This location has gone downhill in the past few months. Staff are not friendly; I've witnessed the pharmacist arguing with a customer that was in her 90's about how long she had to wait for her scripts - pharmacist said 10 minutes, customer said 1/2 an hour...I've witnessed the "tech" while counting out pills, drop some on the floor, pick them up off the floor and put them back in the tray. I've heard "we're 4 days behind " for the last month. The drive thru is never open. Extremely irritating. This store used to be efficient - what happened?

Rudest pharmacist(Rachel) I have ever encountered. She literally just hung up on me after I told her I just got home from the hospital and wanted to make sure my prescriptions would be ready today. They had another one in there briefly and she was so sweet and peppy. I don't know what happened but this chick is so rude and always has been. Like it pains her to do her job.

We called in a refill at this location around 12:30 pm and they said the prescription was going to be ready at 4pm. Should have been plenty of time to refill one prescription. Showed up at 4pm and it was not ready. The lady told us to come back in 20 minutes because it wasn’t ready. An HOUR later it was finally ready. This pharmacy needs some time management skills. At least apologize to us after you check us out.

I walked up to the store to pick up an order as someone was walking out and an employee who I think was a manager (older bald guy) slammed the door in my face and told me they were closed, even though I was there 2 hours before their posted closing hours. I told him I was here for a door dash order pick up and he rudly said 'well were closed' and slammed the door in my face again. This person was extremely disrespectful and rude.

Our RiteAid has had the drive-thru closed except for Covid testing - annoying - people were 12 deep waiting for prescriptions and I waited 45 minutes in line. Totally unacceptable. People are not friendly in that store for some reason. Not customer-service related. Disappointed. I'm ready to change to another drugstore for my prescriptions.Trip #2 was the same situation - no drive-thru available, waiting 4 deep to pick up a prescription. Totally frustrating. Staff is either overworked, under-staffed or something - not friendly - just doing their job and customers don't feel appreciated.

The best place to find caring help. In a day when self-checkouts are everywhere and other stores couldn't care less for the customers, this store in the Loyal Plaza stands out as unique!

This Rite Aid is terrible. They shut down the drive thru. The bathrooms are continuously out of order. They shut down early due to staffing issues. The Pharmacist is nasty. They said 15 minutes for my meds. I said I will come back in an hour. Give them some time. Came back in 1 and a half hours meds not ready. I guess I will go to CVS.

Absolutely horrible experience today. Called yesterday to order my prescription. Went to drive up to pick it up today. Thought it would be easy. Rudest client interaction I have ever experienced in my life. If you don't want to work with people get out of the business. They never asked me what I ordered and sent me out 3. The person at drive up needs to be fired. Very. Very rude.

I travel and interact with thousands of people during my travel so called the Pharmacy to ask a simple question "How Often AM I eligible for a covid vaccine ? " A Pharmacist or somebody in the pharmacy went on telling me to check with my doctor but she kept telling me that Vaccine is proven not to work after few weeks. She kept telling me that is not effective as much as they tell you. I have gotten covid few years ago and then I started to keep myself updated with my shots and have not gotten covid again so I am a big believer in Vaccine and whatever CDC recommends. It sounds like somebody in this pharmacy is getting info from the wrong source. I switched to the Pharmacy at Walmart.

They all always fill my meds late saying it’s to early and even my doctor is fed up with itAnd upon that their drive thru had been closed for testing for almost a year I never see anyone go through there…. For covid… are you kidding me?And lastly I stand in the store calling the pharmacy and literally watch the staff look at the phone and ignore it for 20 minutes their horrible end of story just a shame

Needs work in the pharmacy area I finally switched as of today . Every time I go in long lines . Drive thru is always closed has been for months . Every time I go to pick up a prescription it’s never ready always 15 or 20 minute wait every single time . Management needs to look into the situation.

They never have prescriptions ready when they say. I received a phone call that they were ready for pick up, waited an hour before I left and when I got there they said they wouldn't be ready for at least another hour, even though they called to say they were. I switched to Rite-Aid because it was closer, but several experiences with this I'm thinking it definitely wasn't worth it.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. If I could give it zero stars I would. I will be setting up my prescriptions elsewhere. There is always an excuse why your prescription is not ready when you arrive. It takes forever to receive a filled prescription. Prescriptions are called in in the early a.m. by your physician and attempted to be picked up late afternoon after 4 PM and your prescription is still not ready. When asked how long it would take after arriving after 4 PM I was told it could take an additional two hours before it was filled. This is a terrible way to do business. Terrible customer service as well.

When an.order is placed with Rite Aid, you don't interact with a REAL PERSON.Everything is done electronically.I do not drive so Delivery is a MUSTMy Sister who is my Health Advocate placed 2 orders at same time on Tuesday afternoon critical medicine needed for Implanted Eye Lens on 4/28/21, I had to ask a Neighbor to pick up Prescriptions.Needless to say taking my business elsewhere!. Most of the employees at this store are great people. I enjoy talking to them. They are always friendly and pleasant. I only ever had one negative experience at this store out of at least 10 years of going there and that issue was resolved right away. I love Rachel and Kelly in the pharmacy.

Absolutely love the people at the pharmacy. However, one employee there an older lady with short hair humiliated me one day. I had my 9 yr old niece along and we grabbed some stuffed animals to play with while waiting on my prescriptions, also she was aowed to choose two of them for me to purchase. We sat in the waiting area and my 9 yr old niece had the stuffed animals under a coat pretending it to be a blanket. Well I was using the restroom I overheard the lady saying to the store manager that I needed to be followed because I took a few stuffed animals and she didn't see them. Well I wasn't the only one who heard this. Needless to say I was beyond humiliated that she was already following me around the store, but a few other people were basically looking at me like a thief! Well when I left the store that day I threw the stuffed animals back and proceeded to tell her and the manager how I felt. But like I said pharmacy staff is excellent and fast!

Scrip submitted for refill on a Wednesday. No text for days to say it’s ready…. I stopped in on Sunday to check on it. Still not ready. They say they only fill the prescription after the person comes in to pick it up.

This has happened more times than I care to say. Tonight will be the last time I get a prescription filled at this place. I had one called in at 3pm. Got there at 7pm. Still was not ready. Tell me another 45 minutes. They close at 9. Hopefully get it before they close. Meds for the flu. Drive in window is closed more than its open. Asked for number to complain, pharmacist said front desk. Not customer friendly.

Really! the RX part of this store is ridiculous!Always under staffed. The waiting outside is the slowest anywhere. NOW, they have the drive thru CLOSED, but yet it does not have a sign, no orange cones UNTIL you get up to the window, with a small sign that says closed.We seen several cars drive up, stop, then drive around to the store part. Hire for God sakes.ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES are WONDERFUL however.

This is in reference to the store @ Loyal Plaza, 1913 E 3rd St, Williamsport, PA 17701On 1/16/17 I purchased the Rite Aid Brand nicotine gum. I had a trip to Texas on the 18th and discovered the gum was out of date on the 18th (expire date 04/16). Once I book my receipts into quicken I generally toss the smaller receipts out as was done with this one.02/05/17 the soonest it was convenient to get back to the store - along with picking up some pharmacy items. Went into the store and was told by the manager that he would not help me without a receipt. Asked him why that doesn't link with my rewards card and was just told that it didn't. Managers name was Eric. Told him I'm not looking for a refund but an exchange on the product, was told it didn't matter he would not help me. Told him then I needed to talk with his manager. Was given the # for Mike, however was then told by Eric it didn't matter as he would tell me the same thing.This is not customer service

I love the people in this store!! The pharmacist even directed me to a health insurance professional who was in the store and helped me enroll in a new health plan. They even helped me enroll my business in a new plan that is better coverage for my employees and cost less than what I had before
