Shop there for all of our pet supplies. If they're out of something. I do shop at other places for my pet supplies but PetSmart's been our number one choice for our pets.

Hi My name is sugar and this is my favorite place to get my nails trimmed, the staff is so nice and polite to me. They have my delicious food, treats, and great new costumes in. By the way my collar glows in the dark and its not itchy, i love that they had them in my small size. Thank You Pet Smart

Fancy Mice Purchase, I was DELIGHTED with my shopping experience for a fancy mouse pet.I visited Petsmart in Williamsport several times to visit the fancy mice and determine their suitability as a new pet for our family.Each time I went I had surprising wonderful customer care, and shopping experience.1st) the employees greeted me kindly as I came in the store- every time, and fared me well as I left.2nd) When I made my way to the small pet section, an associate was always busy, but near by and quick to kindly offer their attention and help.3rd) I asked if I could see the fancy mice more closely and lay my hand in the cage to study their response to people. Every time, the associate ...(I worked with 3 different associates on 3 different occasions and each time had the same amazing experiences with customer service.)was pleased to unlock the tank and lower it to the desk, and open it for me to study the potential new family members.To my delight, on each occasion, the associate offered relevant information about the mice they had for sale, their temperament, care, color, coat, and body type.These associates, each clearly had a personal affection for the small animals, and pointed out their subtle differences, that I had missed. They mentioned how the mice had responded to handling during their cage cleaning, and how often and well the cage was maintained.The associates gave very engaging and helpful answers to my many questions, that helped me in determining a pet choice. I am SO thankful for their care and attention to a matter that is a big deal to a family, and a 1-2 year commitment.The associates obviously loved the small animals- AND their customers. It was an amazing experience.I learned that their mice are usually sold with in one or two weeks but that they get new babies in typically on Mondays as needed, and so I was invited to call on Monday evenings to see if they had more in.I'm pleased to say that I had chosen 3 to bring home, but by the time I had made my selection, two had been sold.Thankfully, my favorite one, a black-eyed, golden "Silky"...(which I learned from the associate, is a shiny coated fancy mouse- watch for them- they're stunning!)Was still there. This one, among all of them won my heart not only for her beauty- which is stunning, but most especially for her temperament, as she was one of only a couple who cared to look up at my face from all angels of her cage when I put my hand in to meet them.This showed me an interest and recognition of people, that would lend itself to a friendship with these social and trainable pets.When I finally came to the store to take her home, the associate, said that off all the mice in this little I had chosen her personal favorite, that she enjoyed handling during her work there.Her, and the other associates love and care for these small animals was a glowing reflection of a really well managed customer service team and store. I'm super impressed!Also, the cage, - I expected it to stink - alot, when It was brought out for me to inspect the mice- I commented to the associate on one of my visits that the cage didn't smell bad at all, and they informed me that the bedding is changed weekly, and this was the last day of the week-I was super impressed, as that was as bad as it would get- and it was hardly noticeable.I was also impressed that the mice were in no way over crowed, there was a beautiful variety of colors and textures among this small litter of sisters, and they enjoyed having a wheel in their cage which was very entertaining to watch as they spun one another upside down for rides.After purchasing our little "Charity, I wanted to buy two sisters for her, but they only had one left- I was not interested in that one, because I do not prefer red eyes- So I visited the Muncy Pet Co. What a very very sad comparison this was in every way.I did not make a purchase from there.I'll be calling Petsmart today to see about adopting baby sisters for Charity.

Staff seem friendly and store looks clean. Most of their bettas are severely sick and/or almost dead. Food pellets just floating in the cup.

I bought two Danios from them and had the lady put them in one of their betta fish containers instead of the bag. (I had one at home so I put some Stress Coat in it beforehand so I could make sure their ride home and eventual transfer into my tank was painless.) I had to stop at my parents house for something so they spent an hour there in their container (it had a hole at the top for food so oxygen could get in) when we went to leave they were dead. I’ve left fish in these containers before overnight to adjust and they did fine, never had this happen before. I went to PetSmart to return them and get my refund. I asked the lady in the back to dispose of the fish so I could keep the container for future use. I asked where they get their fish cuz these aren’t the first set of fish I’ve gotten from PetSmart that died a few days (now hours) after buying. The lady told me it was my fault they died because they didn’t have oxygen and couldn’t breathe. (Let me restate, I’ve had fish in there overnight, no problems). I think she was just trying to pin it on me. I’m no fish expert, but I think if there’s a hole in the lid where oxygen can get through and I’ve had fish in the same container overnight, I don’t think it’s me! Never going to PetSmart for fish again!

I bought the box of crickets 25-30 md/lg size which only had 8 live one in it when I got them home so I called and spoke to Ryan . He was understanding and all I had to do was take the box back in and he replaced them with some of their live individual crickets

Store is great, always clean, always seemed to feel inviting, but tonight, the attendant in the fish area was extremely 'cold'.. she made us feel as though we were disturbing her. Her knowledge was great, but her personality was lousy. I was more than anxious to get out of there.

One of my favourite pet stores to stop at. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They greet you every time you enter and are ready to help if you need assistance. I've never had a poor experience here.It's also a great place to go for supplies because their prices are lower than most other pet supply stores in the area, without cutting corners and still providing quality products. This store is clean as a pet store can be, and pets are welcome to come shopping too!They do have a grooming center and while I've not needed that service, they are always busy and the doggos coming out always look runway ready 😉 😎 👌
