Just placed a pick up order. One box was slightly damaged and the furniture piece inside was even more damaged and missing hardware. A second part of the order was a litter box, that 1) was also obviously damaged (3/4 of the clips on the top piece were completely broken and missing) and 2) not the correct top and bottom pieces so even if it ~wasn’t~ broken it was still not correct. Very disappointing

For the Walmart lovers, you’ll love this location!!!!Some of the layout is the same for all Walmart but there were a few aisles were different enough that made me appreciate Walmart again.Grocery dept appeared cleaner, more organized, wider walking paths (this is due to not having so much product displayed), aisles are cleaned and organized well!I needed a fish tank and Walmart came to the rescue. I asked customer service to assist me with the online pricing and they did a terrific job for helping me.Location was very simple since I’m familiar with the area. It’s off the main road of Welsh Rd and left on Blair Mill. I did drive 25mins to get here and I think I’ll be coming here more often rather than going to my local store which is 10min away.Parking lot is ample but during peak hours I’m not so sure.Staff was friendly and very helpful- seriously very helpful. There was no mean look, huffing or puffing when a customer stops a staff from their task to ask for assistance, but most importantly- they helped.Service was actually very productive by keeping the lines moving.Here’s the kicker as in all Walmarts. There are 28 checkout lanes but only three were open. Both self checkout were open and very spacious to accommodate inconsiderate shoppers and rogue shopping carts.Prices are standard.Cleanliness was above par.Overall I am very pleased to have experienced a different type of Walmart and I’ll be spreading about this location.Some pics are only reflecting what I see differently at other Walmart.

Went to this location and love the fact that they had what I wanted and needed! The only problem I had was when 1 of my items didn’t show the shelf price on my receipt so of course I went to customer service and the lady that was over there told me that they were closed and that I had to come back the next day which I couldn’t because I don’t live anywhere near this store! So when I mentioned to her about the price that I saw on the shelf which was lower than what I saw on my receipt she says that they don’t just give the item at that price but it would be out of courtesy which I know because I’m always shopping at a Walmart! So I said to her that I need to speak with someone that can help me and she sends out this young man name Ski and he was very polite and professional!! He definitely gives you the definition of customer service satisfaction! He took the time to help me out and at the same time I was very satisfied with the outcome! Thank you so much Ski! I really appreciate your time and help!

0 stars if I could give it that. Store needs an inspection. It’s dirty, you can literally see dust in the air. Ew and the employees are very unprofessional, ghetto, look unclean and unhelpful. This Walmart is literally a high school. I suggest anyone go to Walmart on Adam’s ave than here or anywhere for that matter. No pros with this location

Store has huge parking space and it has subway restaurant inside place. Lot of variety of all items but discount is not that good so rating 4 star otherwise I like the way it's managed is really commendable.

The bathroom are absolutely a disgrace. There is urine and paper towels everywhere!!! How do the employee use this bathroom?!?! If they are going to have a bathroom open to the public they need to clean it !!!!!!! They should have more then enough staff due to we have to do there job and cash our selves out! Walmart you have to do better !!!!!!

I went to Walmart for the first time in a year, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The store was mostly clean, and the employees were kind and helpful. We shopped in the market section and found everything we were looking for. The shelves were organized, and the signs were easy to read. Many items did not have pricing on the shelves, and assistance on the sales floor was very limited. I will return to this Walmart location again.

Walmart used to be an excellent store to purchase everything I needed for my home. Now, alot of items aren't available on the shelves. There are many different items that aren't in the same place they used to be. I really wish that they would think of their consumers and try to have the say necessary items each week for me to purchase. Alot of times I buy an item that I love, within the next week, it's not even available. They either discontinued it or it's out of stock which is very annoying to me. I have to either go to another location or wait a couple of weeks and come back to see if is restocked

i have gone to this walmart for almost 20 years. I remember when it used to be a Sam’s Club location… This is one of the only walmarts where i don’t get irritated as hell with stock being out.. ever since more of the self checkout registers opened lines are not nearly as unforgiven and grocery prices are awesome here. If you’re looking for me, you can probably find me in the candle section.

Never had an issue with this store until the last month and have been shopping here for many years. Two weeks ago the pickup order I placed (first time ever doing it) and waited for 30 mins 9pm at night and they come out to say they couldn't find it. Fast forward to today and the Same Day Photo order I place on Friday (Holiday Cards) that I paid extra for (for the same day) we never printed because the machine is broke and don't know when it'll be fixed.

I always go to this Walmart - it is better than others. Usually I find what I need (it depends on their delivery dates). Sometimes the sales are good and I try to take advantage of them.As prices go - everything is going up everywhere.

The Walmart I visited seemed to be struggling with low stock levels and operational challenges. Pallets cluttered the aisles, and shelves were noticeably empty. However, this situation presents a significant opportunity for operational improvement and better inventory management.

This location has been poorly managed for the past few years. Today is the final visit. The rear men's bathroom are running over with urine as depicted in the photo. I informed the employee outside the restroom and she simply shrugged her shoulders. Inside the front doors there were no shopping carts. That's because all of them were outside in the parking lot. See the photos. This place has gone down hill. Covid19 is no excuse. About five years ago this Walmart was great. Within the past four years it has declined. Now it's the quality of a Philadelphia Walmart. It has lost the quality of suburban USA. I even tried to call the store to alert the manager of the issue to give them a chance to correct the problems. Not one person answered the phone at 7:13 pm.

I am officially boycotting Walmart stores. I assumed that my previous horrible experiences were chalked up to living in a low income area. I now know that is not the case. Walmart is just an inferior brand with inferior customer service. Literally everytime I try to do a pick up order with them, they cancel my order for some reason or another. Wasting my time on every occasion they have the opportunity. The instore experience is a thunder domeesque nightmare and I refuse to continue being a fool trying to save a few pennies.

i really like Walmart. i purchase many items including pickup, delivery, and in store. my concern and issue is with the pharmacy. ive had 2 separate incidents that caused me unnecessary grief. i do not recommend using the Walmart pharmacy

Needed to use a motorized cart. Although they have several in the store, there was only one that was functioning. Four other carts were broken or left uncharged and, therefore, unusable. Was nearly impossible to find someone to help us. And the checkout lines were so ridiculously long. I ended up just getting a Gatorade because my sister could not come in and shop without a motorized cart. I waited 20 minutes to check out with just a Gatorade in the self checkout area. It would have been longer if I'd gotten in a line with the cashier.

Ordered a laptop online at the willow grove Walmart cause it's right next to my house, I went to go pick it up and got stuck sitting there for 1 hour! Waited at customer service to find out what the problem was and they could not help me! Finally I walked into where they were bringing peoples online orders out and the guy tells me I'm at the wrong walmart!! I know for a fact I chose willow grove when I ordered, so I had to drive all the way up warminster Walmart to get my stuff! You think when I was checking in to the wrong Walmart 10 times that someone would have called me! Also the number to call to check in at the willow grove Walmart goes to a voicemail that is full!!

Constantly seeing self checkout lit up green and then they just put the rope or closed signs up. Why can’t they just turn the lights off? This is an everyday issue with multiple registers

I came to the store to buy a hair dryer, the cabinet was closed, I pressed the button, waited 5 minutes, and no one came. I went to the manager, asked to open the closet, the manager told the seller that it was necessary to open the closet, and then informed me that they were waiting for me at the closet. I returned and again there was no one. I ran back and forth for 30 minutes, you are really making fun of your customers. I contacted the director, but she didn’t even want to listen. As a result, I was late for work. You either close your store and don’t work, or warn in advance that you need to wait 30 minutes for a purchase. I don’t recommend this store to anyone, the employees are indifferent and incompetent.

This Walmart is ok. I love the self-checkout we spend most of our time after shopping at the self-checkout. Don't have to worry about coming in contact with a rude cashier who doesn't want to be there smh. I don't think a lot of their workers are helpful a lot of them are young, stand around doing nothing, and can get no real help from them. I stay away from the younger people I rather go seek out an older person to help me cuz young people are just rude and there for nothing in my opinion.

Super disappointed in Walmart and their customer service! When it comes to taking the money for a purchase they quick but she. You return something they don’t give two craps! Smh

This was one of those let me stop and grab some stuff. We dropped in here to pick up some desserts for a family gathering on a Tuesday night.The first thing I noticed is that they had an abundance of handicapped buggies. A+ for that. The second thing I noticed is that the store was empty. There was no hogging up the tomatoes or the apples. There was no saying excuse me or pardon me. It was nice to be able to have virtually the whole store and every aisle almost to yourself. I know that may not be good for the store, but it was good for me that night.Whenever I go to a Walmart in a different city I always go to their home goods, home decor that type of thing. This store did not fail. If I had been in a car traveling I would have grabbed a ton of stuff, but I flew this time.I did however grab some some necessities, wax melts, just little things that I can throw in my suitcase. Everything was pleasant in this store. I have no complaints.

Was at least clean and organized the shelves were packed and not so many items missing plus my order had everything I ordered for pick up and on time. Ran inside to grab a few items I forgot to add for pick up and all were there for purchases

Be careful they got rid of plastic bags and now the paper bags are so fragile that you can't put even half of what we use to put in plastic bags that's the new mentality you will have to spend extra 10c if you do a normal shopping for a household of four u will at least need 20 bag .they don't think about the environment paper bags are more harmful to it than plastic bags think about it .

If you are a customer buying groceries at Willow grove Walmart I want you to see how it gets sent to you before the delivery some items might be rotten or expired also little bugs inside salad bags in the photos being thrown inside a dirty basket with groceries that has dirt and as you see a cigarette next to your groceries nobody cleans the basket or uses gloves before touching your groceries thanks to coach KEVIN AND TEAM LEAD CARLA for not caring about how the groceries are being kept they only care about how fast you are moving but don’t care about the groceries being in dirty as baskets full of groceries very very disgusting as being an employee who did this job and seeing how groceries where being sent to the customer without them knowing how there food is surrounded by dirtyness Beware of this Walmart

This Walmart location never fails to fail. I only go every couple of months, usually out of desperation orconvenience. They never ever have what you need, the employees are completely untrained and slovenly, it is just a depressing atmosphere. And nothing is likely to improve until Walmart starts treating employees better. right now, the employees do not care and it shows in everything they do, and don't do.

This is the first time this happened to us but they have the worst costumer service. I dont know if it was the people in today or what. I went to pick up my daughters medicine for a car pick up and they just threw it on the side of the store...!!! Outside. My husband went inside the store and asked about it no one could if helped nor tried to give him any solution. The only thing they told him was to go outside and sit.
