The best service ever! I have always gone here for vacuum cleaners because they know what is good and what isn't. I trust their judgment. But they go above and beyond with their service. I recently purchased a small battery charged stick vacuum for my steps. I was having a nice time chatting while in the store, and ended up forgetting the charger to the vacuum. I call them the next day, and they volunteered to drive it to my house! Now that is service!

Fantastic service and even better prices! I went with the intention of buying a high end Miele canister vacuum and after an hour the owner John helped me decide on a less expensive model that better fit my needs. I saved nearly $100 vs buying from Amazon and best of all Ebersole's is local and provides service should I need it. Great buying experience, highly recommended.

I was looking for a good but inexpensive upright vacuum cleaner for around $200.00 and found Ebersole’s via a web search so I thought I’d check him out since he was close. The owner was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain the difference between the different types of models and brands he sells which I really appreciated. He has a large selection of vacuum cleaners and different price ranges that will accommodate anyone’s needs for both price and/or needs. He also repairs vacuum cleaners so if you have one in need of repair check him out. Would definitely recommend this man.

There is a reason why Ebersole's is rated number 1 in the Lancaster area. I watched it with my own eyes, his personal service and honesty with his customers. John and his wife take the time to listen to your needs, demonstrate the equipment, and discuss the options for your business or residential applications. This is not Amazon, this is Ebersole's. Ebersole's prices were equal or lower than Amazon with many of the models in the store. It was a pleasure doing business with Ebersole's Vacuum cleaner sales and service....

Overpriced on parts and vacuums. They try to up-sell you a $60 component or kit when a $3 part will fix the issue. Will never again go there for anything.
