So disappointed in the grooming salon. Took my dog in and gave very specific instructions on how to cut his face. Even brought a printed picture of how we wanted him to look from a previous groom. He came home looking like another dog. :-( Never going back. Pic with long hair is what we wanted. Pic with short hair is what we got.

Today I brought my cat in here for the first and last time .It was for bath and brush .We discussed with the groomer that he might be scared of the water , if so she said they will do waterless bath .They tried to force him in the water, and in that process his nail was pulled and broken completely.I just got an average phone call to come get him and go see the vet .Manager walked in , no apology was received, like this was an average situation.They only offered to pay for the vet visit .

The hotel staff are such a joy to work with! This was our second time boarding our dog, Chip, and they treat my pup with so much love and care and make us feel so at ease to leave him in their care. He was all smiles when I picked him up this morning!☺️

Groomer didn’t take the time to look at a picture for grooming appointment. I asked that the ears not be cut. Not only were the ears cut but she cut the pompom on his head also. Then told me my dog was a golden doodle not a havapoo as our vet papers show and that future fee would be increased from $60 to $92 my dog weighs 14 lbs. below pics are what I wanted vs what I got. Does my dog look like a golden doodle??

I’m extremely disappointed with my groomer Nia at the petsmart willow grove! This is the final straw with this place. She didn’t listen to anything I asked her to do and she didn’t even cut my dog’s hair evenly. It doesn’t look like he was groomed at all! I can see lines in his fur where she must have switched the blades in the clippers, his face is filthy and uneven, and she sprayed so much cologne on him that I had to drive home with the windows down! All of this and I purchased a luxury treatment package! Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this petsmart has let me down, but it will be the last. For the amount of money I just spent, I might as well go to a boutique with groomers who actually know what they’re doing. Never again petsmart!

Beautiful variety of dog and cat necklaces and clothing. Always encounter friendly knowledgeable store associates. There petsmart in Jenkintown is my favorite. I feel like I'm cheating on them when I hi to a different Petsmart. 😊

We just picked up our dog from grooming. Amanda did a terrific job. Our dog seemed calm and at ease afterward despite being anxious about going. He was very clean and smelled great and his nails were neatly trimmed. Will definitely be back again!

I purposely llook at a stores online website to see if that store has the product that I want so that I don’t have to be going from store to store. Why does the store website show that it has a particular product but when I get there the store doesn’t have it. It even says it can be ready for pickup. I think PetSmarts system needs to be updated.

I scheduled a grooming days ago only for them to call me 30 mins prior to tell me the irresponsible teenager Sammi P that grooms called out from work and can no longer accommodate me. As if I I didn’t have anything else I could have been doing today. No attempt to reschedule me for later today or anything. What a waste of a perfect Sunday

I usually take my dog to PetSmart hotel but after this experience I will never do it again.I made the hotel stay online through the PetSmart app. A couple of days later I received a phone call from my vet say that someone from PetSmart called to verify his boarding shots.My vet made the people calling aware that my dog was up to date on all of the required shots. PetSmart continued to tell them that my dog needed the influenza shot (this is something my vet doesn’t typically offer unless it’s requested by the pet owner. ) once my vet made me aware of this I called PetSmart to verify and to see it this influenza shot was mandatory. Once I made contact with the pet hotel they said it was just recommended not required and that they received all the information from the vet.3 hours before I was about to drop my dog off for his stay I called to checkTo see if there was anything else I needed to bring for his check in and the staff member tells me that they don’t have any of his shot records on file. I was shocked because I had just spoke with them the day before and they said everything was good and up to date. When I continue to press the issue the staff member tells me that the staff at PetSmart do not make the follow up calls but an outside online service does it for them. This has led to poor communication and a major inconvenience for me and my family.PetSmart had no remorse for their miscommunication on their part nor did they offer and real solutions. They offered to callThe vet but the vet office was closed on sundays. Since they couldn’t makeContact they were just like will your pet can’t stay with us.There is no accountability at all! I had been in contact with this office for a week and they kept ensuring they had everything they needed.I will never use them again for boarding.

Love PETSMART! Just rescued a 2 month Lab/Retriever mix pup. Associates were knoedgeable, store was clean, & prices were reasonable! I was helped right away, also love that PETSMART is a one stop shop for my Fur babies!!! Highly recommend this store!! Love that they have fresh hethy treats at checkout for my fur baby (FLOYD)!!! HE LOVED IT!!!!

I bring my senior Lab Mix in five days a week for Doggie Day Camp and occasional overnight stays, all of which are reasonably priced. The Staff are very helpful and give him lots of attention and they like all kinds of animals providing good customer service. The store is clean and well stocked. Store also has a Grooming Salon and Veterinary Hospital.

The variety of pet food is insatiable. A little pricey, however will do price comparison offering lower prices. So clean. Never spotting or smelling accidents of our lovable 4 leg babies.

This is a clean and well stocked store. I volunteer with cat adoptions here every other Saturday for Forgotten Cats. The store manager knows and cares about the organization and the volunteers. Lots of kittens available right now if you are looking! If you fill out the adoption form online and get approved (this takes 3-5 days) then you can play with the kitty in a small room to see if it's a match.

We just recently adopted a red-eared slider turtle from PetSmart.. She was FREE:) and we also have a bearded dragon so we have to buy a variety of things for the both of them and we purchase all of our pets supplies at PetSmart because I have a great selection and good prices!

I made a small purchase and realized $2 had been added to my receipt to support a "charity" without my knowledge. I didn't go back immediately because there were few check out people and many people in line. However, when I called I was told I would have to come back with my receipt rather than use my account that they asked me for to credit the $2. It would be been relatively easy to go into my account and see that I had made a $2 donation and to credit it. But I was told it's relatively easy to mistakenly hit yes when they ask if you want to donate to their charity but if it's that easy, that's just taking advantage of their customers who probably don't bother checking their receipts. I shop here to support a local store but it's cheaper and more convenient to shop online at chewy so they've made my decision easy for me.
