Hands down the neatest, best organized, and clean Harbor Freight Tools I’ve ever been in and I love this place so I’ve been in quite a few of them. The two associates knew exactly where the two items were when I asked them.

It's a good time if the year to be shopping for special sales. Hubby saw a much wanted item for an incredible price. We went to the store, ordered it in the color wanted, got lots of cool accessories on sale too. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Joined the member's club, now waiting to see our next needed item.

From some one that doesn't really like harbor freight they have come a very long way in there quality department. They still have some junk but I think there's more finds than junk now and definitely better quality

Harbor freight tools is a favorite place to visit even when you have limited supply of funds on hand they still have everything you want. When you go back and the staff is great they know their stuff management is awesome over there I couldn't ask for better friends in the tool field. Anytime I go in I always have a chance to speak with the staff and management just to associate with them and they're always willing to talk and just shoot the breeze for a minute or two they always ask how you're doing I give them an a+ all of them they know their stuff up there if I ask a complicated question and they don't have an answer they're willing to go the extra mile by calling me back and saying that they did the research and have an answer for me so 110% a+ on their efforts thanks guys I'll continue to deal with you guys as long as you're there.

I can't say enough about this store and their staff!! I don't want to go into too many details, but I had an issue with something I purchased there a year ago and the staff there went ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep me a happy customer. Great store, always well stocked, clean and with people that don't run when they see you have a question. They will actually engage you! Prices have climbed from years past, so you have to compare to other stores and brands more. Don't always assume HF has the best deals.

I love this place. Shop at this and a few out of state locations for things I'd like to get at a better price than other retailers. Got an emergency LED lantern, dc/ac converter, 4 size x lug wrench to use on my camper stabilizers or tire lugs and a few other tools I've discovered a need for in camping/traveling. Great staff, wheelchair accessible, first floor and easy to spot from roadway.

Great place to buy hand tools. Usable at a good price. My problem is losing them not breaking them so if I lose a hammer I just buy another one. Are they high quality as a brand name? No. But who cares.

This is an amazing place for service, tools and anything else you need for tinkering around with. Always nice sales, so more bang for your buck. The sales staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I send everyone I know, when their looking for anything in tools, power tools, tool boxes....just everything to fix it, build it or rip it apart. You will walk out buying something 😃

I could spend all day in this store, and be completely broke at the end of that day. It's true that some of the stuff may be a bit lower on the quality, but does the job, and for the price, you can't beat it. The power tools I have gotten from here have all been great

Inexpensive tools that often surprise with their quality. Are they the best tools on the market? No. But for the price, you'll be hard pressed to beat them. Pay the little extra for the replacement plan and you'll be even better as if the tool goes bad, you can get a replacement. (Note: hand tools don't need a replacement plan as they come with a lifetime warranty)

I had a $40 order and kept getting sent from register to register by the cashiers. I finally got tired of waiting and left the store without buying any thing. Maybe I will go back and give it one more try if any thing similar happens I will have to find another place to purchase what I need. They either need more cashiers or cashiers that want to service the customers in a timely manner.

I had a problem with a saw I bought and returned it. The manager (Patrick) was extremely helpful. He made me feel like he wanted to make things right and made me feel like the people there stand behind what they sell. That can be hard to find nowadays! Thanks Patrick!

Went in with a tool I only used 3 times and it broke, they were happy to put the money towards my current purchase for a different tool. It had been almost 2 months since I bought the original tool. They didn't give me any trouble at all!

Just drove over 1/2 hour because their website said they had the product I wanted in stock that. At the price of gasoline and my limited time, I drove the whole way here to find out they don't have it in stock. The website was incorrect. So much for wasted gas and wasted time. Be cautious I'm almost done with horrible freight!!!!! I would rate them a negative 5 stars right now if I could
