I can’t say enough about Brittany, the employee/manager who helped me at the Staples print shop today.Although the store was very crowded, the credit card system was not working, and she had piles of orders on her desk, she very pleasantly helped me with my Amazon returns, provided me with coupons for a Staples purchase which convinced me to print my documents at Staples.She helped me select paper and loaded it into multiple printers To make sure we got the printing correct.I watched her as she went from her workstation to helping people with Amazon returns and returning to me at my printer to make sure my print job was complete.Such Professionalism, and with such a nice demeanor should be rewarded! Thank you Brittany for such a nice printing experience on top of returns! I appreciate you. L

While trying to buy a $200 item today, i was told by a representative that i was "taking up space" while trying figure out a balance. A fellow customer even noticed the behavior. I even had to talk to the manager Amber. She was nice but I don't know if she will talk to the representative about appropriate customer service. No wonder people are buying online. If I didn't need assembly I would only buy online. But, I will buy elsewhere.

THE BEST store. Worker Jeffrey helped me find what I needed and was very informative and knowledgeable of what products they had and how they worked. Even helped me carry things out. Made the whole process a breeze. That kid deserves a RAISE.

At this time Brittany and Luke work here, both super amazing and helpful. Luke with helping design my business cards and Brittany with the timely execution of getting them finished and printed out. Both worked together while on different shifts, felt like we had a worked together before and the energy just flowed. Repeat customer!

Not a bad place to get office supplies. I love the copier center... I don't have a printer at home so I use the computer there and print items for a small fee. Cheaper than buying ink.. Lol. People are nice and helpful when needed. And have pretty much anything associated with office supplies. Prices are a little higher than I would like but it lasts longer than the cheaper items, so it might be worth it.

It's like the WalMart of office supplies. Unpleasant staff and the restrooms probably don't get cleaned more than once every 2 weeks.VERY difficult to navigate as per the electronic displays.Again, if you have kids running a place, courtesy and attention to detail falls to the wayside. The whole place needs to be restructured with older, more knowledgeable staff, and CLEANED, thoroughly.

DISGUSTING!! I am a teacher, so I am in your store more often than most people. For each of the the last three weekends I have been there and as luck would have it have needed to use the restroom. DISGUSTING!! The first weekend I walked out and walked up the strip to K-Mart. There was feces on the toilet seat and rim, there was feces on the wall above the toilet paper dispenser. There was no toilet paper and there were none of those paper seat covers. There was paper strewn all over the floor. I told some guy named Tom about it on the way out of the store. DISGUSTING!! The next week I was not so fortunate. I had to go right then. Once again, there was no toilet paper or seat covers. There was fecal matter on the seat. I went into the employees break room and there was nothing in there. Fortunately, the janitorial closet was unlocked. I snatched two rolls of toilet paper and a spray bottle of disinfectant, cleaned the seat, and got out as fast as I could. DISGUSTING!! Yesterday (11/19/2016) I was in thee store again, but I was smart, I used the restroom at Lowe's first. Since I was in the store I decided to check on it. Yep, DISGUSTING!! There was feces on the seat and rim again. There was trash strewn about and there were the thin remnants of a roll of toilet paper sitting on the handrail, nothing in the dispenser at all. I decided that ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I took pictures, several of them. The urinal was even worse. I have absolutely on idea how long it's been since that was cleaned but the pictures show it has been a LONG TIME! The floor was filthy with some black trails from the door to the facilities and back. Obviously hasn't mopped well in a LONG TIME! And then the funniest picture of the day, the sign on the back of the door that states "Here at Staples, we pride ourselves ion cleanliness." WHAT A JOKE!!

Self copier were out of order and was told they were behind on orders. Photo copies wouldn't be done until late tomorrow. Gonna buy ink from our local discount store and do my own from my printer. I figured it wouldn't be too hard to get photo copies done and quicker going to Staples. Lost my business today.

I broke my charging cable to my laptop. So I ran down to Staples and they helped me get a new one. He even made me an offer for a cheaper universal but I turned it down. Always get great service there, never have a problem.

I am a manager at a restaurant and we ALWAYS get our prints & copies from Staples. However, lately it’s more of a headache than anything. Two days ago I asked to print four documents- 4x6 double sided on plain paper for our table tents at the restaurant. This is my third trip to Staples. The first set was 5x7, the second print had the copies facing the same way, in turn making our table tents upside down. Finally, now that I am 20 minutes late getting back to work on a First Friday with no table tents for on our patio, I am not happy. I had talked to a man earlier today that assured me the issue would be resolved when I returned and it was not.

Company nice but has not understanding there not a fortune 500 hundred company, as there debt surpass's there income of revenue.Company do's not protect the product of what you purchase of investment on internet for single product do's not get reflected on " Stock market".Not a place to apply as there considered in European list of companys SSI miss user.Nice store and has alot of nice stuff, it's hung up on just more then loyal plaza.Needs new adminstration never been hired. In 30 years.Affiliation problems.Contradicts it's ad's in employment.Do's not follow law.Needs to stay away from private circles.

Just a thought: If you are going to talk rudely about your customers, you should probably not do it in the front of the store. Also, you might want to make sure that the customer has left the building first.

Walked in there today to buy a computer already had it picked out. In the middle of the sale the sales men clocked out and went home. Took over 2 hrs to check out. You think they would of offered something for the agervation. Never will shop there again.
