I like the fact they came to the house. I'd say the girl did an adequate job. I do wish my Husky was brushed/blown out a bit more but I did not specify everything so that is my fault. The girl was extremely friendly and for the first time my dogs seemed comfortable. Granted the prices were double everywhere else, the fact my dogs didn't seem anxious or upset is worth it. Thank you very much for coming out! I will probably make monthly appointments.

This Canine Spa is AMAZING!! I have zero anxiety when I drop my babies off to get their hair done. Meaghen takes care of our babies, who all have some quirks and lots of hair. They are always beautiful and smell so good. They are happy and calm after they've visited, which says so much about how they are treated and the atmosphere there. I highly recommend them!

Called for an appointment for my LoLa to get just her nails trimmed and grind smooth per she didn't need a full groom yet. Setting up an appointment was super easy, brought her in at her set time and was in and out in about 15 minutes or less. My girls nails are nice and smooth now and they even had the option for a lotion for her rough paw pads as well. Definitely recommend for all your grooming needs. Price was also very reasonable.

They did a great job with our Golden Doodle puppy and our four year old Bernese Mountain dog! Our Berner is very skittish and they were able to make her beautiful. Highly recommend.

Owner reached out to me personally when I asked about affordable nail trimming in a Facebook group for my 7 month old kitten.I was worried how her first nail trimming with me would go, but I had nothing to worry about. Her and her assistant were very competent and very kind to Zoey.She trimmed her nails in a really nice RV set up for grooming away from the dogs.Overall pleasant and stress free experience.10/10 will be coming back!

My dog Rocky is much more comfortable at Elite than last groomer. He loves Stephanie and it's evident that she loves her job and cares about my dog. I have recommended Elite to others, including my vet and have been asked who Rocky's groomer is bya stranger because she thought he was so cute. Yay Elite

This company and their service is incredible!! Our cockapoo has major crate anxiety and hated the traditional groomer that we took him to for years. When we heard about Elite Canine Spa, we tried it out and his picture says it all. He was so happy. They pulled in our driveway and had him done in less than hour. Didn't have to drop him off anywhere and worry about picking him up. It was perfect for him. My chocolate lab also loved them and she smells fantastic! Awesome, awesome company and very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend them to all dog owners!

We had an amazing experience with our first groom from Elite Canine Spa!!! Samantha came to our home and was incredible!! I have a chihuahua, so they tend to be picky on who they like. And he immediately leaned into Samantha for pets and snuggles which was an excellent start right away. Samantha took the time to ask me questions and get to know my dog's personality, and she asked me questions about how I would like him groomed. She was extremely kind and professional. I have had my dog groomed many times before and this is by far my most favorite result!!! Also when Samantha brought my dog back out of the van he came out with a happy tail and seemed like he had a great experience! We loved how he smelled, felt so soft, and the little bandana was a great touch!!! We were so happy they had bandanas in his size!! From this first experience I would highly recommend Samantha!!! We already booked our next appointment with her as well!!! Just check out the the before and after photos to she her amazing work!!

We had a wonderful experience with Samantha from Elite Canine Spa! We wanted to have our 5 month old puppy Edgar groomed to get him acclimated to the experience. Everything from start to finish was great. Samantha did a fabulous job and Edgar had a really positive experience ! I highly recommend!!

First time there . All employees were very friendly and Ginny seemed to have to good time . Came home, smelling awesome nails trimmed n filed, n her teeth cleaned. Great experience will diffently be going back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!!

They had my dog for 2 hours all they did was bath her. They knew I had to pick her up for another appointment but failed to groom her. They had told me she would be done. Now this was not a big dog she is only 5 lbs oh they said we need her for another hour. I think not she has a vet appointment I won’t be back!!!! I was not informed about anything a call that there was a delay would have been nice and the only service was a bath and they were going to charge 25.00 untill the other girl said no. I wouldn’t have been so upset if she wouldn’t have said I should have done her since I knew you had a vet appointment. What you offered was to run back down and wait another hour. No a simple phone call would have been nice, you dropped the ball on this one.

My Golden Retriever gets very anxious when taking him to groomer. This experience was awesome. The groomer pulled up directly in front of my house. She got comfortable with my dog before putting him in the trailer. It took about an hour, and my dog came out looking amazing. The deshedding was well worth it. Thanks so much for the experience!

We used their mobile grooming service. We were really pleased with the way they took special care with r older dog & they did an excellent cut & wash. Roxy was such a happy dog when she came back into the house. & it didnt take half as long as when I took her to a groomer at a local pet store. We would highly recommend Chrissey & her husband Derek !

We got our dog groomed with elite canine spa for the first time yesterday. Everything seemed to be fine until 8 hours later a piece of cotton came out of my dogs ear. I looked in his other ear and there was a piece shoved deep in his ear. Luckily this was found 8 hours after the grooming and not days because it could have caused serious issues. I emailed Elite Canine with my concerns and and all they said was they were sorry, why the cotton was in his ear and that they will note his profile to remember to remove the cotton next time.
