This is a very clean store with good variety. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. My Husky Igloo has several girlfriends that work there, and they love to see him when he comes in. They have a nice rewards program and give coupons too. Highly recommend them. Igloo does too.

Great place to shop! The store is smaller than your "big box" pet stores and therefore provides a more personalized and intimate shopping experience. I live in Washington state and I wish we had Pet Valu out there! would definitely choose it over other pet stores. It is very clean, tidy, and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing. Audrey was especially helpful and gave us a lot of good tips regarding our senior dog. The products they carry are very high quality. If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly highly recommend!

Love the Wind Gap Pet Valu store. Staff is friendly and really make my 14 year old golden retriever feel like a queen when we come in for her bath day.The bathing area is beautifull build with sturdy steps into the tub, not like the other chain pet store that has rolling steps that scare dogs.

Nice & well kept store. Unfortunately they didn't carry the cat food I was looking for (Bartonsville location does) and I also didn't like how the employee followed me around as though I was going to steal something. Please carry Only Natural Pet Feline Powerfood (Chicken); then I'll come back because this location is around the corner from my office.

Would choose over other pet retailers. Great staff always willing to help and great with a smile as soon as you walk into the store. Clean and well stocked. Will continue to be a valued customer.

This was the 2nd time I visited, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I was assisted by a young lady in helping me select Firm Up for my one dog who has anal gland issues..it worked, and my dog didn't have issues eating it. The worker also helped me select an Ultrasonic bark collar for my lab-mix. Unfortunately it weirds my dog out when switched on even when she isn't barking, but now I just show it to her and she stops barking and comes inside...so all in all it works for me! Lol. The girl helped me and rang up my purchases and we exchanged photos of our dogs, so nice!

Lots of wonderful pet stuff and prices seemed good. People were helpful but not pushy which I like. Great store. I will definitely go again!

Incredibly disappointed. I came in to buy a few things and saw a cowboy hat an sale which I thought would look nice on my pup. Upon checking out one of the sales associates commented, “somebody finally bought that stupid hat.” That’s a terrible way to treat a customer that keeps you in business. Will not be returning.

Highly recommending ”Grooming Tail’s” in Wind Gap for your pets grooming needs. Chloe did an amazing job with our Bernese Ender. Very professional, one dog at a time. Friendly and welcoming stuff in general. Will definitely come back for our next grooming and bath.

Drove 15 miles on Sunday to wash my puppy got there at 515 pm and was told that we couldn't use it because of corporate inspection. Not happy I would never turn a customer away .

Not a very good variety of small animal Care items for guinea pigs and hamsters, but if you have cat or dog needs... They've got u covered!
