I visited this location today and my experience was horrible. The young lady who served me was WONDERFUL! Love her customer service. Now let’s get down to the real problem.So oIwalked into an empty establishment. The manager Kyle looked at me and proceeded to speak and sweep to an employee. I kindly reminded him it would have been nice to be greeted! I was dinning with my friend who jokingly said “there is a sign that said it’s free sub day for senior citizens”. The manager was very closed off and short. The entire interaction was very unpleasant, he never once gave off friendly. The young lady was helpful explaining the menu and their popular items. We dined in and both my friend and I agreed the manager customer service was awful. I began to think if race played a factor for we are black women. I decided to ask the young for my receipt and the name of the manger Kyle intervened. Informing me, he overheard our conversation at the table && decided it was best to refund our order. The entire encounter with Kyle did not sit well with me. I will not be returning. In Texas the experience was wayyyyy better, I use to go often. Loved it!

The last 3 times we came to Jersey Mike’s, we have had the same issues. Why would Jersey Mike’s go to the trouble with pushing their main selling point that they cut their meats & cheese fresh right in front of you (and they do) and serve the fresh cut meats & cheese’s on a stale hoagie roll!I hope that the owner realizes that the roll makes the sandwich!! Shame on Jersey Mike’s. Customers deserve much better than a wanna be hoagie.

Awesome place. We love it because there are very few places my wife can eat having celiac. They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure gluten is contaminating her food.Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly

Such friendly people, subs made right there in front of you with freshly sliced meats. Large sandwiches. Also, they contribute to nonprofits. Wife and I really like them.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

We went for the first time … We did not understand that when you order you on,ya get what is on the menu.. So we assumed on a Philly Cheesesteak that it would have lettuce.. tomatoes.. etc… Well it did not… So when I asked the gentleman said to me Pause… and pointed his finger at me… Now I spent $32.00 and did not expect Pause and a shake of a finger… the young lady there was so kind and nice… And another gentleman came over and explained what I could get on mine… A simple explanation would have been fine… But not what I got….

I used to frequent this establishment at least once a week or so, but within the last year the service has gotten absolutely detestable.I've given them more than enough chances. Today will have been my last visit for the foreseeable future.Why?When I am asked what I would like on my sub I shouldn't have to say everything at least 5 times. Once should be sufficient.Also, I am addressed as "hun or hunny" continually, again and again after I have asked her to refrain from using that term.Extremely unprofessional team for the most part. I have gone later at night and been treated much better.No wonder this place has such a high turnover with employees. It's absolutely a toxic workplace not only for incoming patrons, I could only imagine how employees are treated by the manager.The product is good, but not worth the stress to go anymore.Update: Usually after some time, these things fix themselves. However after a year of not giving them any of my business, I went back and still had same issues.I wasn't even acknowledged until about 10 minutes after I walked in (there was only 1 other person)They still address customers as "hunny"And I asked for everything again and still did not get everything. Just LTO. I really wanted some pickles and peppers too but there was a huge line behind me so by the time I opened my sub and realized they done me wrong AGAIN, it was too late.

Been to the area several times for work and always bought dinner at this Jersey Mike's Subs location. It is a Convenient location. The staff offers Great service. There is Good, Fresh food and Good menu choices.If I recall the #'s, I usually order a #7/10/14:Turkey/Tuna/Veggie Sub and on occasion, 1 of each.The food is well- made and Full portions; and neatly wrapped- impressive![Owner of Jersey Mike's reached out to thank me for writing a Review-- that is a nice thing to do].Vegetarian options: One can make some choices if one is flexible on options. .Dietary restrictions: One can oot for vegetarian amd not eat the bread if limiting carbs. On ecan gonfor Turkey and a lower fat cheese.

It was a busy lunch rush, and everyone was tended to. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and shortly thereafter get to place your order. The order taker was very detailed in her order taking, and made sure that everyone knew exactly what they were getting/got what they wanted. 10/10 would definitely go to this location again.

I usually like to support locally owned restaurants, but jersey mikes always makes me feel like I’m ordering from a locally owned place and not a corporate restaurant. Fresh ingredients, sliced made to order, and they’re always consistent . I usually call ahead and order take out, and they get my order right every time. The employees are great and always acknowledge every one when they walk in. Definitely one of my favorite places to get a sub in Williamsport.

Drove from Mansfield to get some Jersey Mike subs. My husband's was a regular size cheese steak and the roll was very soft and the sandwich was delicious. Mine was a turkey and provolone mini and the roll was hard as a rock!! These sandwiches weren't cheap and this was so disappointing. Would have taken it back but they were very busy. Guess I'll stick to Subway.

Friendly staff as always. Very rarely make any mistakes with the orders. And the subs are, just primo!! 👌. Orders completed in a very timely manner despite how busy they may get. If it's a sub you want, Jersey Mike's is the place to go.Parking: Parking can be limited depending on the time, due to the array of businesses adjoining one another.

Moved back here from New Jersey and was happy to find a Jersey Mikes in the area. Great subs and friendly staff! They always make our subs the way we request and always on time. Most important thing is to order it "Mike's way" every time!

Sandwiches are good, was there 9/3 Friday and had to listen to team leader keep saying that she was the only one who could slice! She was short and rude with us while taking our order, very unprofessional, felt sorry for the other employees for the way she was treating them

Some places just give you a cheap birthday gift but Jersey Mike's gives you a sub and drink. The food also come out fast and tastes good. The stores are clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. The online ordering process is well thought out and picking up the food is very efficient.Their meatball sub is especially good. Great staff, helpful with food allergies.Dietary restrictions: Very thorough when dealing with food allergies. They clean equipment, change gloves and do all possible to avoid any cross-contamination.This has been my experience at many Jersey Mike's in various states!

Great tasting, slightly higher prices than most local sub shops, but you can definitely taste the quality. Orders were a little off, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt since they recently opened. I'd recommend to try it at least once.

Hands-down the best subs around. The sandwiches and wraps are loaded to the brim with all of the fresh ingredients that you, the customer, get to choose. Each sub is made with care, yet is prepared quickly and packaged superbly.If you are wondering just how big the subs can get, ask to see a roll for example. If you have not eaten at all and decided to stop here for dinner, you just might be able to finish 2/3rds or more of the large size sub.

It's a little pricey, but you gotta pay for quality. Best subs in the Williamsport area. Highly recommend. Spend the extra money to get a "Giant" & you'll have a meal for the next day or two.

Place has banging subs !First time using online ordering , supposed to be faster . Got there guy asked for my name gave it to him... Can't find half the order , here my order was left in microwave... Not ready to go ! Get home and they forgot honey Dijon mustard for the wrap had to go back and that ... You know for $27.00 bucks you'd think they would have all your stuff in one bag ready to pickup... Then I get the famous " I'm sorry " not a free drink or bag of chips for my inconvenience.

Ordered and paid for original sub over the phone. Husband picked up and we took it home. The meat was good but it stops there. The bun seemed tough maybe older than normal l, unfortunately the veggies or lack of veggies didn't make up anything. For some reason Williamsport store does not make the same sandwich as the one in Lewisburg Pa. From now on that's my choice only to buy. This is not my first time buying at this store and I find it to be lacking quality each time.
