I love this Rite Aid. The employees were very welcoming, especially Vicky. The pharmacist was friendly and took the time to administer flu shots to my husband and myself without an appointment. Will definitely be shopping there in the future.

The clerks in the store are very helpful and nice but The Customer service rep At the pharmacy who is the older woman with long, white hair is rude, kurt and unhelpful.

I like this Rite Aid because it has everything I need plus also the fact it has a HIGI station. The blood pressure and weight kiosk at Walmart (Lincoln Hwy) and Weis Kendig Square is either on downtime or at Weis, is closed due to COVID. But that doesn't mean people should put their health on the backburner, so, that is where the HIGI station comes in handy and thank goodness this Rite Aid has it.

I tried to check out at the front of the store, no one was available. At the pharmacy I tried to check out and was told "we're closed 1:30-2". I returned my product I wanted to buy to the shelf and went to CVS down the street. I thought this was poor customer service.
