This company, their people, and their products are fantastic. The coop is beautiful and sturdy. I have no doubt that it will last for many years to come. Dawn is awesome and responded to my hundreds of questions quickly. My coop was built and delivered in a timely manner and you can't beat free shipping! The mark of an excellent company can be seen in how they manage an unforeseen problem. During delivery, our coop was inadvertently sprayed with tar from a road construction project in Pennsylvania. The manager responded promptly and rectified the situation in a manner that completely satisfied our expectations. The coop is very well constructed and is beautiful!

I did get a response from the company. It was a simple fix associated with the battery. There were no directions with the battery that mentioned if you did not use right away the battery would lose its charge. I had been told the battery was fully charged. I replaced the fuse. Turns out I needed to pull the battery out and charge with a 12v charger for 24 hrs. Once I knew that and task complete everything was fine. I hope this may help someone else. Who has the issue. I probably should have just assumed no charge and pulled the battery. Not being familiar with the set up I did not want to mess with it until I spoke to someone. The coop and the auto door are fantastic.I ordered a chicken coop with a solar automated door.The coop arrived.The solar would not charge the battery. Tried to manually open the auto door to let the chicks out. No luck. The bar would not move which created another barrier for the chicks to leave. I got the door up and propped open with a piece of 1x4. .I called. Left a message. No return call.I called again next day and someone picked up. They were very surprised about the issues. Asked me to send pics. I did. They said they would connect me with an expert. He was unavailable. They got my phone number and said they would call me back No call.I have left 2 voicemails since. Now they are just ignoring me. I think they call that ghosting.

We purchased the automatic chicken door opener. It worked well for a couple of years and then had some problems. The best feature is that you can set it by time of day (easily changeable as seasons change) or you can set it to be dependent on natural light. When it had a door jam that just wouldn't resolve, I was able to get through to the company (it took a couple of tries) and the company was very helpful in trying to work with me on resolving it. The company person volunteered to be on the phone with me while I tried several different methods. In the end we fixed it and it is back operating again. I can heartily recommend this product and this company.
