My 8 week old puppy died from an ear cropping here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, however the dr has absolutely no bedside manner. He could care less about you or your pet. He talked down to me from the start and said that Cane Corso’s don’t need their ears cropped and when I brought up my breeders input he brushed it off as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. My 8 week old dog was perfectly healthy at his last vet appointment 6 days prior and then I take him to Littles Veterinary Hospital and I get a call an hour and half later that my dog is dead. He had a pulmonary cardiac arrest after the surgery but what was done to try and save his life? I don’t know because the Dr could care less. When I asked if he was ok the only reply I got was he’s gone. There was NO I’m sorry for your loss or I’m sorry we tried everything we could. NOTHING!! Even after we raced to the hospital to see our dog the dr never said I’m sorry for your loss. He acted as if we should just get over it. I had the dog for 4 days!!! This is the worst vet I have ever been to! If you want your pet cared for by a loving vet, don’t take them to Little’s Veterinary Hospital. You should be ashamed to call yourself a doctor of animals! If you didn’t want to do the surgery you shouldn’t have said yes!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Little. I’ve had cats and dogs all my life and been to many veterinarians up and down the east coast and Dr. Little is by far one of the best. Dr. Little has been able to diagnose and treat my animals when other veterinarians could not. If you’ll looking for a veterinarian I highly recommend Dr. Little.

From the time you walk in the door until you leave, the staff and doctor are very willing to help you with any questions you may have for your pets. I took three dogs in this time and they made the process very smooth and quick without making me feel rushed.

I was so worried about getting my pups ears cropped but seeing my girl afterwards, I was so impressed with Dr Little's work! Staff was awesome! I will always recommend you for future cropping!! Had ears crop in show fog from Poland. I showed him photos and asked several times if he felt comfortable doing a show crop. He said yes. He did a short pitbull crop and the ears are two different sizes. It’s way too short. One ear was being cut and he must have realized it was too short so there’s an indentation and then a tiny piece hanging at the tip. He had two other drops but no other clients. I know because I sat there and waited for my dog. This was an expensive dog flown from Poland with ruined ears. Even a refund if The $750 it cost won’t change the permanent look of my doc. He also said not to Post - all dogs get posted unless you want the ears to lay flat in the head - basically a battle crop. I hate what he did. I would never take another dog there. It’s unsanitary, not cleaned and smells bad too. I am heart broken about my dogs ears.

My Fiance and I went down with our new Puppy. The staff was amazing and friendly, the doctor was also equally as friendly and talked in great length about our pup and feeding, potty training, things that we were used to hearing from a Vet and it was nice.We just received a card yesterday, personally signed by all the staff there and we just thought it was great they remember our pup and took the time to sign a card. It's the little things that bring people back!

First, I went here because they were accepting new patients and wanted to get a pet in for vaccines as she hadn't been seen all her life but twice. I had an amazing experience and he took time to listen to me and the prices were reasonable! Flash forward to recently, and a family member has a cat that is recently diabetic and is experiencing complications. Dr. Little has done so much research to support her and Rowan. He took price in mind and what made the most sense. I was in the other day for kittens and he came and asked how Rowan was doing. I thought that was really amazing. While Rowan is under the care of my sister, he recognized the last name and asked. I've never had a vet do this and really struck out to me about this. He really does his research and keeps cost in mind. I just wanted to shoutout Dr. Little and his staff for such great care.

Staff is friendly… in my experiences there, the veterinarian could care less about you or your pet ..only money! I was down on my luck, financially, and the SPCA reached out to help (they paid) and next thing I know I was still being charged anyways. (Ear infection) Aside from that I have had several other services for my dog there and they have all been paid upfront by me in full!! Thanks!

We had our first visit at Dr. Littles Veterinary Hospital, Lycoming Creek Road. Our visit was very enjoyable & Katygirl our 4 year old fur baby was very calm while they gave her, her updated shots and clipped her nails. The woman at the service desk was professional, positive & very polite. And Dr. Little & his staff were very good to our cat & showed genuine concern for her. The charges for the visit were reasonable. We were very pleased when all was said and done. We will return for future visits! 😊
