Stopped in quickly to see what supplies they carry. They have a good selection of food, toys, enclosures, etc. for all kinds of pets, not just dogs and cats. Prices seem comparable to other local stores that sell pet supplies, so it might be worth stopping in now and then just to check it out, especially if they have any sales going on for their members (free). The staff are also very friendly and the store is well-maintained and clean. I bought a treat for my little ratties just to support the business even though I was just browsing, and I'm sure I'll be back again in the future :)

Best pet supplies plus I have been to. Everything is organized. Most importantly, the workers are kind and VERY knowledgeable! The employees here should go train the Ephrata store employees on how to be kind and run a good store.

out of all of the pet stores in the lancaster area, this is by far the best one! they have everything we could need and the associates in this store are always super kind and helpful anytime i go in here!

Mark and staff at the Willow Store are terrific. Always helpful and assists me with finding items on shopping list prepared by my spouse. Store has a good selection as well, comparable to another pet store in area, but with a local, small pet store feel. Can get in and out quickly

I use this store mostly for their self service dog wash, so I’m only in every few weeks - and the employees still recognize Balto and some even know him by name! They’re so friendly, and the bath station is always clean. 10/10!

Excellent store excellent products and knowledgeable staff. Was a chewy customer for many years. I buy pro plan wet cat food and science diet dry. This store is much cheaper. I always loved chewy but not happy with their price increase. I am going support local especially in these times.

100% recommended shopping here!!!! We stumbled upon this haven by chance after JUST adopting a pooch from a local farm. She had been kept in the barn always and the first thing we needed to do was wash her. We googled self washing dog stations in the area and Pet Supplies Plus was our first recommendation on Google. We were immediately treated with welcomeness and all the staff we so helpful and attentive, especially Mark! He took the time to basically walk the entire store with us to purchase all the basics for a new fur baby, including to measure her for a new harness and walk us out to our car with heavy items. We will absolutely be back to shop here even though we live 2 hours away! That is HOW MUCH we were impressed! Also Mark if you are reading this, you will be pleased to know that while we were driving out of town trying to figure out where in the world we even were....the shy golden pup got her name -- Willow ❤️ We will see you again soon!

Mark was very helpful. The dog wash first of it's kind for me. I was very impressed. Towel rolled with dog treat place on each dog bath was a hoot. A spa for pets. Overall experience gets my rating of super quality Plus!

I am very appreciative to Mark for what he does and care's for the animals. Mark runs this establishment to the top and he wants to make sure that everything is good for you. He will check on you just to make sure that thing's are ok. The place is clean and kept up top notch. I read some of the reviews and I was just shaking my head that someone thinks that he is watching you and think of a negative way. The only thing I can say is if you feel like this, please go some where else. Thank you Mark for what you do.

Cute local pet shop. I've only gone in once or twice but each time I found what I needed quickly. Staff was super friendly & checked to see if I needed any help. It's nice to have somewhere close by to pickup pet supplies. I'll definitely return

The Willow Street store was well-organized and clean; the clerk was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; the store was very well stocked with a wide variety of great products. I will go back again to this convenient location.

Definately like their offerings. With 5 furry four legged children, we like feeding them only the best foods available, and best treats. The only negative in this store is Mark, cant miss him because he feels the need to literally breathe down ur neck while you shop, and very condescending. And not just us, every person who walks through the door. He makes you feel like hes watching that you dont steal a 40lb bag of dog food. Even though we buy the same 5 bags of food, EVERY month and have been for 7 years there, he worked at the previous pet store before pet supplies bought them. Other than him, they even have some wash bays to wash ur friends, with soap and shampoo and towels and driers. I wanna see someone take a llama in there.
