We were ordering our groceries for pick up..at first it was fine. The last 4 or 5 times it was messed up every week. Substituting when I marked everything no substitutions...and they were substituting regular items for sugar free items. Giving us the wrong order so we had to go back for ours...totally leaving things out of our order but still charging us for the items. Never again. I'm a weis shopper now.

Always had a good experience here. The workers are friendly and helpful. Also other stores in the vicinity of parking lot that helps to multi task.

Great store. good selection overall. Tend to save more going to Weis but Giant has a much larger selection of explicitly labelled gluten free products.

I ended up ordering my sons birthday cake last minute and I have to say I am ecstatic!!!!! The cake turned out wonderful and my son LOVED it!!!!! Thank you so much to Franny and Larissa for taking my order last minutes and making the cake for my sons birthday!

Just got home from Giant in Wind Gap Pennsylvania 15 minute trip.My Ice Cream is LIQUID!!Walk-in Coolers areTOO High Temp.Turn down the thermostat to Freeze the Ice Cream!!!This is an ongoing problem at this particular store it has happened to me twice before

The prices are getting higher and higher here and I don't know why, one bag of nerd clusters is over five dollars. Are you guys allowed to raise your prices whenever you want? Genuine question. Employees are awesome and do an awesome job it's just the prices are big yikes 😬As you can see in their response they told me to try their digital coupons like do you realize that makes absolutely no difference

The store seems to always be u der staffed at the cashiers and the self checkout is always backed up. However they have the best flash food deals in the area!

The store makes exceptionally delicious birthday cakes. The store is clean and the selection is decent. They do keep running out of basic items I'm looking for. Example, Coffee-Mate French vanilla creamer in the milk section is almost always out of stock and I have to run to Weis to get it. The selection of coffees available needs to be more extensive. Decent produce section. The bakery is great.

Always missing products ..and it seems like most of their employees are rude.i won't shop their anymore not even if I need to run somewhere to get something last minute I'd rather just drive alittle more anywhere else

I have been very disappointed with the Wind Gap Giant for a while now. They are always out of the things I need and do not have as much of a selection in the organic products as the Nazareth Giant does.

THAT ROBOT!!! (is he evil?) My granddaughter loves the robot & the lobsters ♡ I shop here regularly and like the staff and management team. You can order special orders and also if they don't carry your favorite product, you can ask them to order it! My only complaint is that ROBOT!! I think the ROBOT is out to get me!!! He tends to block me, and his eyes turn red and shoots lasers at my lettuce!!! He looks innocent, but I wonder??? This review might make him angry, and he might retaliate.

Giant in wind Gap is putting meat on sale that's over a month old. I bought some pork chops on 3/28. Today I started frying them and they smelled funny. I looked at the package and it said sell by 3/1/23. Can't return through away the reciept. Check your meat before you buy it

Always clean. As well stocked as can be expected these days. Chicken and beef are always fresh. They carry a good selection of ethnic foods. They mark down a lot of closeouts 50% to 75%, It can be anything from a dented can of soup, to, a USB cable. Bakery always has day-old breads, rolls and cakes that are perfectly fine for half price or less. It's all I buy. Never too crowded, Lots of parking too.

The guy that works in the meet dept. Short,heavy set with a pony tail. He is the obnoxious retail clerk i ever met! I asked him which hams were on sale for Easter. He just looked at me and pointed. Has this guy had any training? Retail is a tough enough business without having jerks like this,,! Then he's throwing,literally,the hams into the case.I do all my shopping here. Two weeks ago I heard his same guy SHOUTING in the meet dept about his hours. I like Giant,but doubt I'll come back to this location

I no longer live in Wind Gap but used to shop here weekly. It used to be a decent store with an okay selection but lately the prices are far higher than most other grocery stores and the quality, especially of fresh meat, has gone way down the drain
