Will need to make another drive to restock!

Why does every review say that it’s priced right? $300 for a 30lb pig. You can get a full sized pig for $30-50 if you just go to the auction farm.

Fresh goat's milk and grass fed proteins! Soon they will have their own processing center for all their meats which will hopefully increase better availability and provide a broader selection. They sell out of what you want quick so figure out when they get it in and get there it else it will be gone!
