If I could give zero stars I would. They sell you vehicles that they say are inspected but just slapped a sticker on without looking at the car. They don’t even do oil changes on the cars they get but say they did. If there are any check engine lights, they clear before you start driving and then refuse to do anything after you sign the papers. Complete lier and scammer, would not recommend this place!

I have been used Shirns many times, (as they are a Penske truck agent). Every time, I have been greeted promptly and made to feel comfortable like family! The facilities are clean and attractive. (I love the display of old cars too)! All the staff and owners are great!! Thank you!

Horrible! Lies! Dishonest!I honestly don’t even want to give this any starsI pointed out issues during test drive, their response ....... oh yeah,,,,,,,..Which ever, get it home,Should have never passed inspection! They are inspecting vehicles and letting families put young children in them and it’s not safe at all!I won’t get into fine details, just know they try to hide information and they turn off the check engine lights before you enter the vehicle as well. The salesman knows how to really sell telling all lies and making them believableWorst place ever

Bought a 2002 Chevy Malibu from Shirn's Auto sales 1804 Lycoming Creek road on November 30, 2018. Had it for 10 days and the head gasket blew on the way to Virginia for a job. I only knew that it was overheating. Hoping it was just a thermostat I took it to a garage in Virginia named Del's Automotive. They did a diagnostic on it and came back with oil in the antifreeze and coolant in the oil. All the symptoms of a blown head gasket. So I call Shirn's and talk to the salesman who sold it to me. He says he has to call the owner and he will call me back. He didn't call back within a couple hours so I called him back. This was on the tenth of December. He then tell me that since I bought it as-is there was nothing they could do. Well I flipped out on the guy. So he tells me to call the owner at 3:30 that afternoon and talk to him. At this point I am freaking out. I am hundreds of miles from home, have a car that I just bought and haven't even gotten the title yet. So I start looking at what options I had. Couldn't just leave the car there. Had to do something with it. And being as I just bought the car, I was broke. So I called the owner at the appointed time and he had a customer in his office. So I called again a half hour later and he still had a customer in his office, I left my phone number for him to call back. He calls back and tells me that he can't do anything so long as the car was in Virginia. That if I could get the car back to Williamsport, he would "take care of it."On his word I scrambled to find the money to get the car back to Williamsport. Having it shipped was insanely expensive so I rented a uhaul with a car dolly. $290 for the rentals and $56 in gas to get it back. I drop it off and put the keys in the mail slot. I send an email to the salesman letting him know I dropped it off. As it was five in the morning when I got there and dropped it off. I then went to bed and got back up around noon and called and let them know on the phone that it was there. I was told by the owner that he would like me to drop the invoice from Del's Automotive so he could see what it said. I didn't have a ride so I scanned it at home and emailed it to the salesman. Turned out he was on Vacation. So I went down and dropped it off after they had closed for the day. It was December 15th when I dropped a copy of the invoice off. I called them on Monday the 17th and The salesman said he was sending me an email about it.I received the email and it was a retyped copy of the invoice I had dropped off. Except they put their number at the bottom and a note that said let us know your game plan. I then called him back and he said he was just sending me a copy of the invoice. And the owner wanted me to come in sign a paper giving them permission to work on it.I told them I would be in on Tuesday the 18th of December after 11. I then sent an email to the salesman asking why they sent me an altered copy of the invoice I dropped off. And informed them that the invoice I dropped off was not the original. I have the original. I got no response. So I postponed the appointment to see the owner till I could receive legal advice. I then contacted North Penn legal services and filled out an application. They called back and said they weren't taking cases of this kind but the attorney general department of consumer protection would. I called them and they told me to fill out the forms and they would mediate. I deliberately left out the salesman's name and kept opinion and conjecture out of this. This is my experience with this dealership.Ok, just an update. After all the broken promises and dirty dealing, they did finally fix the car. They acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me what amounts to a 30 day, 1000 mile warranty. So I had to pay for half the labor and half the cost of parts. So it cost me an extra $1000+ for the repairs from a car I had just bought from them.In my opinion. Do not buy from this place. They don't stand behind their vehicles.

I needed a 1989 Buick Park Avenue windshield-wiper reservoir. My local Buick dealership steered me to Shirn's. I called and they had it and shipped it to me. I received it within days. Leslie in the parts department was especially helpful. It's on my car now and seems to be holding up!Thanks,Eileen

Unfriendly and unhelpful. Had to look for someone to help. They called someone else...she finally came the desk, saying "nope, nope, can't even look it up." while walking into the room. No offer of help or suggestions, just a sneer about people coming in looking for medium duty parts. Go anywhere else but here.

The experience was good. However, they need ro update Google Maps as the GPS sends you to their former store. Not a good experience for someone new to the area.
