I couldn't be more pleased with my experience from start to finish. The App worked really well, email support was there when needed, planning with the warehouse was extremely pleasant. I did a lot of research before committing to Ozone and am so happy I did. Fair prices, free shipping, very timely payment…the best part of the story is I sent in some premium items that were undervalued and they are going to bump up the offer to a more reasonable price without me even asking. Unsolicited upgrades like this are when you realize you are dealing with a Company that has great employees, a fantastic culture and Leaders who are committed to fairness and honesty. These people are top notch. They will receive the toys you are selling, process and pay you the offer they sent you in the email. They do not deduct huge amounts off of your total for the tiniest little scuff on the corner of a box holding a prestine toy like all of the other toys buyer out there will do. If you want the most for your toys, Ozone is the place.

First time I was skeptical not going to lie but without a doubt ozone toys is a legit choice for traders who gain a lot of inventory and can’t get rid of the things you thought would sell. Every time I’ve had a question it was easier to get ahold of them through email then some other companies 1800 numbers and for a small time business guy like myself that’s soothing knowing they can personally take the time to answer any questions I may have . My wife had found the app because I had a hard time selling to local shops, the app is super easy to use plus once they give your collection an initial review they may increase their offer which they did for me, they keep in constant contact and very thorough, they seem very genuine and invested in the collecting figures hobby

I have had great experience with them!!I have dealt with them four different times and every time they contact me if I need assistance and always pay on time!just make sure the pop boxes are in great shape which they state clearly or you will have to pay to get them back.over all they are one of the best ways to sell toys

This place is just fantastic. There have been other similar stores in the area that have come and gone, but with Ozone you can tell that they care. I got a good chunk of change for the toys and video games I brought in (no one around came close to their offer) and their prices are low. Very well organized and just something we have desperately needed in the Williamsport area for years.

Cool store full of collectibles. It's so much cleaner and less crowded than the old store that was there. They have an entire room full of pops. Tons of cool toys and some video games. You also get 10% in store credit for every purchase!
